Abstract

This study aims to apply Mamdani fuzzy logic in the assessment system of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activity to evaluate the effectiveness of student participation. This study was conducted on students of the Mathematics Study Program, Bangka Belitung University, class of 2021, involving four aspects of assessment: teamwork, basic skills, problem solving, and technological innovation. The method used is a descriptive quantitative approach with data processing using MATLAB software. Each input variable is converted into a fuzzy value through triangular and trapezoidal membership functions, followed by the preparation of if-then rules, Mamdani inference, and defuzzification using the centroid method. The results of the analysis show that the fuzzy system is able to produce an objective final assessment and in accordance with the assessor's policy, where students with dominant values ​​at a high level get a final score of 83.7 and are categorized as "good". This study proves that Mamdani fuzzy logic is effective as a tool in the evaluation process of MBKM based on soft skills and hard skills in a comprehensive and measurable manner.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji efektivitas berbagai model pembelajaran inovatif dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa, menganalisis bagaimana pendekatan-pendekatan baru dalam pengajaran dapat mempengaruhi semangat dan ketertarikan siswa terhadap materi pelajaran. Fokus penelitian ini mencakup perbandingan dampak model pembelajaran berbasis masalah, berbasis proyek, blended learning, dan gamification terhadap aspek intrinsik maupun ekstrinsik motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah sintesis hasil penelitian terdahulu (kajian pustaka sistematis) terhadap sejumlah artikel jurnal ilmiah, prosiding, dan tesis yang relevan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penelaahan cermat laporan penelitian empiris, identifikasi pola efektivitas, serta analisis faktor-faktor yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman komprehensif tentang model pembelajaran inovatif yang paling efektif untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di berbagai jenjang pendidikan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the emotional regulation experienced by widows who have experienced forced marriage. This study involved 3 participants. Participant 1 was 22 years old, participant 2 was 21 years old, and participant 3 was 19 years old. Extracting data on research participants using semi-structured interviews. This study uses an Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) approach. The data obtained were then analyzed using 7 steps in IPA, including: 1) Reading and re-reading; 2) Initial noting; 3) Developing emergent themes; 4) Arranging superordinate themes; 5) Proceed to the next case; 6) Look for patterns between cases; and 7) Arrangement of all superordinate themes. Themes that have similarities between research participants are then used to explain the experience and meaning of emotional regulation for widows who have experienced forced marriage. The results of this study indicate that a widow who has experienced forced marriage is able to regulate emotions by several processes, namely involving someone in taking an action or avoiding a situation to get something that is desired. Changing situations and diverting attention from unpleasant situations which aims to reduce the influence of emotions that arise. Keywords: emotional regulation, widows, forced marriage

Abstract

Aggressiveness may lead to various negative effects on children. Therefore, early intervention on aggressiveness is necessary. One approach of the intervention is to teach prosocial behavior by using media, especially children film. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of children prosocial film on aggressiveness. Total subjects were 56 first grade students. Instrument used in this study was an aggressiveness observation sheet designed and based on the physical aggression theory (Tremblay & Nagin, 2005) and verbal aggression theory (Vissing, Straus, Gelles & Harrop, 1991). Result showed that children prosocial film reduces the students’ aggressiveness. Moreover, students who watched the children prosocial film have lower aggressiveness compared to students who watched a neutral children film. Therefore, parents and educators could use children prosocial film as an effective way to treat aggressiveness. Agresivitas dapat menimbulkan berbagai dampak negatif pada anak-anak sehingga penanganan agresivitas sejak dini perlu dilakukan. Salah satu cara menangani agresivitas adalah dengan mengajarkan perilaku prososial melalui media, terutama film anak. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh film anak bertema prososial terhadap agresivitas. Total subjek berjumlah 56 orang siswa kelas I Sekolah Dasar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi agresivitas yang dirancang berdasarkan teori mengenai perilaku agresif fisik (Tremblay & Nagin, 2005) dan agresif verbal (Vissing, Straus, Gelles & Harrop, 1991). Penelitian ini memperoleh hasil bahwa film anak bertema prososial mampu menurunkan agresivitas. Agresivitas siswa yang menonton film anak bertema prososial juga lebih rendah dibandingkan agresivitas siswa yang menonton film anak netral. Oleh karena itu, orang tua dan pendidik dapat menggunakan film anak bertema prososial sebagai salah satu cara yang efektif untuk menangani agresivitas anak.

Abstract

In a dynamic and uncertain global business landscape, risk management and investment decision-making have become fundamental pillars for optimal operational performance and corporate sustainability. This study comprehensively analyzes existing literature to construct an understanding of how the integration of these two disciplines affects operational performance and sustainability, as well as identifying trends, challenges, and research gaps. This research uses a comprehensive literature review approach, identifying, analyzing, and synthesizing reputable scientific journal articles, industry reports, and other relevant publications from 2020 to 2025. Data was collected through systematic searches of academic databases using keywords related to risk management, investment, operational performance, and sustainability. The analysis was conducted through thematic and narrative synthesis to identify patterns, gaps, and best practice recommendations. The results of the study show that risk management plays a crucial role in investment decision-making, directly affecting profitability and operational efficiency. The integration of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into risk management and investment is increasingly important to promote corporate sustainability, where effective risk management can influence investment choices and contribute to stronger financial performance. Despite positive trends in the growth of the risk management and sustainable investment market in Southeast Asia, significant challenges remain, including a lack of ESG standardization and reporting, as well as complex cyber risk and human resource risk management. Effective integration between risk management and investment decision-making is essential for operational performance and long-term sustainability. However, challenges related to standardization and reporting require collaborative efforts from policymakers, practitioners, and academics. Suggestions for future research include studies that quantify the specific impact of integrating risk management and sustainable investment on operational and sustainability performance metrics across various sectors, particularly in emerging markets such as the property sector in Indonesia, with a focus on climate risk and digitalization.
