Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Academic Supervisors in the management of student educational psychology at UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that Academic Supervisors have an important role in providing academic guidance and supporting students' psychological development. Academic Supervisors function to help students plan their educational paths, choose appropriate courses, and provide solutions to academic problems. Academic Supervisors play a role in helping students overcome psychological challenges related to campus life, such as stress and academic anxiety. However, there are challenges faced by Academic Supervisors related to the excessive number of students, reducing the time to give full attention. This study concludes that strengthening psychology training for Academic Supervisors, as well as increasing the number of Academic Supervisors, can increase the effectiveness of the guidance provided. This will support students' academic and psychological development, create a more conducive academic environment and support student success in college.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the relationship between the principal's academic supervision and teacher performance at SKh N 02 Serang City; 2) Knowing the relationship of school culture with the teaching performance of teachers in SKh N 02 Serang City; 3) Knowing the relationship between academic supervision and culture in schools in SKh N 02 Serang City; 4) Knowing the relationship between academic supervision and school culture together with the teaching performance of teachers in SKh N 02 Serang City. Research with quantitative methods, the analysis technique used is simple and multiple correlation, simple regression analysis and multiple regression. The population as well as the research sample are SKh N 02 Serang teachers, totaling 40 people. The research instrument used a questionnaire on academic supervision, school culture and teacher teaching performance. The results of the study obtained a significant influence between academic supervision and school culture on the teaching performance of teachers.

Abstract

How is the leadership regeneration process at Al Mizan Modern Islamic Boarding School and Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School, and what factors support and hinder the implementation of leadership regeneration at Al Mizan Modern Islamic Boarding School and Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School in Pandeglang. This study uses qualitative methods. Data collection uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results of the study show that the leadership regeneration pattern is different in each Islamic boarding school. Al Mizan Modern Islamic Boarding School adopts an open management leadership regeneration pattern, while Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School adopts a combination of inheritance systems and inserts an open management pattern on the other side. The regeneration process at the Al Mizan Modern Islamic Boarding School is carried out through the instillation of values, delegation & job descriptions, recruitment of experts, scholarships, developing HR skills, and complex staffing, while the leadership regeneration process at the Darussalam modern Islamic boarding school is carried out through education, and instilling values in good examples and role models. The novelty of this research is that the Al Mizan Pandeglang Modern Islamic Boarding School has carried out the ideal leadership cadre process, while the Darussalam Modern Islamic Boarding School is still in the pioneering phase towards the ideal leadership cadre formation of Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

This research aims to fill this gap by exploring the factors that influence the application of digital marketing management in increasing the competitiveness of startups in the academic environment, as well as identifying existing challenges and opportunities. Using a qualitative approach and case study design, this research collected data through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies from startup managers, entrepreneurship lecturers, and external stakeholders. The research results show that the digital marketing strategies implemented by MPI startups, such as the use of social media, digital content, and consumer data analysis, play an important role in increasing their competitiveness in a competitive market. However, challenges such as limited human resources and funds are the main obstacles in implementing digital marketing strategies. However, startup managers were able to overcome these obstacles with creativity and innovation. This research concludes that digital marketing provides a great opportunity for startups to strengthen their competitive position and support their growth. Implementing the right digital marketing strategy will contribute to the long-term success of startups in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) at State Islamic Senior High School (MAN) 2 in Cilegon City, which was designated as the “Piloting Project” for IKM in Banten Province by the Directorate General of Islamic Education, Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach, collecting data through documentation, observation, and interviews. Primary data were obtained from interviews with informants, while secondary data came from the Independent Curriculum documents and related literature. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of IKM at MAN 2 Cilegon City has been effective. The implementation strategy includes leadership commitment, optimizing stakeholder roles, and institutional partnerships. The managerial stages include planning with socialization and appointment of project-based learning coordinators (P5 and P2RA), integrated implementation of intracurricular and project-based learning, and monitoring and evaluation through internal and office meetings. This implementation has successfully instilled the values ​​of Pancasila and religious moderation, demonstrated the effectiveness of the Merdeka Curriculum in building student character, creativity, and skills, and served as an example of successful innovative curriculum management practices.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, ada dua jenis pendidikan: negeri dan swasta, formal dan nonformal, dan madrasah. Nama Yayasan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah tentu tidak asing lagi bagi kita, karena biasanya dikaitkan dengan Ketua Yayasan yang menyampaikan Surat Keputusan kepada Kepala Madrasah dan Guru. Fungsi Yayasan akan tetap menjadi bagian integral dalam pengembangan Madrasah. Di Madrasah, yayasan seringkali menjadi kekuatan pendorong kemajuan pendidikan. Mereka melakukan hal ini dengan menawarkan pendanaan, mengembangkan kurikulum, menyiapkan instruktur, dan menyediakan fasilitas lain yang diperlukan. Studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana yayasan dapat meningkatkan standar pengajaran di madrasah.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif Deskriftip, dengan teknik pengumpulan data: wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi secara mendalam terhadap informan yang dianggap memiliki pengetahuan komprehensif dengan topik penelitian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Peran Yayasan, Program dan hambatan Yayasan dalam meningkatkan mutu Pendidikan di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Madina dan Madrasah Tsanawiyah PII Salinggara Banjar Pandeglang Banten. Temuan penelitian tersebut antara lain sebagai berikut: (1) Pengembangan Kurikulum Madrasah; (2) Pengembangan Profesi Guru; (3) Infrastruktur; (4) Perkembangan Kesiswaan; dan (5) Peningkatan Kualitas Penilaian. Tujuan akhirnya adalah memberikan siswa pendidikan terbaik.

Abstract

Manajemen Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pembelajaran di Pondok Pesantren Al-Madina dan Terpadu Darul Iman. Jurusan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam, Universitas Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. Keberadaan sumber daya manusia dalam suatu organisasi merupakan aset berharga bagi sebuah lembaga atau organisasi. Keberhasilan suatu lembaga atau organisasi ditentukan oleh kualitas orang-orang yang ada di dalamnya. SDM akan bekerja sama optimal jika lembaga atau organisasi dapat mendukung kemajuan karir mereka dengan melihat apa sebenarnya kompetensi mereka. Biasanya pengembangan SDM berbasis kompetensi akan dilakukan meningkatkan produktivitas tenaga pendidik/siswa sehingga kualitas kerja juga lebih tinggi dan mengarah pada kepuasan pelanggan dan lembaga/organisasi akan mendapatkan keuntungan. Pengembangan SDM berbasis kompetensi dilakukan secara urut dapat memberikan hasil sesuai dengan tujuan dan sasaran sebuah lembaga/organisasi dengan standar kinerja yang telah ditentukan. Kompetensi yang dimiliki oleh seorang individu pegawai harus mampu mendukung terlaksananya visi dan misi organisasi melalui kinerja manajemens organisasi. Karena itu Kinerja individu dalam suatu organisasi merupakan jalur batin meningkatkan produktivitas organisasi itu sendiri.

Abstract

This paper was written aimed at explaining the understanding of management, scope of management, and leadership of Islamic education. The writing method uses Ms. Word and journal templates. Zotero applications are used for citations and APA 7th (American Psychological Association 7th edition) as a reference style. The paper discussion data is obtained from primary and secondary data derived from international and nationally reputable books and journals. The results of the paper suggest that management activities cover a broad spectrum, starting from activities on how to determine the direction of the organization in the future, creating organizational activities, encouraging cooperation between fellow members of the organization, and overseeing activities in achieving the goals. Islamic education leadership is a leadership process in Islamic education to move, influence, motivate, and direct people within educational institutions to achieve the goals that have been formulated.
