Abstract

Strategic management offers the school to plan a superior strategy to achieve the school's vision and mission. However, in reality, not all schools implement strategic management. So there is a gap between expectations and reality. This study aims to describe the strategic management of SD Muhammadiyah in improving service quality and graduate education. This research is a qualitative study, by taking the object of research in SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang related to superior strategies undertaken by SD Muhammadiyah in improving the quality of services and education graduates. Data collection techniques carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis performed using descriptive methods. The results showed that the strategic management process of SD Muhammadiyah 12 Pamulang in improving service quality and education graduates began with planning through internal and external environmental analysis and the selection, implementation, and evaluation of exemplary strategy implementation

Abstract

To create a good and perfect learning power is not as easy as turning your palms, or not as difficult as turning your foot. This needs to be studied and reflected in the nature of our minds, so that the learning process does not sink into the abyss of error, which will only destroy the students' learning outcomes, which makes the students do not know the direction, where the step of this learning objective goes. To generate self-confidence, passion and the spirit of student learning, there needs to be a concept of "Approach" of learning that is built and created by the teacher. In our minds and minds, there must be a grain of questions about what that "approach" is. Here we try to philosophize without eliminating and without burning the results of thoughts and rekayaa others. What is meant Approach in this learning is a learning process created and mastered by teachers in teaching and learning process. Or how the teacher approaches the student learning. So it is with the expression in Joni's mind (1980: 15) that the meaning of "approach" is a general way of looking at the problem and object of study, so that the impact is like someone using certain glasses in view of nature. Green glasses will make the world namapk greenish, as well as using brown glasses, the world feels brown and so on. Next let's try to listen to listen and analyze, then we input into our natural thoughts about the meaning of the approach presented Sanjaya (2006: 36), "The approach can be interpreted as a point of departure or our point of view of the learning process. From the above perspective, surely our minds and our souls must fall down and sink into the minds of Masitoh and Goddess (2009: 38) which offer a learning approach and they say: the learning approach is a way of looking at and understanding the learning situation. There is another saying to the bottom of another fish, another grasshopper. Likewise in terms of learning approaches, the more people think, the more piling up, the smarter the person, the more science that is inspired by the results of reflection and experience. Therefore, the mind of W. Gulo, on the understanding of the learning approach, which is repackaged by Siregar and Nara (2010: 75) explains that the learning approach is a view in seeking the way students interact with their environment. Abstract

Keberhasilan kepala sekolah dalam melakukan manajeral sekolah dapat mempengaruhi iklim sekolah yang dipimpinnya. Oleh karena itu. peranan kepala sekolah merupakan jabatan strategis dalam mencapai efektivitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan 1) Untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, 2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim sekolah terhadap terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran, 3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah, dan iklim sekolah terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Kecamatan Kalideres Jakarta Barat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan penelitian deskrptif. Tehnik pengangambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proportional stratified random sampling, dipilih 25% dari jumlah 135 guru menjadi 34 guru. Tehnik pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan Uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas, serta dengan Uji Hipotesis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dengan efektivitas pembelajaran dan antara iklim sekolah dengan efektivitas pembelajaran. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai thitung > ttabel yaitu 1,743 > 1,684 dan 3,689 > 1,684. Serta adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kompetensi manajerial kepala sekolah dan iklim sekolah secara bersama dengan efektivitas pembelajaran, yaitu ditunjukkan dengan hasil uji hipotesis Fhitung > Ftabel = 6,612 > 1,684.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi supervisi Akademik dan Manajerial pengawas madrasah dalam peningkatan kinerja kepala madrasah di KKM MTs X Sidamukti kabupaten pandeglangMetode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif analisis, dimana peneliti menjabarkan data sedemikian rupa yan selanjutnya dianalisis sehingga menjadi informasi yang bermakna, dengan tehnik dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara dimana data dianalisis dengan statistic deskriptif berupa presentase.Kesimpulannya menunjukan bahwa untuk memperbaiki kinerja kepala madrasah di KKM MTs X Sidamukti kabupaten pandeglang dapat diterapkan supervisi akademik dan manajerial dengan menerapkan beberapa teknik pengawasan yang sesuai dengan tujuan.

Abstract

Istilah kepemimpinan merupakan salah satu topik yang selalu menarik untuk dibahas dan dikaji, karena selalu diamati dan fenomenanya kurang paham. Fenomena kepemimpinan di Indonesia telah memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap politik dan bangsa. Kemajuan dan penurunan organisasi tergantung pada gaya kepemimpinan, sehingga dalam lembaga seperti lembaga pendidikan dan pesantren. Jika lembaga pendidikan memiliki gaya kepemimpinan yang baik, maka akan mendapatkan kemajuan yang cepat. Sebuah organisasi, termasuk organisasi Perguruan Tinggi akan sulit meraih keunggulan dan keberhasilan masa depannya, kecuali memiliki visi yang menarik, berpengaruh dan dapat diwujudkan, dan sekaligus mendapat dukungan dari bebagai pihak. Pemimpin visioner mampu menganalisis kekuatan dan kesempatan yang dimiliki organisasinya untuk mengantisipasinya serta untuk mengantisipasi kelemahan-kelemahan serta ancaman-ancaman terhadap organisasinya.

Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan secara objektif implementasi Total Quality Management (TQM) untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Untuk memenuhi tujuan tersebut dilakukan studi kasus di STKIP Babunnajah Pandeglang Banten dengan metode deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menjawab tiga pertanyaan penelitian. Selain dapat memberikan gambaran yang jelas dan objektif tentang implementasi TQM di STKIP Babunnajah Pandeglang Banten sebagai temuan penelitian, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa TQM dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah dalam kondisi tertentu. Untuk mengoptimalkan kualitas pendidikan dengan menggunakan TQM, penelitian ini memberikan beberapa rekomendasi.

Abstract

In daily life, the people of Kaserangan Village still actively use the river flow for their daily needs, such as washing clothes, washing dishes, bathing and even washing food. Meanwhile, the water used has been polluted by rubbish that people throw into the river, so it is no longer suitable for use for all daily needs. This research uses a survey method with descriptive analysis techniques. The objectives of this service to the community of Kaserangan Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province are as follows: First, increase creativity, thinking and acting in the development of knowledge for both lecturers and students; Second, understand village management in the working mechanisms in the community; and Third, knowing the condition of rural communities spread across Serang Regency. The results show that the people of Kaserangan Village are actually people who are very active in village development activities. They have high motivation for something new, are actively present and accept it with open arms. They are able to produce woven souvenirs from Water Hyacinth, in the form of pins, key chains and brooches

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance the competencies of teachers at Madrasah Islamiyah Ciomas, Serang Regency, in writing qualitative research proposals. The mentoring was conducted through a series of workshops that provided teachers with a comprehensive understanding of qualitative research concepts and the proper way to write research proposals according to academic standards. Prior to the mentoring, most teachers struggled with understanding qualitative research methodology and structuring research proposals effectively. After the activity, there was a significant improvement in their understanding and skills, evidenced by evaluation results showing more than a 50% increase in every assessed aspect. Furthermore, most teachers successfully developed research proposals that met academic standards. This activity demonstrates that mentoring can positively impact teachers' research skills, which ultimately supports their professional development and the overall quality of education at Madrasah Islamiyah Ciomas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the management of educational psychology in improving the balance between academic achievement and mental well-being of students at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. This study employs a qualitative method with in-depth interviews and observations of students under academic pressure as a means of data collection. According to the study's findings, the main element influencing students' mental health was academic pressure—that which results from deadlines and assignments piling on. In addition, good social relationships, a healthy lifestyle, and guidance and counselling services were also found to play an important role in maintaining this balance. Social support from peers, family, and lecturers helped students cope with academic stress, while a healthy lifestyle supported their mental health. The academic performance of students can be positively influenced by the reduction of anxiety and stress that can be achieved through the provision of effective guidance and counselling services. This investigation underscores the significance of psychological support in maintaining the equilibrium between students' academic performance and mental health.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is whether there is a significant relationship between the implementation of supervision of madrasah heads and the improvement of teacher performance. This study aims to find out how much the relationship between the implementation of supervision by madrasah heads in improving teacher performance. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection instruments in the form of questionnaires, which are collaborated with observations, and documentation to the research location. The population and sample in this study were 50 respondents from MTsN 1 teachers in Serang Regency. In analyzing the research data, descriptive and inferential statistics were used, the normality of the research data was tested and the statistical analysis of variable correlation was carried out using rxy product moment Pearson. The results of this study show that there is a fairly good relationship between the implementation of supervision of madrasah heads and the improvement of teacher performance, the correlation is categorized as sufficient with a value of rxy = 0.56. The contribution of the Madrasah head supervision in improving teacher performance by 31.36%, the rest is influenced by other factors that can be further researched by anyone.
