Abstract

Students have many activity in their daily life. There are many things to do like going to class, meeting for group assignment, shopping for food and so on. If the student is unwell then need to go to the clinic for treatment and leaving letter. So in order to reduce the risk of receiving illness, researchers propose Displaying Health Status Based on the Internet of Things Concept. This tool will help students by knowing the pulse rates is normal or not. Displaying Health Status Based on the Internet of Things is designed to facilitate students to see their pulse rate. This tool will also help students to develop their potential and facilitate the health of students themselves by knowing their pulse rate at the proper level. Students will always keep their health healthy for everyday life. Additionally, this tool can alert students that health is essential for life. The results of this research show that this tool can be used when exercising to determine the pulse rate is normal or not.

Abstract

This research is about an Internet of Things (IoT) project and research about smart car development. IoT is machine or device that can transfer data over a network without a connection between human-to-human or human-to-device interaction. One of the significant of IoT is the revolution of smart car. This project is a research about smart car that help civilian in distress that have been caught in a natural disaster like land slide or even an earthquake and traps in a collapsed building or it can be a smart car that can recon the site. This smart car can assist the rescue squad to detect that survivor by going through the small hole that been create by the collapsed building and give the rescue squad the where about of the survivor and provide information to the rescuer about the site. The smart car also have solar system to power the system and can run longer than powered only with battery. The smart can also have anti capsize that may make the smart car overturn in the disaster site while roaming in the disaster to detect the victims. This feature help the smart car easily to roam freely with the unstable environment. The smart car also provided with camera for the rescue squad to analyse the structure in the disaster and avoid to dig the rubble or disaster site and killed the victims and the user can gain the insight of the site and gain information more detailed. The smart car can be controlled with a globe type controller for easier the user to control the smart car in the unstable and fragile site.

Abstract

One of the uses of robotics technology that is developing is in the field of warehousing, with robots transferring vehicle goods used in the industrial world, especially in the warehousing section. The item transfer robot has 2 navigations, namely on the wheeled part, namely the robot can maneuver in all directions without the need to rotate the body of the robot (holonomic robot). Then one of the robots that is used quite often in the industrial world is the arm manipulator. Robots that have a physical shape like a human arm and a degree of freedom (Degree of Freedom). The transfer robot system is controlled remotely using an IoT-based smartphone using the ESP32 Wemos D1 R32 module as the robot's driving brain and ESP32-Cam as the robot's drilling visual. Several robot tests are carried out to ensure that the designed robot can run properly. From the results of functional testing, parts of the robot can run well. The robot can walk through commands from a smartphone, the gripper on the arm manipulator can grasp objects and the ESP32-Cam can display images to the smartphone.

Abstract

Nowadays, we often see more and more of the various types of lights in urban areas, especially in road areas, either regarding the use of traffic lights or streetlights that serve as guides and signals to maintain road safety. Typically, the lamps use LED-based lamps as they can increase the rate of high savings. This LED conceptual light helps reduce energy wastage by using less power and reducing the consumption of heat and is suitable for day-to-day operation. The addition of ordinary LEDs to self-dimming systems based on the intensity of light around is more likely to increase the savings rate and is more environment-friendly. The scope of this research includes analytics data from the use of standard traffic lights and LED signal lights that are self-concept in dimmer systems. This research uses the IoT concept that is applied to the traffic system and uses solar energy which is indeed renewable natural energy and can affect the green earth concept to the traffic control system on the road.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of chatbot technology across various industries, including e-commerce, healthcare, education, banking, and travel, based on interviews and surveys conducted in Japan in March 2024. Using a mixed-methods approach, we analyzed both quantitative survey data and qualitative interview insights. Findings show that 75% of e-commerce businesses experienced a 30% reduction in response times and a 40% increase in user engagement, while healthcare providers saw a 20% decrease in administrative tasks for 65% of respondents, though 25% reported data privacy concerns. Educational institutions achieved a 25% reduction in administrative workload and a 50% boost in student interaction, with 70% of students finding chatbots beneficial. In banking, 80% of institutions realized a 35% reduction in response times, but 30% encountered data security challenges. Travel agencies noted a 40% faster booking process and a 20% decrease in operational costs, benefiting 60% of customers. Despite these advantages, common challenges include integration with legacy systems, data security, and handling complex queries. Recommendations include investing in ongoing improvements, enhancing data privacy measures, and training users. Future research should focus on advanced natural language processing, long-term impacts, and ethical considerations related to chatbot use.
