Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia memiliki posisi yang sangat penting dan menjadi tumpuan bagi keberlangsungan Rumah Sakit. Perawat merupakan SDM terbanyak di dalamnya yang perlu dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu ukuran keberhasilan pelayanan keperawatan adalah seberapa besar produktivitas kerja perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan yang baik kepada pasien dan keluarganya. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi produktivitas antara lain adalah pelatihan, pengembangan karir dan pendapatan. Maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi variabel tersebut terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat PNS dan Non-PNS di RS TNI AD Palangkaraya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel total sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian  menunjukan bahwa pelatihan memiliki pengaruh signifikan (Sig.) 0.007 < 0.05 terhadap produktivitas, pengembangan karir memiliki pengaruh signifikan (Sig.) 0.007 < 0.05 terhadap produktivitas, dan persepsi pendapatan memiliki pengaruh signifikan (Sig.) 0.017 < 0.05 terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat. Secara simultan kontribusi pelatihan, pengembangan karir, dan persepsi pendapatan terhadap produktivitas kerja perawat di RS TNI AD Palangkaraya adalah 93.5% dengan besarnya perbedaan kontribusi variabel pengembangan karir (35.7%) > pelatihan (31.4%) > persepsi pendapatan (26.4%) dan selebihnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak peneliti teliti. Berdasarkan uji perbedaan dengan mann whitney didapatkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara produktivitas kerja perawat PNS dibandingkan Non-PNS di RS TNI AD Palangkaraya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi pengembangan pegawai, faktor-faktor penghambat dalam upaya pengembangan pegawai, serta strategi yang mendukung keberhasilan pengembangan pegawai dalam menunjang implementasi Sistem Informasi Puskesmas Talang Bakung Kota Jambi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif. Responden terdiri dari Kepala Puskesmas, staf, dan tenaga IT Puskesmas Talang Bakung dengan jumlah 20 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi pengembangan pegawai di Puskesmas Talang Bakung menerapkan pendekatan holistik. Faktor penghambat dalam menunjang implementasi sistem informasi adalah adanya resistensi terhadap perubahan di kalangan pegawai yang enggan beradaptasi dengan teknologi baru serta infrastruktur teknologi yang belum memadai. Strategi pendukung keberhasilan pengembangan pegawai dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi untuk pelatihan daring, memberikan fleksibilitas bagi pegawai dalam belajar, serta program mentoring. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, diharapkan Puskesmas dapat meningkatkan pengembangan pegawai dengan mengatasi resistensi terhadap perubahan melalui program mentoring, pelatihan langsung, penerapan buddy system, dan pemberian insentif bagi pegawai berprestasi. Memperkuat kapasitas pegawai lewat pelatihan, memastikan infrastruktur teknologi yang memadai, serta menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur yang jelas juga diperlukan untuk memastikan sistem informasi dapat berfungsi secara optimal dan efisien.

Abstract

The rapid flow of information and the free flow of communication on social media has a negative impact on today's millennial generation. The negative impact due to excessive and inappropriate use of social media is the reduction in social interaction and communication among adolescents. Based on the background of the problem regarding the declining communication skills and skills of the current millennial generation, it is necessary to carry out public speaking training activities for the millennial generation, including for teenagers in Purwakarta Regency. This public speaking training activity for youth in Purwakarta Regency has two main objectives, namely: (1) To provide conceptual knowledge about public speaking; (2) Improving practical skills about public speaking. This public speaking training activity is carried out using two methods, namely: (1) Public Speaking Sharing; (2) Public Speaking Training. Based on the implementation of the public speaking training activities, the result is that this public speaking training can build and improve communication skills for youth.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the differences between traditional and contemporary marketing paradigms in modern business strategies. Traditional marketing focuses on one-way communication through conventional media such as television, radio, and newspapers, with the main goal of reaching a mass audience. In contrast, contemporary marketing emphasizes two-way communication, personalization, and the use of digital technologies such as social media, e-commerce, and data analytics. The research method employed is a literature review by examining relevant sources to compare strategies, communication channels, and long-term objectives of both paradigms. The findings reveal that traditional marketing remains relevant in certain contexts, particularly in building broad brand awareness, while contemporary marketing is superior in creating engagement and fostering customer loyalty. This study concludes that integrating traditional and contemporary paradigms provides a more effective strategy, as it enables companies to reach a wider audience while simultaneously building personal relationships with consumers.

Abstract

Implementing SIMRS towards an integrated Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is important for improving operating effectiveness and moving healthcare services closer to being fully digital. Some parts of SIMRS are still not fully implemented across all service units at Bhayangkara Hospital Kupang. For example, patient registration, billing, and electronic medical records are already in use, but they are not fully linked across all service units yet. Service flow, teamwork between departments, and decision-making based on facts are all less effective because of this. Through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document readings, the study used a qualitative descriptive case study method.Findings show that there are several major problems with creating an integrated SIMRS. These include inadequate IT infrastructure, staff members who aren’t good with computers, the lack of standard operating procedures (SOPs) across departments, and the continuation of a culture of doing things by hand. These problems lead to more work for the staff, duplicate data, delays in service and reporting, and unhappy patients. To make sure that SIMRS is used consistently and effectively, the hospital’s management needs to come up with a full system development plan that includes strengthening internal policies, training staff, improving infrastructure, and putting together a cross-unit coordination team. Improving user skills and getting the technology infrastructure ready should be at the center of system development so that SIMRS can be used to its fullest potential. A fully integrated SIMRS should help with work speed, service data clarity, real-time management decision-making, and, in the end, better patient care at Bhayangkara Hospital Kupang
