Abstract

Community service activities play a crucial role in fostering social awareness and student engagement in improving community welfare. This community service activity promoted the contribution of students in enhancing community welfare through a food-sharing social service program conducted by HIMABIWA. The program aims to provide food assistance to underprivileged communities while fostering a spirit of empathy and social responsibility among students. This paper analyzed the program's impact through direct observation and quick interviews with beneficiaries. The findings indicate that this initiative not only provides immediate food relief but also strengthens social bonds between students and the community. Furthermore, the program enhances students' understanding of real-world social issues and encourages active participation in humanitarian efforts. This study highlights the significance of student involvement in social programs as a means of holistic education, bridging academic knowledge with practical social contributions. The results suggest that structured and sustainable social initiatives can serve as an effective model for student-community engagement and social solidarity.

Abstract

The financial industry has experienced a continuous evolution in service delivery due to digitization, where this evolution is characterized by expanded connectivity and improved information processing speed both at the customer interface and in back-office processes. The role of contracts in the economy has recently received great attention, where contracts are an important element of the operation of a market economy. The relevance of digital finance and financial inclusion for poverty alleviation and economic growth is of interest to policymakers and academics alike, particularly because of a number of issues that if addressed can make digital finance work better for individuals, businesses, governments and economies. Digital finance and financial inclusion have several benefits for financial service users, digital financial providers, governments and the economy such as increasing financial access among poor individuals, reducing financial intermediation costs for banks and fintech providers, and increasing aggregate spending for governments. The purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of digital finance. This study used a systematic literature review method and used 18 articles as study material, which were obtained from the scopus.com and sciencedirect.com pages. The results of the study show the determinants of digital finance, both variables that influence, are influenced or mediate. The results of the literature study did not find digital finance as a moderating variable.

Abstract

Lingkungan bisnis terdiri dari serangkaian kontrol bisnis pada perusahaan dari pendirian hingga kebangkrutannya. Kontrol bisnis ini terdiri dari evaluasi kelembagaan perusahaan kelembagaan perusahaan dan lingkungan ekonomi dan terkait erat dengan produksi dan operasi perusahaan multinasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui determinan lingkungan bisnis. Pertimbangan yang komprehensif terhadap lingkungan bisnis sangat penting untuk meningkatkan tingkat kelangsungan hidup. Kualitas kelembagaan, sistem hukum, dan efisiensi pemerintah suatu negara dapat mencerminkan kekuatan, kelemahan, dan lingkungan sosial negara tersebut, dimana sistem yang baik dapat mendorong orang untuk terlibat dalam berbagai kegiatan dan mencapai keuntungan sosial yang tinggi. Metode systematic literature review digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Artikel yang digunakan sebagai bahan kajian sebanyak 26, yang didapatkan dari laman sciencedirect.com, emerald.com dan scopus.com. Hasil studi literatur menunjukkan beberapa determinan lingkungan bisnis. Lingkungan bisnis mempengaruhi maupun dipengaruhi oleh beberapa determinan, yang teridentifikasi dalam tabel diatas. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan variabel lingkungan bisnis sebagai variabel moderasi maupun mediasi. Saran untuk penelitian selanjutnya juga disampaikan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This community service activity provides counseling to the administrators and students of YPPMD Madania which aims to provide additional knowledge and understanding of consumer behaviour, so that later the administrators and students of YPPMD Madania can use digital marketing in their business. YPPMD Madania students can use the concept of consumer behaviour in their daily lives. This community service activity was carried out using the lecture method then continued with questions and answers. The benefits that can be obtained by participants from this community service activity include increased knowledge, understanding, and experience of YPPMD Madania administrators and students about consumer behaviour.

Abstract

Program kewirausahaan dapat lahir dari lingkungan pondok pesantren untuk mencetak wirausaha muda yang mendapat meningkatkan perekonomian mandiri. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini untuk membangun minat dan mindset berwirausaha pada santri Yayasan Pondok Pesantren Modern Yatim dan Dhuafa Madania. Metode yang digunakan ceramah dan One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. Tahapan pelaksanaan tap persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan ini dari pre-test hasilnya sebanyak 75% atau 30 orang santri tidak berminat berwirausaha, sedangkan 25% atau 10 orang santri berkeinginan menjadi wirausahawan. Dari hasil uji post-test pasca pemberian materi, terdapat peningkatan minat berwirausaha santri yang awalnya 25% meningkat menjadi 82%, dimana dari 10 orang menjadi 33 orang santri. Sedangkan yang tidak berminat sebelumnya 75% turun menjadi 18% atau dari 30 orang santri turun menjadi 7 orang.  Kata kunci: Pola Pikir, Minat, Berwirausaha, Peningkatan Ekonomi

Abstract

This community service activity provides counseling to BEM and UKM management in the UWM environment which aims to provide additional understanding and knowledge about the relationship between organizational cooperation, intellectual capital and human capital, therefore BEM and UKM UWM administrators can run the organization better. This community service activity is carried out using lecture, demonstration, and question and answer methods. The benefits that can be obtained by participants from this community service activity include increasing the knowledge, understanding, and experience of UWM BEM and UKM administrators regarding the relationship between organizational cooperation, intellectual capital and human capital

Abstract

Faktor-faktor penentu kebijakan dividen telah diteliti selama beberapa dekade, namun belum ada konsensus mengenai faktor-faktor mana yang memengaruhi kecenderungan membayar dividen dan pembayaran dividen. Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan literatur tentang dividen. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan tinjauan literatur yang mendalam tentang dividen di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 58 artikel sebagai bahan kajian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi maupun dipengaruhi dividen. Penelitian ini tidak menemukan dividen sebagai variabel moderasi maupun mediasi. Variabel yang diidentifikasi dalam penelitian ini merupakan variabel internal dan eksternal perusahaan.

Abstract

Global sustainability agendas, especially in the agricultural sector, are being advanced by the convergence of green marketing, sustainable agriculture, and technological innovation. Green marketing orientation gauges an organization's commitment to putting strategic, tactical, and internal procedures and activities into place with the goal of developing, communicating, and delivering goods and/or services with the least amount of environmental impact. FinTech is the use of cutting-edge digital technologies, like blockchain, digital credit, mobile banking, and alternative data analytics, to provide financial services, particularly in areas where traditional systems are still insufficiently advanced or exclusive. By improving efficiency, increasing access, lowering transaction costs, and promoting financial inclusion, all of which are essential components of sustainable development, FinTech has quickly upended traditional financial infrastructures. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of fintech on sustainable agriculture and ultimately affect artificial intelligence (AI)-based green marketing. This research uses theoretical literature review as a research method. Authors found that fintech affects sustainable agriculture, and AI-based green marketing affected by sustainable agriculture. Digital finance has emerged as a transformative force in the agricultural sector, reshaping how farmers, agribusinesses, and intermediaries access and manage financial services. The agricultural value chain, which encompasses production, processing, distribution, and retail, has historically faced challenges related to inefficiency, lack of transparency, and limited access to credit. By integrating digital technologies such as mobile banking, blockchain, and digital payment systems, financial transactions within agriculture are becoming more transparent, accessible, and efficient.

Abstract

Being a leader means having to use the resources that are available to you, whether they be material or human, in order to achieve goals and maintain organizational unity. Analysts define leadership as the process by which one individual inspires a group of people to work together toward a single objective. The main objective of this study was to quantify and identify the current state of leadership management through bibliometric analysis, to identify emerging issues, and to lay the foundation for subsequent research in the area. We use bibliometric analysis with VOS Viewer and have outlined the research literature from 2013 to 2023 to demonstrate the outlook for leadership management. This paper resulting in a refined dataset of 3691 articles. This study provides an in-depth bibliometric analysis of leadership management, revealing the global research landscape, international collaboration, publication trends, research hotspots, and emerging frontiers. The global output of publications maintains a balanced growth, highlighting the active engagement in this field. The analysis recognizes leading researchers and institutions globally, with the United States standing out as a major contributor.
