Abstract

Warga negara yang mempunyai pilihan dalam menerima pelayanan publik yang disebut "pelanggan". Warga yangbergantung pada penyedia layanan yang disebut "klien". Warga yang menerima pelayanan publik dengan "pemaksaan"yang disebut "tawanan". Tiga jenis pelayanan publik di Yogyakarta ini dievaluasi berdasarkan jenis interaksi. Merekaadalah Pasar Malam "sekaten" (semacam pasar malam), pelayanan publik dari polisi, dan pengumpulan sampah.Menggunakan model logit memerintahkan, hasil menyimpulkan bahwa orang yang menerima Pasar Malam "sekaten"sebagai pelayanan publik disebut sebagai pelanggan. Masyarakat yang menerima layanan pengumpulan sampahdianggap sebagai klien. Hasil ini konsisten dengan penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Brown. Namun, evaluasiini tidak dapat dibuktikan bahwa orang yang menerima pelayanan publik dari polisi dianggap sebagai tawanan

Abstract

Kualitas pelayanan merupakan salah satu strategi bersaing dalam mengumpulkan pelanggan. Bank BTN sebagai salah satu perusahaan jasa di Indonesia, khususnya Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square, memiliki posisi persaingan yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan bank lainnya. Bank BTN Kantor Cabang Kelapa Gading Square selalu memberikan kualitas layanan terbaik untuk memberikan kepuasan kepada nasabahnya. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan teori kualitas layanan dan kepuasan pelanggan untuk lebih memahami keadaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian tesis ini. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Proses pengambilan sampel menggunakan sistem random sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data kuesioner menggunakan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS. Profil analisis responden menunjukkan bahwa dari 100 responden yang terkumpul, sebagian besar adalah perempuan dengan rentang usia 17-27 tahun dengan karakteristik pendidikan sebagai S1 besar, karakteristik pekerjaan yaitu pegawai swasta dan karakteristik penghasilan memiliki penghasilan rata-rata per bulan Rp. . 6.000.000 - Rp. 10.000.000. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan nasabah Kantor Cabang Bank BTN Kelapa Gading Square yang terdiri dari bukti langsung, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati semuanya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dari kelima dimensi variabel kualitas pelayanan nasabah Kantor Cabang Bank BTN Kelapa Gading Square, dimensi variabel jaminan memiliki pengaruh yang lebih kuat terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

Abstract

The food industry in Indonesia continues to grow, proven by the increase in gross domestic product (GDP) from the food and beverage industry of IDR 206.19 trillion in the first quarter of 2020. Jakarta as a metropolis has facilities in support of food industry growth, and one of the businesses that provides food and beverages in the form of restaurants in Jakarta is the spicy noodle restaurant Mie Gacoan. This restaurant has a phenomenon of long queues of customers ordering it. This study aims to analyse the impact of brand experience and the trust in the brand on the brand loyalty in Mie Gacoan restaurants in Jakarta. The research data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 110 respondents who are customers of Mie Gacoan in Jakarta. Findings indicate that brand experience and brand trust have a positive and significant influence on brand loyalty in Jakarta’s Mie Gacoan restaurants. Brand experience influences brand loyalty 53.4%, while brand trust influences brand loyalty 45.8%. At the same time, the share of brand experience and brand trust in brand loyalty is 57.3%. While other variables not included in this study account for the remaining 42.7%. Keywords: brand experience; brand trust; brand loyalty; restaurant

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of price and quality of service on the decision to purchase a product/service for artist management services at RRY Management. The independent variables in this research are price (X1), service quality (X2) and the dependent variable is purchasing decision (Y). Primary data for 2019-2023 is the type of data used in this study. The research method was quantitative approach. Multiple regression analysis was used for data analysis. According to the results of the simultaneous test (F), price and service quality significantly influence the purchasing decision. Meanwhile, the partial test (T) shows that price significantly influences the purchase decision and service quality significantly influences the purchase decision. Abstract

The professionalism of State Security Directorate personnel is crucial for achieving superior, sharp, and reliable security intelligence. However, there is ambiguity in the placement of operational supervisory roles within the Directorate. The researcher identifies performance, competence, Loyalty, and accountability as key factors influencing the professionalism of the Indonesian National Police Security Intelligence's operational supervisory personnel (BOP). The research's primary objective is to analyze the issues surrounding the mismatch between BOP placements and operational directorate needs. It also aims to devise effective strategies to enhance BOP personnel professionalism. The research employs qualitative methods, including literature review, observations at the State Security Directorate, and interviews. The findings reveal three main issues. First, suboptimal professionalism is attributed to inadequate technical, managerial, and sociocultural competencies affecting performance. Second, the soft tools, such as career policies and functional positions in the Security Intelligence operational directorate, need optimization. Finally, increased performance, competence, Loyalty, and accountability are vital drivers for enhancing the professionalism of operational supervisory personnel within the State Security Directorate of the Indonesian National Police Security Intelligence Agency. Keywords: performance, competence, Loyalty, accountability and professionalism

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara (BMN) di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasional serta menyusun strategi peningkatan pengawasan dan pengendalian di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasional. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang milik negara melalui pemantauan dan penertiban pada proses pengelolaan barang milik negara penggunaan, pemanfaatan, pemindahtanganan, penatausahaan, pengamanan dan pemeliharaan. Pelaksanaan Pemantauan dan penertiban yang dilakukan dalam pengawasan dan pengendalian barang milik negara masih belum optimal dan masih ditemukan berbagai macam kelemahan seperti sumber daya tidak memiliki kompetensi di bidang pengelolaan barang milik negara, belum memiliki kebijakan turunan berbentuk peraturan internal, infastruktur yang belum memadai. Pada penentuan strategi untuk peningkatan pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara dilakukan dengan analis SWOT yang diperoleh hasil kuadran 3 mengartikan pengawasan dan pengendalian Barang Milik Negara di lingkungan Dewan Ketahanan Nasioanal memiliki kelamahan dalam pelaksanaan tetapi memiliki peluang untuk peningkatan pelaksanaan pengawasan dan pengendalian tersebut. Abstract

The application of the e-government system is carried out to facilitate and speed up services to the community. This research focuses on answering the implementation of the regulations of the Head of the DPR RI Expertise Agency regarding the management of public participation in drafting laws that have not run optimally. A descriptive qualitative approach is used in research that takes place at the Center for Drafting of Laws, the Expertise Body of the DPR RI. Van Meter and Van Horn's theory focuses on policy standards and objectives, resources, communication between implementing agencies, implementing organizational characteristics, implementing attitudes, and the social, economic, and political environment that can be linked to the external environment. The results of this study are that all aspects of the policy implementation model from Van Meter and Van Horn have not been achieved as a measure of the success of implementing the SIMAS PUU application due to minimal human resources, financial support, and enthusiasm from the external environment. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the SIMAS PUU application has not run optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of stress on leadership learning participants in the Project Assignment (PA) test of PT Perusahaan Listrik Negara (PLN) (Persero). This study uses a quantitative approach using mixed survey data collection techniques distributed to 150 respondents in this case leadership course participants. The results showed a significance value of 0.505> 0.050, it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of the PT PLN (Persero) PA test on participants. Based on the results of respondents' research, the symptoms of stress that appear in the PA test are the behaviour of lack of confidence and not being able to control themselves when taking the PA test. Other factors that influence the implementation of the PA test at PT PLN (Persero) are time constraints (24%), examiners/guides/mentors (23%), methods/materials (16%), communication skills (15%), workload (9%), and others 13%. Stress in leadership trainees needs to be managed properly by providing positive stress management materials to manage stress and increase motivation.

Abstract

There is an overlap in policies between Statistics Law No. 16 of 1997 and Law No. 24 of 2013. The difference in data from the Central Statistics Agency and Dukcapil causes confusion for data users. The research aims to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness or ineffectiveness of the content and context of the Implementation of the One Population Data Policy and to develop strategies in order to improve the Implementation of the One Population Data Policy of the Central Bureau of Statistics with Dukcapil. This discussion is about how to implement a single population data policy from the content and context in Merilee S. Grindle's view. The results of the research found that based on the content of policy, the factors that influence the implementation of the one population data policy cause the implementation of the one population data policy of the Central Bureau of Statistics and Dukcapil not to run optimally, this is because there are inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of the one population data policy, namely the interest factor of the target group, the type of benefit factor and the degree of change desired. Based on the Policy Implementation Context (Context of Implementation), there are inhibiting factors that influence the implementation of population data policies, namely the factor of how much power, interest and strategy the actors involved in implementing the policy have. Conclusion: The process of implementing the single population data policy between the Central Statistics Agency and Dukcapil is already underway, but it is not yet running optimally, requiring a long process. To realize one population data, the following recommendations need to be made: Strengthening the device system used to support the implementation of population data integration and technological maintenance. Eliminate sectoral egos between related agencies. to synchronize population data, coordinate continuously and carry out joint monitoring and analysis between agencies.
