Abstract

The very high land degradation has resulted in the Denpasar City Government designing the establishment of the Sustainable Subak Area through a green line regulation in order to realize sustainable food agricultural land. In the context of optimizing the narrow agricultural land in urban areas, technological innovation is carried out from only rice farming to fish rice agricullture. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in rice farming income after the development of rice minarets and to synthesize efforts to conserve sustainable agriculture in an effective integrated fice rice agriculture. The method of analysis in this study was carried out quantitatively, namely feasibility analysis and qualitatively through qualitative descriptive. The results showed that fish rice farming has a higher level of feasibility when compared to the previous rice farming business. The net income of fish rice business is Rp. 7,165,250,- (35.29%), with an R/C ratio of 2.97. Sustainable conservation efforts in fish rice integrated agriculture are carried out through land improvement management, increasing added value, and strengthening institutional cooperation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine internal factors, external factors, and alternative marketing strategies. The location of this research is in Kusamba Village, Dawan District, Klungkung Regency. Totaled respondents in this study were 38 people consisting of 20 Kusamba salt farmers and 18 external respondents (village government, Agriculture Service, Klungkung District Cooperative Office, salt sellers: stalls, shops, retailers, consumers). The analytical method in this study uses SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the study, identifying internal factors as the main strength is that Kusamba Salt has good quality and the main weakness factor is that product quality in the process of making Kusamba salt depends on climate. While the external factor which is the main opportunity is the existence of equipment assistance from the government and the factor which is a threat is that similar competitors are superior in following market trends quickly. Furthermore, an alternative marketing strategy for Kusamba salt to increase farmers' income is in quadrant 1, which means that the strategy that can be used in this quadrant is to grow and develop, support aggressive growth policies through the implementation of Strength Opportunities strategies, including: a) Utilizing technological support and government branding in increasing product superiority, and b) Making the Kumba salt farming business an educational tour

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: To analize the finansial feasibility of UD. Tahu Bali Mandiri, West Denpasar District, Denpasar city. And to find out the obtacles that exits in UD. Tahu Bali Mandiri, West Denpasar District, Denpasar City. The study was conducted at UD. Tahu Bali Mndiri, form Februasry to April 2022. The types of data used in this study are quantitative data and qualitative data. The data sourse in this study are primary data and secondary data. 4 respondents. Data coletions in this study include observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. The results showed that the efforts made by UD. Tahu Bali Mandiri is feasible to be cultivated. This is evidenced by the calculation of the value of Net Present Value (NPV) > or Rp. 23. 877. 699.-; the value of Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) is 1,71 ; The Internal Rate of Renturn (IRR) has Value 29%. Suggested UD. Tahu Bali Mandiri Enterpreneurs can try to find to other suppliers who still provide cheaper prices than what enterpreneurs usually buy from suppliers. Enterpreneurs can try to reduce the value of the profits so the don’t burden consumers know what enterpreneurs have

Abstract

The agribusiness system consists of a production subsystem, a processing subsystem (upstream-downstream agro-industry), a marketing subsystem and supporting institutions. The revitalization of each agribusiness subsystem must continue to be improved due to the increasing consumer appetite for the agribusiness system (diversification), especially the subsystem of supporting institutions, namely the people's market. This can also occur due to changes in consumer behavior and perceptions of the people's market. This change is caused by the increasing development of technology and public communication in obtaining information. Especially, regarding the cleanliness and quality of food products. Through Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) analysis, a strategy for standardization and certification of food products was obtained at the Gianyar People's Market.

Abstract

Sampah merupakah masalah krusial namun penanganan belum optimal sehingga berdampak pada kehidupan masyarakat maupun lingkungan secara kompleks. Penanganan sampah perlu dilakukan secara massif untuk mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat sampah secara berkepanjangan. Program pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menangani masalah sampah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam pengabdian ini melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Analisis dalam hasil pengamatan kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan analisis internal dan eksternal Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pengabdian program pemberdayaan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan pada Kelompok Wanita Tani di Desa Kekeran, Kecamatan Mengwi, Kabupaten Badung dalam hal: (1) Sampah plastik yakni botol plastikagar dimanfaatkan sebagai media tanaman urban farming verticulture sehingga tidak mengeluarkan banyak tambahan biaya dalam media tanam sayuran. (2) Sampah organic yakni sisa-sisa makanan rumah tangga, diolah sebagai pupuk cair organic sebagai nutrisi sayuran pada urban farming verticulture. (3) Pengaplikasian nutrisi pada urban farming verticulture sayuran dilakukan pendampingan hingga panen sehingga mendapatkan hasil yang optimal untuk mampu dilakukan secara kontinyu. Hal yang disarankan adalah agar agar semua anggota wanita tani secara berkelanjutan mengimplementasikan pengetahuan dan ketrampilannya dalam penanganan sampah untuk menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan lingkungan serta memberdayakan masyarakat yang lebih luas.

Abstract

This research is entitled Marketing Efficiency of Arabica Coffee at CV Abian Kec. Kintamani Arabica coffee is a product that is certified for geographical indications so that it has a wide marketing distribution that is traded all over the world. The purpose of the study to analyze 1. marketing costs, marketing margins, farmer share, 2. Marketing efficiency. The analysis methods used include marketing margin analysis, farmer share analysis, marketing efficiency analysis The location of the research was conducted in CV abian. Kec. Kintamani Respondents in this study were determined as many as 30 respondents, 5 collectors, 2 retailers, and 5 consumers. Based on the results of the study, 3 marketing channels were found, with details in the level I marketing channel no marketing costs and margins (0), farmer share 100%, and marketing efficiency 0.00%. In the level II marketing channel, marketing costs (Rp 536/kg), marketing margin (Rp 1,200/kg), farmer share 95%, marketing efficiency 0.02%, while in the level III marketing channel, marketing costs (Rp 3,400/kg), farmer share 88%, marketing efficiency 0.10%. From the three marketing channels found, it can be concluded that the most efficient marketing channel is the level I channel. It is hoped that all Arabica coffee farmers in the research area will pay more attention to the marketing of Arabica coffee so that it can be even better in the future

Abstract

Sales effectiveness is one of the important activities in business as the main source of income. Implementation of business management in the fields of production, finance, and marketing as the basis for increasing the effectiveness of product sales volume. Digital marketing through social media is the main promotion target for Small Micro and Medium Enterprises because it is able to reach a broad market at the lowest cost, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The use of digital marketing needs to consider the mode of transmission, time, context, format and reception. This service program is carried out to help Small Micro and Medium Enterprises “Nasi Babi Guling Buk Eka” in Tua Village, Marga Tabanan to implement business management and digital marketing through social media as the main promotional media in an effort to increase sales volume during the Covid-19 pandemic. The methods used in community service activities are counseling, training, and mentoring. The results of the activity show that empowerment activities are able to increase the knowledge and skills of Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises in implementing business management and digital marketing. It is recommended that all Small, Micro and Medium Enterprises continuously implement business management and digital marketing as an effort to increase sales effectiveness during the Covid-19 pandemic. Abstract

Penangann sampah selama ini yang sudah dilakukan yaitu dikumpulkan, diangkut lalu dibuang harus diubah dengan cara memilah dan mengolah sampah di sumbernya. Desa Adat berperan aktif dalam pengelolaan sampah yang dapat dilakukan dengan menyusun awig-awig/perarem Program ini bertujuan untuk mengolah sampah menjadi barang berguna dengan membuat pupuk organik. Oleh Karena itu, perlu dilakukan demonstrasi dengan menggunakan limbah rumah tangga sebagai molasenya dan bagaimana aplikasinya di Banjar Kaja, Kelurahan Sesetan. Peserta kegiatan sebanyak 67 orang warga Banjar Kaja Kelurahan Sesetan. Metode pelaksanaan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan berupa ceramah, penyajian bahan peraga, gambar-gambar atau spesimen. Selanjutnya, praktek lapangan agar peserta menjadi terampil untuk mengenal berbagai jenis sampah yang bisa dipakai sebagai pupuk. Setelah dilakukan program pengabdian masyarakat, ditemukan bahwa pemilahan sampah masyarakat di Banjar Kaja Kelurahan Sesetan sebelum diadakan pelatihan sebenarnya sudah cukup baik, akan tetapi mereka belum sepenuhnya mau mengolah sampah tersebut menjadi barang yang berharga, sehingga setiap hari gundukan sampah di TPA semakin menggunung. Secara bertahap pola pikir masyarakat harus diubah sehingga sampah bukan barang yang menjijikkan tapi sampah adalah merupakan barang yang sangat berharga dan mempunyai nilai jual yang tinggi dan ramah lingkungan
