Abstract

This research study is purposed for development the ROS2 library wich provides the ROS2 interface for industrial robotic arm Mitsubishi RV-2SDB. This library for facilitate the important data acces, such as data joint, position, jog mode, error message, and alarm. By utilizing the ROS2, this library designed for integration suport and robot development in simulation of industrial process, as well as wider automation. The use of ROS2 is deployment modularity and scalability, enable to easier integration with existing automation system. Research studies show that this library is able to improve the efficiency and reliability of robot operations, supporting the industrial revolution 4.0 by creating flexible and integrative solutions.

Abstract

Monitoring water consumption with the Internet of Things (IoT) is a significant innovation in improving water utilization efficiency in multi-story buildings. This research develops a monitoring system on a three-story building prototype, which combines the MQTT protocol, the Node-Red visualization platform, and two sensors: the YF-B6 and the analog water flow meter sensor. The YF-B6 sensor measures the number of pulses from the water flow to determine the volume, flow rate, and velocity of the water, while the analog water flow meter sensor is integrated with the ESP32-CAM module to capture images of the water flow indicator and process them into volume values using image processing. Data from both sensors are sent to the cloud MQTT broker and visualized interactively through the Node-Red dashboard. This system is implemented on a three-story building prototype to replicate the distribution and monitoring of water usage on each floor. The research results indicate that this system can provide water consumption data with an error percentage of 0.2% and an absolute error of 0.03 m³. This system will also be used for the industrial automation workshop learning module to introduce the Internet of Things (IoT) in an educational environment.

Abstract

Monitoring electrical power consumption in the PENS Smart Automation Workshop Building is a fundamental step in an effort to optimize efficient resource management. In this research, a monitoring system is developed that is able to accurately measure, record, and store data on the use of electric power in a miniature building model. This system uses the PZEM-004T sensor module as a measuring instrument for electrical parameters combined with Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The research includes a literature study related to the basic concepts of electric power monitoring, Modbus and BACnet communication protocols, and IoT technology. System design involves the integration of hardware and software with an IoT-based user interface to support data acquisition and visualization. The collected data is sent via MQTT communication to the cloud and displayed in graphical form via the Node-RED platform, allowing real-time monitoring of electric power consumption with an interactive and customizable dashboard display. The test results show that the system is able to record data in real-time and present accurate information, so that it can be the basis for making energy management decisions. This research contributes to the development of a simple energy monitoring system that can improve efficiency in monitoring energy use with a warning if there is an overload.

Abstract

This study discusses the feasibility of investing in a packing machine at CV. Basalamah using the discounted payback period and profitability index methods, as part of Capital Budgeting analysis. This method helps the company assess investment decisions financially, as it is easy to understand and offers various calculation techniques. CV. Basalamah, which produces macaroni snacks, is facing high demand and plans to increase production capacity. Since the investment in a packing machine requires a large amount of capital, a feasibility analysis is necessary to ensure accurate decision-making. The main focus of this study is on financial aspects, while also considering other interrelated factors.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low interest of students in schools on the outskirts of Bojonegoro to continue their studies to college. This study aims to analyze the influence of career expectations, self-efficacy, and social environment on students' interest in continuing their studies to college, with parental income as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative approach using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The study was conducted in four public senior high schools in Bojonegoro Regency with subjects of grade XII students. The sample was determined proportionally at 100 students from a total population of 825 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that career expectations, self-efficacy, and social environment significantly influence students' interest in continuing their studies. Parental income was shown to significantly moderate the relationship, but at a weaker level. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the important role of parental income in determining the effectiveness of psychological and social factors on students' decisions to continue their studies. Therefore, affirmative policy support and educational interventions are needed for students from low-income families.

Abstract

The traditional way of learning kitab kuning has started to face challenges, such as limited access, reduced student interest in classical texts, and the lack of optimal use of technology in learning activities. This study aims to find a new way to keep kitab kuning learning going with the help of digital tools, without losing important values like sanad (chain of knowledge), adab (ethics), and the central role of the teacher. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature review, direct observation, and interviews with several ustadz (teachers), santri (students), and Islamic education experts. The results show that a suitable digital learning model is a mobile-based application that includes teacher voice readings, automatic translations, discussion forums, and offline accessibility. Learning methods such as sorogan and bandongan can still be applied online to preserve the pesantren atmosphere. The innovation in this study is the proposed design of digital learning that is not only modern but still rooted in pesantren traditions. In addition, the findings may support pesantren leaders and related parties in developing teacher training, learning facilities, and digital systems that fit the needs on the ground. With a careful and gradual approach, digitalizing kitab kuning can help preserve Islamic scholarly heritage while adapting to the times.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan studi efek pendinginan dalam cerobong evaporasi dengan variasi jenis-jenis distribusi semprotan nosel yang terdapat di program ansys, variasi jenis nosel yang terdapat di pasaran terhadap performa pendinginan dalam cerobong dan variasi sudut penyemprotan nosel terhadap distribusi temperatur yang dihasilkan. Penambahan variasi RH dan temperatur udara yang masuk dalam cerobong juga didiskusikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan secara komputasi menggunakan program simulasi Ansys.Ukuran cerobong berdiameter 1 meter dengan panjang cerobongnya 1.5 meter. Kondisi temperatur awal dalam cerobong 30 0C, fludia evaporasi berupa air dengan temperatur 10 0C. Kondisi batas masuk cerobong opening pressure dan kondisi batas keluar cerobong outlet pressure. Jenis distribusi semprotan yang digunakan adalah jenis rosin rammler dan discreate diameter distribution. Hasil simulasi profil kecepatan, fraksi volume uap air dan lintasan tetesan butiran uap air memiliki kemiripan dengan hasil eksperimen St. George dan Buchlin (1994) dan juga hasil simulasi Gant (2006). Analisis perhitungan teoritis temperatur rata-rata keluar cerobong dilakukan dan memiliki hasil yang sama dengan hasil proses simulasi. Dari proses penelitian diperoleh hasil akhir temperatur rata-rata keluar cerobong 21.470C untuk nosel jenis BETE PJ32 dengan jenis distribusi semprotan nosel discreate diameter distribution dan sudut penyemprotan 900.
