Abstract

The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality is an innovative solution to measure andimprove service quality in a public service. One of them is at the Nakata house inn, which provideslodging facilities for its visitors. However, with adequate facilities, Nakata's house still has one of itsshortcomings in the service system that makes communication between employees and visitors miss andthe limitations of promotions that are carried out so that it affects the satisfaction and interest of visitors.This research uses the weighted average method which aims to develop an information system inanalyzing and evaluating the level of visitor satisfaction with the quality of service. The weighted averagemethod is used to give weight to various aspects of the service that are assessed by visitors. So that theevaluation becomes accurate and detailed. This research involves collecting data from visitors throughquestionnaires and interviews, as well as data management using the weighted average method analysis.The results of this study show that the response from the response to the quality of Nakata house lodgingservices is included in a good category, because they get a score of 78 and the specification of the highestservice type in the employee responsibility category with a value of 3.5, while with the lowest valuespecification is found in the snack category with a value of 2.1. it is expected to provide concreterecommendations for lodging service providers in improving the quality of service based on the prioritydetermined by visitors. The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality using the weightedaverage method is expected to be able to make strategic decisions to increase visitor satisfaction andservice quality well and efficiently.Keywords: visitor satisfaction survey, lodging, service, weighted average

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop an automatic essay scoring application using the Cosine similarityalgorithm, with a case study at MTS Perguruan Mu’allimat. The main objectives of this research are tounderstand the process of creating an automatic answer correction system and to explore the application ofthe Cosine similarity method in the automatic essay answer correction system. The research begins withdesigning the system based on Object Oriented Programming (OOP) principles according to the systemrequirements analysis. The implementation of the Cosine similarity algorithm is conducted to calculate thesimilarity between students' answers and the correct answers. The results indicate that using the Cosinesimilarity algorithm in essay answer correction facilitates grading with reasonably good accuracy. Bytesting 10 student answers, the algorithm achieves an accuracy rate of 75.11% compared to manualcalculations. From these results, it can be concluded that this system is effective and accurate in scoringessay exams, and thus can be widely implemented to improve grading efficiency in educational settings.Keywords: essay grading application, Cosine similarity, automatic correction.

Abstract

This study applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to select healthy instant food andbeverage products to prevent Diabetes Mellitus. The developed web-based system evaluates nutritionalcriteria such as energy, sugar, saturated fats, sodium, fruits and vegetables, protein, and fiber. This systemassists consumers in making healthier food choices and supports efforts to prevent Diabetes Mellitus. Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of Virtual Reality (VR) technology as a promotional medium fortourism in Bawean Island. The research aims to assess how VR can enhance tourist experiences andattract more visitors. The methodology employed is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Theresults indicate that both TAM variables significantly contribute to user acceptance and satisfactionwith VR as a promotional tool. Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a illness that significantly affects the global population. This study explores theimplementation of Naive Bayes to predict diabetes mellitus. The problems faced include the complexity ofclinical datasets, feature diversity, and the need for accurate predictions. The proposed solution is to usethe Naive Bayes classification algorithm that utilizes a simple but strong assumption about featureindependence. The system is described with steps involving data pre-processing, dataset partitioning,Naive Bayes model training, and performance evaluation. The datasets used include age, gender, weight,HbA1C, fasting blood sugar. The results and testing show that the Naive Bayes model can provide fairlyaccurate predictions for diabetes mellitus, with performance assessed through evaluation metrics such as ,recall, accuracy, F1-score, and precision. In conclusion, the implementation of Naive Bayes is a fairlyeffective approach to predicting diabetes mellitus. In this study, The performance of the Naïve Bayesmethod is considered quite accurate, this is evidenced in the highest accuracy score of 85.71%. Despite itssimplicity, this algorithm can handle the complexity of the dataset and provide reliable predictions.Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Classification, and Naïve Bayes.

Abstract

Harga pokok produksi berpengaruh pada harga jual, tetapi devin sablon masih manual dalammemperhitungkan harga pokok produksinya, yang memicu kesalahan serta belummengkalkulasikan seluruh pengeluaran dan berpengaruh pada harga jual. Maka dibutuhkansistem informasi yang bisa membantu mereka untuk mendapatkan harga pokok produksi danharga jual yang tepat. Metode full costing digunakan untuk menciptakan sistem informasidengan berteknologikan website yang bisa menghitung harga pokok produksi per-itemdengan memperhitungkan semua biaya yang berbengaruh. Sistem juga bisamengkalkulasikan laba dan harga jual dengan memasukkan persentase markup yangdiinginkan. Hasil yang didapatkan menunjukkan bahwa biaya produksi yang dikeluarkandevin sablon pada bulan Februari 2024 adalah Rp. 19.271.500, harga pokok produksi per-item senilai Rp. 48.788, estimasi laba Rp. 29.273, dan harga jual senilai Rp. 78.061 Dengandemikian, perusahaan lebih muda mengelola biaya produksi dan membuat harga jual yangsesuai.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Harga Pokok Produksi, Full Costing.

Abstract

The Education and Culture Office of Jombang District implements a system of selecting the best employeesevery year to improve employee morale and reward their performance. Currently, the selection is donemanually, with subjective selection by the head of the office. This process takes a long time, and the resultsare subjective without standardized calculations. To improve accuracy and efficiency, a decision-makingsystem is needed that can assist in determining the best employees. One of the methods used is MFEP(Multi Factor Evaluation Process), with criteria such as work quality, responsibility, teamwork, discipline,and attendance. This method allows determining the weight of each attribute, ranking the suitability ofcriteria and alternatives, and ranking the best weighted data from several alternatives. Using the MFEPmethod and a sample of 36 employee data points, the highest value obtained is 8.8 and the lowest value is6.3. After calculation and ranking, a selection will be made to determine the best employee based on theranking value results.Keywords: best employee, selection method, decision-making system, ranking.

Abstract

Attendance is often used as a consideration for a superior to assess employee performance. Attendance data is very influential in seeing and assessing employee absenteeism. Attendance that still uses paper tends to have many weaknesses, including data loss, data errors or damage to attendance data. Online attendance is attendance that uses web-based technology that can help employees with attendance and superiors can see and assess an employee's performance. This online attendance was built using Mysql as a database system and framework called Laravel. The system uses email and passwords as data security and this system is equipped with several menu features including an attendance menu, which displays employee entry and return data with the time and date the employee was absent, an attendance history menu for both users to avoid data errors as well as data backup material, the result is that employees do not need to worry about data loss, data errors or data damage. The system also applies a rating scalemethod, where the system can display employee attendance data in a display of the lowest scale value to the highest value, through this system superiors can make considerations regarding an employee's performance. In the current digital era, the use of information and communication technology is very important to support the development of the tourism industry. Utilization of web-based information systems can be an effective solution to overcoming the problem of lack of information. Web-based information system provides accurate, complete and up-todate tourist destination information and can be accessed by anyone, anytime, anywhere.to ensure the development of information systems that are appropriate and in accordance with user needs, a research and development (r&d) approach was chosen in this research. Abstract

Developments in the industrial sector that go hand in hand with technological developments can certainly have a positive impact, one of these positive impacts is improving the economy. The business sector that is currently developing a lot is the business sector that operates in the trade sector. Agung Bakery Bakery is a company that operates in the trading sector by selling various types of bread offline. However, many consumers complain about the lack of online stores available. This shows that there is an opportunity to expand the reach of the business and improve service to customers by introducing an online store. The method used in this research is the Scrum method. The Scrum method was chosen because of its ability to manage projects flexibly and adaptively to changing needs during the development process. The development process begins with identifying user needs, followed by sprint planning, development, testing, and evaluation. Each iteration or sprint results in increased functionality that is tested and validated by users. The aim of this research is to find out the application and workings of a web-based online sales information system using the Scrum method at the Agung Bakery bakery. The result of this research is the application of the Scrum method in developing this system, the results are very targeted and run smoothly.
