Abstract

The pandemic of COVID-19 that has been going on since March 2020 until now has weakened many sectors in many countries an Indonesia as well. In Indonesia, more than 9,000 people have died because of this pandemic. In the first week, 56 cases of COVID-19 were recorded and the cases continued to increase to more than 2,000 cases per week so that the increasing number of cases could result in a lack of service provision and facilities for medical. This study aims to determine the forecasting scheme and how the development of COVID-19 cases that occur in Indonesia. Fuzzy Time Series Jasim method that is applied to find out how to do forecasts by managing previous data.  This method uses the determination of the width of the interval, the formation of a set from historical data and using of the average based length method. In this method also used grouping and data relations that have been fuzzified. From the method that has been used, it can be seen that the results obtained from the Fuzzy Time Series Jasim method are obtained from the accuracy rate of the accuracy error using MAD of 286. And the error magnitude of the forecasting results with the actual data using MAPE is 2.43%. Where it can be concluded that the use of Fuzzy Time Series Jasim method in this study provides good forecasting results

Abstract

Dampak pandemi covid-19 membuat pemerintah Indonesia berupaya dalam mencegah penyebarannya. Dengan menerapkan social distancing merupakan pilihan dalam mencegah penularan covid-19. Namun, hal ini memberatkan masyarakat karena memberikan pengaruh pada semua sektor, terutama pendidikan. Pada perguruan tinggi Universitas Hasyim Asy’ari, pembelajaran tetap dilaksanakan meskipun kondisi pandemi. Penerapan media pembelajaran dijadikan solusi perkuliahan tetap berjalan. Media pembelajaran yang dipakai sebagai pembelajaran online adalah Google Classroom. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengukur tingkat keefektifan Google Classroom dalam pembelajaran IMK. Proses evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan Usability Testing. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Proses analisis menggunakan Mean. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penilaian Usability Testing diperoleh sebesar 67,80% dengan kategori baik, sehingga pengguna menilai Google Classroom efektif dipakai sebagai media pembelajaran IMK.

Abstract

Laporan dana BOS disiapkan untuk membantu pemerintah dalam melakukan kontrol dan evaluasi terhadap program pemerintah. Laporan ini disusun secara berkala dan setiap orang tidak dapat mengendalikan atau mengubah laporan BOS. Dari hasil pengamatan, penyusunan laporan BOS di SMPN 3 PONOROGO masih disusun secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft excel dan ada beberapa kesulitan yang datang dari penulis laporan di Microsoft Excel menggunakan pengaturan tersebut untuk mencetak halaman saat ini. Oleh karena itu, penulis mencoba memberikan solusi untuk membuat aplikasi khusus laporan dana BOS. Aplikasi ini menyediakan formulir yang dibutuhkan dalam penyusunan laporan alokasi dana BOS di SMPN 3 PONOROGO. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat membantu penyusunan laporan dana BOS menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Kata Kunci: Aplikasi, Laporan, BOS. BOS funds report prepared to assist the government in conducting control and evaluation of government programs. These reports are prepared periodically and everyone can not control or change the report of BOS. From the observations, the preparation of a report of BOS in SMPN 3 PONOROGO still compiled manually using Microsoft excel and there are some difficulties that come from the authors of the report in Microsoft Excel using such arrangements to print the current page. Therefore, the author tries to provide a solution to make a special application of BOS funds report.This application provides the forms needed in preparing a report on the allocation of BOS funds in SMPN 3 PONOROGO. With this application is expected to assist the preparation of BOS funds report become more effective and efficient. Keywords : Application, Report, BOS.

Abstract

Penentuan jumlah produksi yang tepat, merupakan suatu hal yang harus dimiliki oleh sebuah perusahaan. Penentuan produksi yang kurang tepat akan menyebabkan perusahaan mengalami kerugian karena bisa jadi perusahaan terlalu berlebihan dalam memproduksi atau terlalu sedikit dalam memproduksi tidak sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan. Rumah Jamur cenderung mengalami kesulitan dalam penentuan jumlah produksi. Hal tersebut akan berdampak pada penghasilan Rumah Jamur, Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan jumlah produksi jamur tiram menggunakan metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto, dimana akan dilakukan pengujian terhadap metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS)Tsukamoto. Sehingga diharapkan metode Fuzzy Inference System (FIS)Tsukamoto dapat memprediksi jumlah produksi jamur tiram lebih baik daripada prediksi dari Rumah Jamur sehingga dapat membantu pihak Rumah Jamur dalam penentuan jumlah produksi. Kata kunci: Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) Tsukamoto, Rumah Jamur. The determination of exact total production are the main issues that a firm shall have. Inaccuracy determination of total production will lead the firm to lose the benefit because the firm may produces either over or less production regarding to customers’ demands. Rumah Jamur seems to have problems in determining its total production. This will have an impact to Rumah Jamur’s income. This research is aimed to build a Financial Information System and determination of mushroom’s production using Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) methods.. This information system can determine the number of mushroom’s production more precisely, so that the determination of total production can be performed more easily. Abstract

The written communication tool used by the Javanese tribe is Javanese script. Javanese script education is important to be taught to children from an early age so that children are not blind to Javanese script itself and to support the preservation of the nation's culture. The purpose of this research is to build Javanese script learning educational games for children, as well as to help the government in preserving local culture. The method used in this game is the Decision Tree and Finite State Machine (FSM) method. Decision Tree is used as an assessment or scoring in the game. The steps of the Decision Tree method are to determine the first parameter that will be used as the highest score to be obtained, the next step is to determine the second parameter that will be used as the score, and so on. The Finite State Machine (FSM) works based on the results obtained from the previous decision tree calculations, which will determine the continuation of the game. The results of this study are a Javanese script educational game for Javanese script learning in the form of connecting dots to become a script. Java, so players can play while learning. Abstract

In this study, an evaluation was carried out on the LMS Google Classroom which has been used as an online learning medium, especially at the Faculty of Information Technology, Hasyim Asy'ari University during Covid-19. The impact of the covid-19 pandemic has led to online learning activities. This aims to keep the learning process running even during the Covid-19 pandemic. The evaluation used in the Google Classroom LMS uses the EUCS method which has five dimensions in its measurement including Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timelines. The results of this study were obtained from data analysis on evaluating the use of the Google Classroom LMS using the EUCS method, which was 82.79%, with the assessment criteria being "Good". Abstract

Communicating using sign language is foreign to most people and very few people know how to communicate using sign language because it is not a mandatory language to learn. This case becomes a problem for people with special needs to interact and communicate with other people, especially people who do not know and understand how to communicate using sign language. Conventional Neural Network is the method that will be used in this study because this method is one of the deep learning methods that has the best current results in detecting an object, Deep Learning has excellent capabilities in computer vision. One of them is in the case of object classification in the image. By implementing one of the machine learning methods that can be used for object image classification, namely Convolutional Neural Network CNN. This is because the CNN method tries to imitate the image recognition system in the human visual cortex so that it has the ability to process image information. However, CNN, like other deep learning methods, has a weakness, namely the old model training process. In this study, the author uses a new dataset but is limited to only 4 sign language gestures (Hello, ILoveYou, Yes, No, Thanks). The results of testing the sign language training dataset reached an accuracy of 93.33%. In sign language predictions, the accuracy of the "Hello" symbol is 95%, "ILoveYou" is 93% accurate, "Yes" is 97%, "No" is 91% accurate, "Thanks" is 100% accurate. Abstract

Developments in this era of computer technology with the power of a website allow us to develop amanagement information system using a computer. Therefore, a web-based new student orientationregistration information system is needed to facilitate and reduce processing time efficiency whenregistering new student orientation and handling registrant data managed by the committee and financefor new student admissions case studies at Hasyim Asy'ari University. The uses of making an InformationSystem include making it easier for students to register themselves in a computerized manner, facilitatingthe administration of receiving new student study orientations to manage registration data and saving itautomatically into the information system. In this study, the brute force method was used. This charactermatching is part of the brute force method and moves the pattern one by one and matches it with the text,so that it becomes the same pattern. This research resulted in a character matching test using the bruteforce method and a case study using a string matching search engine based on PHP programming.Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is the programming used and the database uses My Structure QueryLanguage (MySQL). New Student Study Orientation Registration Information System Created on a web-based basis, it is hoped that it can help the new student study orientation registration process become moreeffective and more efficient. And also the level of accuracy of the algorithm in this case study is 100% with a total data of 785 students. If the input data is in the database, if it is not registered, this data will notappear.Keywords: Information System, Brute Force Algorithm, PHP and MySQL.

Abstract

ir pollution is a condition where air quality decreases because it is affected bysubstances that are not harmful or harmful to the health of the human body. Airpollution is often encountered in the surrounding environment from human activitiesthat can harm and damage the health of the human body. The impact of air pollution isdamage to human health and the environment. Damage to human health can be affectedby pollutant substances that enter the body. Some of the pollutant substances mixed inthe air have well-recognized properties, so their presence in the body can certainly causediscomfort. While in the environment can cause global warming, acid rain, depletion ofthe ozone layer, and others. Then made a system that can detect air pollution. Thepollution detection system that is made works well so that it can be used to detectpollution in the form of carbon monoxide gas and dust. The data detected by the sensoris calculated using fuzzy logic. So that it can produce a fuzzy output value of174.21655744439 which means that the air quality in the research location is nothealthy. Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is a crucial element in human resource management to assessindividual contributions to organizational goals and identify areas where productivity can be improved.Manual assessments that are subjective often lack accuracy and fairness. This research aims to design aweb-based decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the MOORA method(Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) for the Jombang District Education andCulture Office. MOORA was chosen for its effectiveness in handling multi-criteria in complex decisions.The system facilitates access and use with web technology. Requirements study, design, implementation,and testing have shown that the system provides more objective and accurate evaluations compared tomanual methods. This system is expected to improve the quality of performance evaluations and supportdata-driven decision-making at the Jombang District Education and Culture Office, serving as a model forother institutions in enhancing accuracy and precision in evaluating employee performance. The rankingresults recommend employee rank 1, Hadi Suwito, A.md, with a final score of 0.0217, employee rank 2,Weni Siswin Agustin, S.sos, with an accumulated score of 0.0183, and employee rank 3, Diyanto, with anaccumulated score of 0.0127.Keywords: DSS, Moora, Employee Appraisal, Performance, Education and Culture Office of JombangDistrict
