Abstract

This article seeks to explore the application of the halal industry in the production of Salai Patin fish in the Kampung Patin Koto Masjid Tourism village, Kampar Regency. Many factors can influence the successful implementation of the halal industry, including understanding the concept of halal, the urgent need to develop the Islamic economy, and the profile of Kampung Patin Tourism Village as the center of Patin Fish production. The process of implementing the halal industry begins with awareness and training. Ensuring that catfish business actors understand the sharia principles underlying halal products. Halal certification is an important step to convince consumers that Salai Patin fish products meet the standards of purity and halalness. Collaboration with halal certification bodies and authorized government agencies is also a key factor in maintaining product integrity and quality. The prospect of the halal industry promises sustainable economic growth in Kampung Patin Tourism Village, with the expectation that salai patin fish products can present wider business opportunities, both in local and international markets. This development will support the increasingly globalized idea of sharia economy, changing people's perception of Islam as a religion that is rahmatan lil alamin.

Abstract

This service activity aims to educate and motivate the santris of RQ Azmuna always to maximize all the potential available to memorize the Quran. This Quran House, located in Pematang Berangan Village, Rokan Hulu Regency, is important in grounding the Quran for the local community. Especially students who study in the capital city of the Regency are able to take RQ Azmuna as a place to live as well as a place to memorize the Quran. In today's digital era, utilizing the digital Qur'an is an alternative tip that can be used to memorize the Qur'an. The technique used in this service is the gradual delivery of material, training, as well as practice from the students of the Quran House. Living in an environment that has been conditioned by the life of the Quran, it becomes an easy trigger for someone to interact more intensely with the Quran. In the Rumah Quran, the students can synergize and help each other to strengthen memorization. This article describes how the students step if they want to repeat memorization while they are not near a muhafizh teacher or friend. The presence of a muhafizh teacher is very meaningful for memorizers, the absence of a muhafizh teacher sometimes reduces their enthusiasm in memorizing the Qur'an. This article presents an alternative solution for memorizers who do not have a muhafizh teacher. The Ayat application can be used as a medium for memorizers. The use of applications is considered effective for memorizers at the college level.

Abstract

This article intends to explain how Fadel as Samarrai applies the al Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf method in interpreting surah at-Tin in his book Ta'bir al Qurany. Fadel as Samarrai is a contemporary Arabic language expert who actively teaches on campus and social media. This literature study employs a descriptive analysis method and a historical-philosophical approach. This study shows that the book at Ta'bir al Qurany predominantly used the tafsir bi arra'yi method, which is very strong with the nuances of its lughawi interpretation. This study concludes, first, that the al Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf method tends to use the method of interpreting the Qur’an with the Qur’an. For example, as Samarrai interprets verse 6 of surah at Tin by referring to verse 3 of surah al-Asr and also explains the editorial of verse 25 of al Insyiqaq. Second, the al Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf method tends to accommodate many verse meanings. Third, the more observant and thorough a mufassir looks at the similarity of the editorial of a verse, the more linguistic secrets are opened that may be closed to others. The more the similarity in the editorial side of the verses of the Qur’an is ignored, the more negative stigma towards the language of the Qur’an is opened. Artikel ini bermaksud menjelaskan bagaimana Fadel as Samarrai mengaplikasikan metode al Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf (persamaan dan perbedaan redaksi ayat) dalam menafsirkan surah at-Tin dalam kitabnya Ta’bir al Qurany. Fadel as Samarrai adalah seorang pakar bahasa Arab kontemporer yang aktif mengajar di kampus dan juga aktif di media social. Penelitian ini merupakan studi literatur yang menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dan pendekatan historical-filosofi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kitab at Ta’bir al Qurany secara dominan menggunakan metode tafsir bi arra’yi yang sangat kuat dengan nuansa tafsir lughawinya. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan, pertama siapapun yang menerapkan metode at Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf cenderung menggunakan metode penafsiran al Quran dengan al Quran. Contohnya, as Samarrai menafsirkan ayat 6 surah at Tin dengan merujuk ayat 3 surah al Ashr dan juga menjelaskan redaksi ayat 25 al Insyiqaq, analisa as Samarrai menyimpulkan bahwa perbedaan redaksi ayat sejalan dengan konteks surah.  Kedua, menggunakan metode at Tasyabuh wa al ikhtilaf cenderung mengakomodir banyak makna ayat. Ketiga, semakin jeli dan teliti seorang mufassir melihat sisi kemiripan redaksi satu ayat, semakin terbuka rahasia-rahasia kebahasaan yang mungkin tertutup untuk orang lain. Semakin diabaikan sisi kemiripan redaksi ayat al Quran semakin terbuka hadirnya stigma negatif terhadap bahasa al Quran.

Abstract

The term bid'ah has been hotly discussed in recent years. The diversity of views of scholars and the diversity of definitions are hot issues to be studied. Few are antipathy to this study, which sometimes leads to friction and disputes in the Muslim community. Imam Ahmad has a unique concept and is considered firm in determining the heresy of one case. This article focuses on examining the concept of Imam Ahmad's bid'ah and applying it to solving contemporary problems. Many expressions of sunnah, sunnah clerics (ulama), sunnah mosques, and sunnah studies have been expressed in recent years. Two good words sometimes create discomfort in the community and leave an impression. Others not labeled as sunnah are not part of the sunnah. This literature research uses the method of textual criticism of classical references that contain Ahmad's views. Globally there are two findings in this article; First, heresy, according to Imam Ahmad, only produces two taklify laws, namely haram or makhruh. Second, cleric, mosque, and sunnah studies can also be categorized as bid'ah, which is judged makruh.

Abstract

This study aims to re-examine the rationalistic dimension of Tafsīr al-Manār by focusing on Rashid Rida’s exegesis of Qur’anic verses pertaining to the prohibition of khamr, specifically Q. al-Baqarah 2:219, Q. al-Nisā’ 4:43, and Q. al-Mā’idah 5:90–91. Employing a qualitative methodology with a content-analytic approach, the research primarily utilizes Tafsīr al-Manār as its principal source, supplemented by pertinent secondary literature. The findings demonstrate that Rida’s interpretation transcends a purely normative-theological framework by integrating rational and empirical arguments that possess universal validity. Rida contends that the Qur’anic prohibition of khamr is not solely a divine injunction to be obeyed but is underpinned by logical, moral, and practical considerations. His exegesis elucidates four dimensions of rationality: First, khamr inflicts physiological harm detrimental to human health; Second, khamr impairs cognitive clarity and diminishes self-control; Third, khamr undermines economic stability through wastefulness, reduced productivity, and dependency; and Fourth, khamr fosters social disintegration manifested in conflict, criminality, and moral decline. These results suggest that Rida endeavors to reconcile revelation with reason, affirming that Qur’anic ethics are founded upon a rational basis consonant with universal human understanding. Accordingly, Tafsīr al-Manār can be situated as a rational and contextual interpretive model pertinent to the advancement of contemporary intellectual discourse, ethics, and social responsibility.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji kembali dimensi rasionalitas dalam Tafsir al-Manār dengan menyoroti penafsiran Rashid Rida terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an tentang larangan khamr, yaitu Q.S. al-Baqarah: 219, Q.S. al-Nisā’: 43, dan Q.S. al-Mā’idah: 90–91. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan konten-analitis yang menjadikan Tafsir al-Manār sebagai sumber utama dan didukung literatur sekunder yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penafsiran Rida tidak berhenti pada kerangka normatif-teologis, tetapi memperluasnya dengan mempertimbangkan argumentasi rasional dan empiris yang dapat diterima secara universal. Rida menegaskan bahwa larangan Al-Qur’an terhadap khamr bukan semata-mata ketetapan ilahi yang harus ditaati, melainkan memiliki dasar logis, moral, dan praktis. Dari penafsirannya, teridentifikasi empat dimensi rasionalitas: Pertama, khamr menimbulkan kerusakan fisiologis yang membahayakan kesehatan; Kedua, khamr melemahkan kejernihan berpikir dan mengurangi kemampuan kendali diri; Ketiga, khamr mengganggu stabilitas ekonomi melalui pemborosan, penurunan produktivitas, dan ketergantungan; serta Keempat, khamr berkontribusi terhadap disintegrasi sosial melalui konflik, kriminalitas, dan kerusakan moral. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa Rida berupaya mengharmonikan wahyu dengan akal, menegaskan bahwa etika Al-Qur’an memiliki basis rasional yang sejalan dengan pemahaman manusia universal. Implikasinya, Tafsir al-Manār dapat diposisikan sebagai model penafsiran yang rasional dan kontekstual, yang relevan bagi pengembangan wacana intelektual, etika, dan tanggung jawab sosial dalam konteks kontemporer.
