Abstract

Abstrak Shooting adalah salah satu teknik dasar dalam permainan bola basket. Jika dalam permainan bola basket tidak dapat melakukan shooting maka tidak akan  adanya poin yang tercipta. Lay-up merupakan teknik shooting yang paling efektif, dikarenakan dalam teknik ini dilakukan dengan jarak dekat dengan ring seakan bola diletakkan kedalam ring yang didahului dengan gerakan dua langkah. Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani, hal yang berkaitan terjadinya proses belajar secara efektif pada siswa adalah kemampuan guru menggabungkan berbagai kondisi belajar kedalam kegiatan belajar, penggabungan kondisi belajar tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk metode pengajaran. Penerapan metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat diterapkan apabila siswa merasa takut dan malu untuk menyampaikan apa yang menjadi kendala pada saat pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap hasil belajar lay-up bola basket studi pada  siswa kelas VIII di SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan menggunakan desain one group pre-test post-test design. Sample dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya. Cara pengambilan data dilakukan selama 4 kali pertemuan yang terdiri dari pretest, treatment, dan posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar lay-up bola basket, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil peningkatan hasil belajar dengan rata-rata pretest sebesar 53,1% dan 69,2% rata-rata keterampilan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya dapat digunakan untuk membantu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar lay-up bola basket. Kata kunci: Metode pembelajaran, tutor sebaya, dan hasil belajar lay-up bola basket. Abstract Shooting is one of some basic techniques in basketball game. The point will never be created if the player cannot do shooting well. Lay-up is one of the most effective shooting technique. This is due to the technique is done in a close distance to the ring preceded by two steps move. In the learning activity of physical education, one factor which take an important role for establishing an effective learning process is the ability of the teacher in combining various conditions to the learning activity. Those combining efforts are implemented into one teaching method. The application of the same age tutor learning method is suitable for the student. This is due to the fact that student will not feel shy or even afraid to deliver something that become the difficulty for them in the learning activity to the tutor. Also, the relation between one student with another is closer rather than the relation with the teacher. The research aims to know the influence of the same age tutor toward the study result of lay-up in basketball based on the study of 8th grader student of SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya. This is kind of quasi experiment which involves one group pre-test post-test design. The object of the experiment is student of 8th grader VIII E class of SMP Negeri 35 Surabaya. The data are gained through pretest, treatment, and postest done within 4 meetings. Based on the research, the method of same age tutor affects the study result of lay-up in basketball. It is proved by 53,1% significant increase of knowledge competence, and 69,2% of ability competence. It can be concluded that the method of same age tutor is able to increase the study result of lay-up in basketball. Abstract

This research is motivated by the presence of guests who are dissatisfied with the room facilities of Gran Malindo Hotel Bukittinggi so that it can affect guest satisfaction while staying at Gran Malindo Hotel Bukittinggi, which causes guest loyalty to be low as well as room occupancy rates that have not reached the target. This study aims to analyze the effect of room facilities on guest satisfaction while staying at the Gran Malindo Hotel Bukittinggi. This research is classified as quantitative research with a causal associative approach. The study population was all guests who stayed at Gran Malindo Hotel Bukittinggi during January–June 2021. The total sample in this study was 88 people. The analytical prerequisite tests used in this study are the normality test, the homogeneity test, and the linearity test. To test the hypothesis using a simple linear regression test. The results of the study were: Variable X (Room Facilities) is in the unfavorable category with a percentage of 35%. Variable Y (Guest Satisfaction) is in the good category with a percentage of 38%. Based on a simple linear regression test f count of 76,276 with a significant 0.000 0.05, the room facilities variable can affect guest satisfaction with an R Square value of 0.470. Room facilities affect guest satisfaction significantly by 47% and are influenced by other factors by 53%. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended to further improve room facilities so that they become better and guest satisfaction increases.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemetaan topik seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan dengan pendekatan mix-method, yaitu studi bibliometrik VOSviewer dan literature review. Teknik analisis data meliputi: (1) memetakan jumlah sebaran publikasi jurnal seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan; (2)  memetakan hasil visualisasi bibliometrik VOSviewer seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan berdasarkan jumlah kluster dan itemnya; dan (3) memetakan topik penelitian seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan menggunakan studi literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) berdasarkan pemetaan jumlah sebaran publikasi jurnal, terdapat 202 publikasi jurnal seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan; (2) berdasarkan pemetaan studi bibliometrik VOSviewer, hasil visualisasi jaringan seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan terbagi menjadi 6 kluster 57 item topik; (3) berdasarkan pemetaan studi literature riview terdapat 10 topik terkait laporan keuangan perbankan, 10 topik terkait standar halal kinerja keuangan dan 5 topik terkait industri halal perbankan. Perbedaan penelitian ini dengan penelitian sebelumnya adalah pada penelitian ini menjelaskan dan memetakan seluruh topik penelitian seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan, sehingga peneliti selanjutnya dapat mengetahui kekosongan penelitian seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan. Implikasi dan kontribusi penelitian ini adalah adanya pemetaan topik-topik penelitian seputar standar halal keuangan perbankan yang sering ataupun jarang diteliti oleh peneliti, sehingga dapat menjadi rujukan bagi peneliti selanjutnya.

Abstract

The internet is a widely accessible public resource that serves as a primary driver of the digital economy. across the realm of internet governance, Top Level Domains (TLDs) assume a significant function in facilitating the expansion of internet accessibility, hence enhancing its utilisation and dissemination across society. This study examines the global patterns in top-level domain (TLD) management, identifies common challenges in TLD management within Indonesia, and assesses the appropriateness of management strategies for Indonesia, particularly in relation to internet promotion as a means of contributing to economic growth and societal advancement. Additionally, it explores the potential for fostering innovation within the country's TLD management practises. The digital economy refers to the economic activities and transactions that are conducted through digital technologies and platforms. This study examines the government's role as a regulator in shaping this trajectory. However, it is important to exercise caution to ensure that the TLD business process operates autonomously, minimising undue political interference.

Abstract

Pencemaran lingkungan oleh logam berat seperti timbal (Pb) akibat aktivitas pertambangan emas menjadi masalah serius yang mempengaruhi keberlangsungan ekosistem. Salah satu metode remediasi yang efektif adalah fitoremediasi menggunakan tanaman vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides L.) yang memiliki kemampuan menyerap dan mengakumulasi logam berat dari tanah. Tanaman vetiver dikenal memiliki sistem perakaran yang kuat dan dalam, memungkinkan penyerapan timbal secara efektif dari lapisan tanah yang tercemar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efisiensi tanaman vetiver dalam menyerap timbal, membandingkannya dengan tanaman lain, serta menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan vetiver dalam fitoremediasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa vetiver efektif dalam menyerap timbal, terutama pada bagian akarnya, sehingga berpotensi menjadi solusi alami untuk mengatasi pencemaran logam berat. Dengan demikian, vetiver dapat diandalkan sebagai salah satu tanaman unggul dalam upaya rehabilitasi lahan tercemar.

Abstract

The degradation of coral reefs and threats to turtle populations due to anthropogenic activities in Pante Paku Village, Jangka Sub-District, Bireuen District, have prompted the implementation of a community-based marine ecosystem conservation program. This program aims to conserve coral reefs and protect turtles through a participatory approach. A qualitative descriptive method was adopted, involving initial surveys, program socialization, community training, and ecosystem monitoring. The implementation of these activities coincided with the Student Organization Capacity Building Program (PPK Ormawa). The establishment of a Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) was also carried out within this program, making it a key strategy in increasing community participation in the sustainable management of coastal resources. Training activities focused on coral reef conservation through transplantation methods using rafts or concrete substrates, and turtle habitat protection through beach cleaning and the construction of semi-natural hatcheries. Monitoring activities, conducted from August to October 2024, used the Line Intercept Transect (LIT) method to evaluate coral reef conditions and collect turtle population data. The results of the program implementation indicate that this approach is effective in increasing public literacy and awareness regarding the importance of maintaining the sustainability of marine ecosystems. In conclusion, this program not only contributes to the preservation of marine biodiversity but also strengthens the socio-economic aspects of coastal communities through the sustainable utilization of resources.

Abstract

Shopee Affiliate is an affiliate program that offers opportunities for young people to generate income through product promotion on the Shopee e-commerce platform. This article aims to analyze the potential of Shopee Affiliate as an easily accessible and relevant digital business solution for the younger generation. The method used in this article is an observation and evaluation of the Shopee Affiliate socialization and training seminar held for the target group of youth in the local community. The discussion covers the basic concept of Shopee Affiliate, registration steps, effective promotion strategies, and the benefits of this program for participants. Based on the training results, it was found that Shopee Affiliate is able to provide business opportunities without large capital with high time flexibility. The conclusion of this article confirms the importance of practice-based training to help young people understand and optimize the Shopee Affiliate program as a sustainable digital economy opportunity.

Abstract

Di era digital, inovasi berbasis aplikasi semakin banyak diterapkan dalam layanan publik untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, efisiensi, dan transparansi. Permasalahan utama yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah sejauh mana kepuasan pemohon dapat ditingkatkan melalui layanan berbasis aplikasi, serta tantangan apa saja yang dihadapi dalam penerapannya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pemohon terhadap layanan berbasis aplikasi, serta memberikan rekomendasi berbasis literatur untuk peningkatan kualitas layanan tersebut. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan protokol PRISMA. Data dikumpulkan dari berbagai basis data akademik seperti CrossRef, Semantic Scholar, Google Scholar, dan IEEE-Xplore, dengan total 33 artikel terpilih yang dianalisis dari rentang tahun 2020 hingga 2024.Hasil menunjukkan bahwa 70% studi menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan 76% layanan yang diteliti berbasis aplikasi. Faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemohon meliputi kecepatan layanan, kemudahan akses, keandalan sistem, dan kualitas respons petugas. Rekomendasi strategis mencakup penerapan teknologi lanjutan seperti AI dan chatbot, serta pelatihan SDM dan perbaikan infrastruktur digital.

Abstract

Dalam dunia akademik, khususnya di jurusan Sistem Informasi, pemilihan laptop yang sesuai menjadi kebutuhan esensial guna menunjang kegiatan pembelajaran. Banyaknya pilihan laptop dengan spesifikasi dan harga yang sangat bervariasi sering membingungkan mahasiswa dalam menentukan pilihan terbaik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang membantu mahasiswa dalam memilih laptop berdasarkan kriteria objektif menggunakan metode Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS). Metode ini menggabungkan pendekatan jumlah tertimbang (WSM) dan produk tertimbang (WPM), sehingga menghasilkan evaluasi yang lebih komprehensif. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi harga, prosesor, RAM, dan kapasitas penyimpanan. Hasil akhir dari sistem menunjukkan bahwa laptop Compaq Presario memperoleh nilai preferensi tertinggi sebesar 0,9341, sehingga direkomendasikan sebagai pilihan terbaik bagi mahasiswa. Dengan adanya sistem ini, mahasiswa dapat memperoleh referensi yang lebih akurat dan berbasis data dalam memilih laptop sesuai kebutuhan perkuliahan mereka

Abstract

This study examines the internal perceptions of students and teachers regarding the limited institutional appeal of a public high school in Banda Aceh, Indonesia. Using a qualitative Grounded Theory approach, interviews with four students and two teachers revealed six major themes, including perceptions of academic quality, facility usage, teacher-student relationships, staff collaboration, external challenges, and proposed improvements. Findings highlight that despite adequate infrastructure, low student engagement, weak staff cohesion, limited competitiveness, and insufficient public promotion hinder the school’s attractiveness. Practical implications emphasize the need for integrated strategies combining academic improvement, community engagement, and institutional marketing. This research contributes to broader discussions on school improvement in post-disaster and decentralized education systems.
