Abstract

At SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah the Department is divided into 2, namely science and social studies. Determination of majors in schools is done based on the value per subject obtained by students. However, the data processing process is still done manually, sometimes students can choose the desired majors themselves so that over time the student learning process looks bored because the majors chosen are not in accordance with what students expect. The clustering application of student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah is used to assist the school in managing student data, the value of student subjects so that the appropriate student majors are known based on the scores obtained by students. In grouping the student's subject value data in the application, the K-Means Clustering method has been applied so that it can produce 2, namely Cluster C1 (IPA) and Cluster C2 (IPS). The application for clustering student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah was made using the Visual Basic.Net programming language. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out, the functional clustering application of student subject values ​​per semester at SMA Negeri 6 Bengkulu Tengah runs well as expected and can provide information on the results of clustering student data into 2 groups, namely science and social studies.

Abstract

Selection for the placement of Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI) is an activity that is often carried out by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency to find prospective workers abroad who are suitable to be sent and placed there. In determining the Best Worker Candidates, there are criteria from the Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma namely there are four criteria, including Age, Education, Language Mastery and Medical Check Up. The research method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP can help in making decisions on complex problems by simplifying the process. This system can help decision makers in determining the best prospective workers quickly and accurately. It is hoped that in the future we will be able to use this application in determining the Best Worker Candidates at Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency, as well as maintaining the application that the author has previously created so that in the future it can be used by Manpower and Transmigration Office of Seluma Regency.

Abstract

The development of science at the present time is getting faster in all areas in improving the lives of humans. While these fish farms and catfish farming in particular whether public or private is one source of foreign exchange earnings in the country under the Indonesian republic pengelolahan finance department. The company also common mortgage is an arm of the Treasury Department (Government) in capital flows small companies and medium, as well as to reach all levels of society. Currently the business or general commercial above does not have an expert system as a problem-solving consultation that can help the process of catfish farming. Expert System here in the form of data that diagnose various diseases in catfish. This is especially needed by managers of catfish farming in the era of globalization. Keywords: Backward Chaining

Web Tekonologi also keeping pace with the development of internet technology . One effort to present information about the construction material supply house, is one of them by making Materials Inventory application using Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0. This is a software program (software) that is used in the design of a program. In addition, Microsoft Visual Basic 6 is also equipped with a more complete capabilities, are easy to use in the design of a program, coupled with connections that support a variety of databases. Developing of technology information is very faster to influence in our and profesion, it can be makes change of system at development and factor change of the working way of them too. That is make we one more to increase librarian professional in technology skill to increase of the working way and library service.The purpose of the research is make MAN Arga Makmur library using to Macomedia Dreamweaver 8 e-library as a tool to manages organize of databse Mysql. The method of collceting with line observation about the book information in MAN Arga Makmur library interview, that is give some quisionaine to MAN Arga Makmur librarian. From the discussion, we are get the smmerize although mus suturaly MAN Arga Makmur library to increase technology information library with e-library, so the senue of information to become online pronidad.

Abstract

Technological developments are very supportive and needed to help things run smoothly in agencies, schools or universities, as well as in decision making. Current technological developments have influenced all areas of human life and are needed as a means of support that can support precise, precise and accurate information. The aim of writing this scientific work is to deliver a course at FKIP PTIK, Dehasen University, Bengkulu, so that it can provide a new atmosphere in teaching and learning precisely, quickly and accurately. So with this, multimedia is one of the means to convey material to each student so that students do not feel bored when receiving lessons given by Mr. and Mrs. Lecturer, which can create better results in delivering lessons because it combines text, graphics, audio, image. Based on the results of making learning media for English courses at FKIP, Dehasen University, Bengkulu using Macromedia Flash 8, it can be concluded that with the existence of learning media for English courses at FKIP, Dehasen University, Bengkulu using Macromedia Flash 8, we can help lecturers in conveying material better. easy and well understood by every student.

Abstract

The Decision Support System for Determining Majors for students at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, Sumber Rejo Village, North Bengkulu uses PHP and MYSQL for every second grade increase. The selection of majors is still manual. Teachers cannot yet measure students' abilities in terms of talent and academics. Sometimes teachers only measure in terms of report cards or class rankings. This certainly makes it difficult for students to enter majors according to their talents. Therefore, a decision support system application was created for student majors at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, North Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting application can help North Bengkulu 1 Huluk Palik State High School in its student majors. The results of this application can present data quickly and provide information with a calculation process according to the highest normalization results on the results of the decision tree made and ultimately can make a decision.

Abstract

Abstract—The necessities of life force people to work to fulfill their daily lives. In general, humans work during the day and rest at night. A lot of time spent working requires humans to rest to recover their physical condition. Sleep is an important phase in daily activities that is useful for balancing human life. Everyone's sleep needs are different. Many people are long-sleepers who need 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night while others are short-sleepers who only need less than 6 hours of sleep each night. Long sleep is not always associated with sleep disturbances. Besides that most people are not medically trained, therefore the authors intend to design an "expert system for diagnosing sleep disorders using the web-based forward chaining method" which can be accessed via http://puskesmastelagadewa.com/. This application is expected to be used by the community in early diagnosis as a prevention of more severe disease. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose sleep disorders while providing solutions to the disease. From the test results, it is obtained that 100% functionality runs according to system requirements. In the system testing carried out at the Telaga Dewa Health Center UPTD, Bengkulu City, symptoms and diseases were obtained from 7 existing sample data.

Abstract

Abstract-The performance of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) is one of the elements that greatly determines the quality of PUPR services. With this very important function, PPPK performance needs to be managed properly to determine whether PPPK professionalism has been maximized. One way is by using the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which is very fast in the process of grouping potential PPPK performance. This research method uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which is a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system, including requirements, validation, training and ownership. The end result of this research is a system that can cluster PPPK performance into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 7 people, Fairly Good Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 7 people.
