Abstract

The Decision Support System for Determining Majors for students at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, Sumber Rejo Village, North Bengkulu uses PHP and MYSQL for every second grade increase. The selection of majors is still manual. Teachers cannot yet measure students' abilities in terms of talent and academics. Sometimes teachers only measure in terms of report cards or class rankings. This certainly makes it difficult for students to enter majors according to their talents. Therefore, a decision support system application was created for student majors at State Senior High School 1 Huluk Palik, North Bengkulu using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The resulting application can help North Bengkulu 1 Huluk Palik State High School in its student majors. The results of this application can present data quickly and provide information with a calculation process according to the highest normalization results on the results of the decision tree made and ultimately can make a decision.

Abstract

Abstract—The necessities of life force people to work to fulfill their daily lives. In general, humans work during the day and rest at night. A lot of time spent working requires humans to rest to recover their physical condition. Sleep is an important phase in daily activities that is useful for balancing human life. Everyone's sleep needs are different. Many people are long-sleepers who need 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night while others are short-sleepers who only need less than 6 hours of sleep each night. Long sleep is not always associated with sleep disturbances. Besides that most people are not medically trained, therefore the authors intend to design an "expert system for diagnosing sleep disorders using the web-based forward chaining method" which can be accessed via http://puskesmastelagadewa.com/. This application is expected to be used by the community in early diagnosis as a prevention of more severe disease. This system is designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, the resulting expert system is able to help patients diagnose sleep disorders while providing solutions to the disease. From the test results, it is obtained that 100% functionality runs according to system requirements. In the system testing carried out at the Telaga Dewa Health Center UPTD, Bengkulu City, symptoms and diseases were obtained from 7 existing sample data.

Abstract

Abstract-The performance of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) is one of the elements that greatly determines the quality of PUPR services. With this very important function, PPPK performance needs to be managed properly to determine whether PPPK professionalism has been maximized. One way is by using the Clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm which is very fast in the process of grouping potential PPPK performance. This research method uses SDLC (System Development Life Cycle), which is a logical process used by systems analysts to describe an information system, including requirements, validation, training and ownership. The end result of this research is a system that can cluster PPPK performance into 3 parts where the Best Performance Quality consists of 7 people, Fairly Good Performance Quality consists of 1 person and Poor Performance Quality consists of 7 people.

Abstract

Abstract-Bengkulu City 11 Public High School is one of the State Senior High Schools in Bengkulu City. The student's pass rate refers to the final score obtained for each subject, then calculates the average score to get the student's pass rating. So far, the school does not have an application that can help provide a predictive picture of student graduation. Where this needs to be done in order to evaluate the teaching and learning system so that students are able to face the final exam given The K-Nearest Neighbor application for classifying graduation rates for students at State Senior High School 11 Bengkulu City can help provide an informational description of the graduation rate for students at State High School 11 Bengkulu City and can provide information on the results of the classification results for high school graduation rates. Abstract

Dr. Hospital M. Yunus Bengkulu City is one of the hospitals located in Bengkulu City. At Dr. Hospital. M. Yunus, Bengkulu City does not yet have a computer system or computer application that can be used, and also in this hospital patients still have to come to the hospital to consult a doctor or nurse directly, so when there is no specialist doctor or nurse the patient is very difficult To consult, it is less effective to consult directly with a doctor or nurse, so an application is needed to help patients deal with cervical cancer, because with this application, it also helps patients to know what their disease is and what the solution is. Based on the results of the discussion and testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that this expert system for diagnosing cervical cancer can help with early diagnosis of cervical cancer by including the symptoms experienced by the patient using the Forward Chaining Method approach. Based on patient testing which was carried out by selecting symptom codes G1, G2, G3 and G4, the diagnosis results were obtained using forward chaining, namely cervicitis with a percentage of 100%, cervical cancer with a percentage of 37.5% and portio erosion with a percentage of 25%. Based on the test results The black box that has been carried out, the functionality of the expert system for diagnosing cervical cancer using the Forward Chaining Method can now be implemented and can provide information on consultation results and determine an early diagnosis of cervical cancer.

Abstract

Honorary teachers are auxiliary teachers who are given teaching time according to the number of teaching hours with a salary in accordance with the hours of lessons they teach and have been arranged by several schools for the smooth teaching process. The acceptance of honorary teachers carried out at junior high school 12 Kota Bengkulu is still done onventionally without paying attention to quality and competence in the selection process, resulting in human error, open opportunities for nepotism activities. For this reason, a decision support system is needed that can help solve these problems. The method implemented in this system is SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique). The simplicity of the SMART method in analyzing responses, responding to the wishes of decision makers, and the simplicity of calculations in decision making. This SMART method aims to facilitate the decision making of honorary teacher acceptance at SMP Negeri 12 Bengkulu City so as not to use the manual system anymore. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the honorary teacher acceptance system with the SMART method can provide a good and more objective assessment.

Abstract

Abstract: ompanies that want to make employee promotions, then require special conditionsto determine the selection of employees to fulfill positions. In determining thispromotion, a decision support system is needed, namely the exponential comparison method. This method is used because it is very easy to determine the best of a number of employees. The employee candidate in question is an employee who deserves to occupy an existing position based on the criteria determined by the company. This research will be carried out in a way that is looking for the weight value in each attribute, then carry out a ranking process and will determine the optimal alternative, against some of the best employees each year. Keywords: decision support system, employee performance, exponential comparison                 method Abstrak: Perusahaan yang ingin melakukan kenaikan jabatan pegawai, maka memerlukan syarat khusus untuk menentukan pemilihan pegawai untuk memenuhi jabatan. Dalam penentuan kenaikan jabatan ini maka di perlukan sistem pendukung keputusan yaitu metode perbandingan eksponensial. Metode ini digunakan karena sangat mudah untuk menentukan yang terbaik dari sejumlah pegawai. Kandidat karyawan yang dimaksud yaitu pada Karyawan yang pantas menduduki jabatan yang ada berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan. Abstract

This research aims to create an expert system application to diagnose Angular Ceilitis using the Case Based Reasoning (CBR) method to get solutions and information easily and quickly about the disease. This research method uses the waterfall method which begins with the requirements, design, implementation, verification and maintenance stages. This expert system was created using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The Case Based Reasoing method can be used as a solution in using an expert system to diagnose angular ceilitis. In its application, the Case Based Reasoing method can provide a percentage of angular ceilitis. So that users can use this expert system as an application that can provide assistance in the initial diagnosis of angular ceilitis.

Abstract

PT Solusi Gemilang Persada is one of the companies providing outsourced employee services in Bengkulu City. In this company, every 3 months a performance evaluation will be carried out on outsourced employees based on placement to determine whether the outsourced employee will have his contract extended or not. Classification of outsourced employee data based on placement using the Naive Bayes Method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada, can help facilitate the company in managing outsourced employee data and assessing the performance of outsourced employees and can help the company in providing recommendations for each outsourced employee whether the contract is extended or not extended based on the classification results. From the amount of test data used as much as 10 outsourced employee test data, the classification results show that the classification of the extended contract class is 8 (eight) outsourced employees, and the classification of the non-extended contract class is 2 (two) outsourced employees. Based on system tests that have been carried out, it can be concluded that the functional classification application of outsourced employee data based on placement using the naive bayes method at PT. Solusi Gemilang Persada has run well and is able to provide classification results for each outsourced employee performance assessment.

Abstract

SMKN 6 Bengkulu City is one of the public vocational high schools in Bengkulu City. So far, the process of selecting outstanding students is only seen from the results of report cards by summing up all the grades per subject obtained by students, and then ranking them. This is certainly less effective in determining outstanding students, because it must be supported by other aspects such as the value of student attitudes during the teaching and learning process, student attendance, academic and non-academic achievements. The purpose of this research is to implement the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City. Therefore, in this study an application was built that can be used as a forum in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City. The implementation of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining outstanding students at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City can assist schools in determining outstanding students in every school year, where the final score will be sorted from the highest score to the lowest score to get the achievement rank of each student, where the assessment parameters/criteria used are the average report card score, attitude score, attendance percentage, number of academic achievements, and number of non-academic achievements. Based on sample data of student assessments at SMKN 6 Bengkulu City, used for calculations through the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) Method for 2022/2023 Odd Period as many as 10 students of class X, the results of outstanding students were taken from the highest score, namely M.
