Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare the attractiveness of work between Generation Y and Generation Z in Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. This research was conducted on undergraduate and postgraduate students with a population of 436 people. the sampling technique used was non-probability sampling method, namely purposive sampling (136 Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University).The data collection method is a questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) there are differences in interest value, social value, economic value and development value of employer attractiviness and there are no differences in application value between Generation Y and Generation Z in Management students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Riau University. 2) The most attractive dimension for Generation Y is economic value and for Generation Z is social value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of supervision and organizational culture on employee performance with employee commitment as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru City Branch. The sampling technique used in this research is a saturated sample with a sample size of 50 employees at PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru City Branch. The analysis technique used in this research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with Partial Least Squares (PLS) using Smart-PLS Software version 3.0. The research results show that supervision has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Supervision has no effect on performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on commitment. Organizational Culture and Commitment have a positive and significant effect on Performance. Commitment is able to mediate the influence of Supervision and Organizational Culture on Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Sanksi dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor pusat di PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya. Teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik Simple Rondom Sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 82 orang responden. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan alat uji SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sanksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, Reward berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan serta Sanksi dan Reward secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Populasi sekaligus sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru tahun 2021 yang terjual 50 orang. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur dengan menggunakan program SPSS 25. Dari hasil pengujian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa motivasi, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja pada PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru dinilai masih belum cukup baik. Dari hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja pada PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru dengan pengaruh sebesar 46,8%. Kemudian motivasi dan disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru sebesar 71,7%. Dan dari uji sobel diketahui bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja melalui disiplin kerja karyawan PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru. Pemimpin harus mengevaluasi hasil kerja dalam bentuk diskusi dengan atasan, mendengarkan dan menerapkan kritik dan saran dari pelanggan dengan menyediakan kotak saran. Supervisor di PT. Givari Smart Technindo Pekanbaru dapat berperan sebagai mediator antara karyawan dan konsumen. Maka perusahaan hendaknya menghargai hal-hal yang berdampak baik bagi perusahaan yang dilakukan oleh karyawan, meskipun hanya hal-hal kecil, misalnya memuji mereka, guna meningkatkan rasa hormat dan semangat kerja karyawan. Atasan dapat mengapresiasi kinerja yang baik dengan membiarkan karyawan menyampaikan pendapat atau menyampaikan keluhannya di tempat kerja. Atasan diharapkan bersikap tegas terhadap karyawan yang ceroboh. juga disertai dengan saran dan solusi agar karyawan memahami kesalahannya sehingga tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama di kemudian hari.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and work motivation on teacherperformance at SMA Negeri 13 Pekanbaru. This study uses a quantitative method with asurvey approach. The population in this study were all teachers at SMA Negeri 13 Pekanbaru,totaling 38 people. Data collection techniques were carried out through distributingquestionnaires, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. Processed withthe help of SPSS version 26 program. The results of the study indicate that competence andwork motivation have a significant effect on teacher performance both partially andsimultaneously. This finding shows the importance of developing competence and strategiesfor increasing work motivation in order to support optimal teacher performance improvement.Keywords: Competence, Work Motivation, Teacher Performanc

Abstract

Higher education institutions continually strive to improve the quality of graduates to ensure their competitiveness in the workforce. Therefore, they strive to equip students with a variety of skills, both hard and soft. Hard and soft skills development is embedded in courses within a competency-based curriculum, incorporating case-based and project-based learning.In addition to the knowledge of hard and soft skills acquired in college, students are also given the opportunity to gain practical experience through internships. Undergraduate Management students undertake internships in their seventh semester as part of the required coursework to earn a Bachelor of Economics degree. In the 2025-2026 academic year, 260 students from the class of 2022 will undertake internships. They will be placed in departments aligned with their respective concentrations, including human resources, marketing, finance, or operations.Students are now actively seeking internships, both in government and private institutions, through various programs offered, through MBKM internships, or through independent internships. Students entering the workforce, particularly through internship programs, often face challenges in understanding and applying professional ethics in the workplace, often in a work environment that is unfamiliar to them. This lack of understanding can negatively impact performance, interpersonal relationships, and the institution's image.

Abstract

Tujuan – Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap loyalitas karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada perusahaan Faznet Pekanbaru. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan – Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Faznet Pekanbaru, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 76 orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu seluruh anggota populasi dijadikan sebagai sampel penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4.1.1.4. Temuan – Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan yang melalui kepuasan kerja. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan yang melalui kepuasan kerja. Keterbatasan penelitian – Keterbatasan utama terletak pada cakupan objek yang hanya berfokus pada karyawan Faznet Pekanbaru berjumlah 76 orang. Penerapan metode kuantitatif dengan penggunaan kuesioner tertutup membatasi peneliti dalam mengeksplorasi aspek-aspek kualitatif. Oleh karena itu, penelitian mendatang disarankan untuk memperluas cakupan objek ke berbagai perusahaan serta mengombinasikan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif (mixed methods) agar temuan yang diperoleh lebih mendalam, menyeluruh, dan representatif. Implikasi – Penelitian ini secara keseluruhan menunjukkan bahwa loyalitas karyawan di Faznet Pekanbaru dipengaruhi oleh interaksi kompleks antara kepemimpinan, pengembangan karir, dan kepuasan kerja.
