Abstract

ABSTRACT This research test influence mediation organization culture in relationship participation of composing a budget and organization commitment with organization performance.Samples of this research is teachers SMA City in Semarang, with a quota sampling.A method of analysis used to test a questionnaire is reliabilitas and validity test. While technique regression analysis using mediation, by fit model appropriateness and test assumption classic. The result showed that only participation of composing a budget and commitment of the organization that influential positive significantly affect the organizations cultural, and organization cultural significant positive influence on the performance of the organization.While the participation of composing a budget and commitment of the organization no significant positive on the performance of the organization.But organization cultural it is proven as variable mediation relations participation of composing a budget and commitment of the organization with the performance of the organization.   Keywords : Participation in the preparation of the budget, organizational commitment, organizational culture and organizational performance.   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi mediasi dalam hubungan partisipasi penyusunan anggaran dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Sampel penelitian ini adalah guru SMA Kota Semarang, dengan kuota sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji kuesioner adalah reliabilitas dan validitas. uji. Sedangkan teknik analisis regresi menggunakan mediasi, dengan kesesuaian model pas dan uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya partisipasi menyusun anggaran dan komitmen organisasi yang berpengaruh positif berpengaruh signifikan terhadap organisasi budaya, dan pengaruh signifikan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja organisasi. Sedangkan partisipasi menyusun anggaran dan komitmen organisasi tidak ada. signifikan positif terhadap kinerja organisasi. Namun budaya organisasi terbukti sebagai variabel hubungan mediasi partisipasi menyusun anggaran dan komitmen organisasi dengan kinerja organisasi.   Kata kunci:    Partisipasi dalam penyusunan anggaran, komitmen organisasi, budaya organisasi dan kinerja

Abstract

Abstraksi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karywan PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawasan Industri Wijaya Kusuma yaitu berjumlah 536 orang. Kemudian ditarik sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin menjadi 85 orang sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa disiplin kerja, pelatihan, kemampuan kerja perlu diperhatikan, karena berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ketiga variabel bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang cukup besar terhadap Prestasi Keraja PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawsan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, sebesar 78,3%. Berdasarkan besarnya pengaruh tersebut diharapkan perusahaan dapat lebih tegas terhadap disiplin kerja, memberi pelatihan sesuai kebutuhan karyawan sehingga kemampuan kerja karywan bisa merata dan prestasi kerja bisa meningkat. Abstract. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Wijaya Kusuma Industrial Estate, totaling 536 people. Then the sample was drawn using the Slovin formula into 85 samples. The results showed that work discipline, training, work skills need to be considered, because based on the results of the study, the three variables together have a considerable influence on the Performance of PT. Lucky Textile Semarang II, Kawsan Industri Wijaya Kusuma, amounted to 78.3%. Based on the magnitude of the influence it is expected that the company can be more assertive towards work discipline, provide training according to the needs of employees so that employees can work equally and work performance can be increased

Abstract

Abstract. Tax is one of the important instruments in the country's economy because it is the largest and most flexible source of state revenue. Adherence to paying taxes contributes to the achievement of the tax targets set by the government, but often there are still many non-compliance, especially on personal taxpayers. This study intends to determine the effect of tax penalties, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services on personal taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pati. The populations in this study are 35,471 personal taxpayers who has had a NPWP more than one year and had a small and medium enterprise in the area of ​​KPP Pratama Pati, and from that number 100 respondents were taken as respondents. Variables in this study were tax penalties (X1), taxpayer awareness (X2), and tax service quality (X3), taxpayer compliance (Y). Methods of data collection are questionnaires and observations. The analytical method is the classic assumption test which consists of normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test and multiple regression analysis that consist of F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that respondents' responses to tax penalties were very good, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax office services were also very good, and taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pati was also very high. The results of the t test obtained a value of p <0.05 for the three independent variables with a positive correlation coefficient value of 0.582; 0.293; and 0,980 for variable tax penalties, taxpayer awareness and service quality of the tax office. The explanatory power of the three variables towards taxpayer compliance is 61.9%. The conclusions in this study are: tax penalties, awareness of taxpayers and the quality of tax services have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance. The dominant factor affecting personal taxpayer compliance is the service quality of the tax office. Abstrak. Pajak menjadi salah satu instrument penting dalam perekonomian Negara karena merupakan sumber penerimaan Negara paling besar dan fleksibel terhadap pendapatan negara. Ketaatan membayar pajak berkontribusi pada pencapaian target pajak yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, namun tak jarang masih banyak ditemukan ketidakpatuhan terutama pada wajib pajak pribadi. Penelitian ini bermaksud mengetahui pengaruh sanksi pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak serta kualitas pelayanan pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi di KPP Pratama Pati. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah wajib pajak orang pribadi yang telah memiliki NPWP lebih dari satu tahun dan memiliki usaha kecil dan menengah serta berada di wilayah KPP Pratama Pati yang berjumlah 35.471 orang, dan dari jumlah tersebut diambil 100 responden sebagai sampel.Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah sanksi pajak (X1), kesadaran wajib pajak (X2), kualitas pelayanan pajak (X3), kepatuhan wajib pajak (Y). Metode pengumpilan data adalah kuesioner dan observasi. Metode analisis yaitu uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji autokorelasi, uji heteroskedastisitas. Analisis uji regresi berganda, Uji F, uji t, uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tanggapan responden atas sanksi pajak termasuk sangat baik, kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan kantor pajak juga tergolong sangat baik, dan kepatuhan wajib pajak di KPP Pratama Pati juga sangat tinggi. Hasil uji t diperoleh nilai p<0,05 untuk ketiga variabel bebas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi bernilai positif masing-masing sebesar 0,582; 0,293; dan 0,980 untuk variabel sanksi pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak dan kualitas pelayanan kantor pajak. Daya penjelas ketiga variabel terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak sebesar 61,9%. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah: sanksi pajak, kesadaran wajib pajak serta kualitas pelayanan pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Faktor yang berpengaruh dominan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak pribadi adalah kualitas pelayanan kantor pajak.

Abstract

Abstract. Sharia financial service cooperatives are microfinance institutions which in their operations use Sharia economic principles, namely with profit sharing agreements. Sharia financial service cooperatives are the same as cooperatives in general, namely improving the economy and developing micro and medium business businesses in order to raise the dignity of small and medium-sized people. The study aims to determine the effect of Human Capital, Structural Capital and Social Capital on the Performance of City Sharia Services Cooperatives Semarang. This research is a quantitative study with a population of 35 employees of the Semarang City Sharia Service Cooperative. The sampling technique used a census of 35 people. Methods of data collection using observation, questionnaires and test research instruments. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination test using the SPSS software program. The results showed that Human Capital had a significant effect on the performance of the Sharia Services Cooperative in Semarang City with the results of t count (2,136) > t table (2,036). t table (2,036) and Social Capital have a significant effect on the Performance of the Semarang City Sharia Service Cooperative with the results of t count (2,354) > t table (2,036). Based on the results of the study, the authors suggest the Semarang City Sharia Service Cooperative organization to pay more attention to Human Capital, Capital Structure, Social Capital and Performance of the Cooperative. Abstrak. Koperasi jasa keuangan Syariah adalah Lembaga Keuangan mikro yang dalam pengoperasiannya menggunakan prinsip-prinsip ekonomi Syariah yaitu dengan kesepakatan bagi hasil. Koperasi jasa keuangan Syariah sama dengan tujuan koperasi pada umumnya yaitu meningkatkan perekonomian dan mengembangkan bisnis usaha mikro dan menengah dalam rangka mengangkat harkat dan martabat kaum kecil dan menengah.Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Human Capital, Structural Capital dan Modal Social terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi 35 karyawan Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sensus sebanyak 35 orang. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan onservasi, kuesioner dan Uji instrument penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis dan uji koefisien determinasi degan menggunakan program Software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Human Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperai di Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,136) > t tabel (2,036), Structural Capital berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,410) , t tabel (2,036) dan Modal Social berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang dengan hasil t hitung (2,354) > t tabel (2,036). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penulis menyarankan organisasi Koperasi Jasa Syariah Kota Semarang lebih banyak lagi perhatian untuk Human Capital, Struktur Capital, Modal Sosial dan Kinerja Koperasi tersebut.

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, brand trust, and perceptions of product quality on purchasing decisions for refill bulgari extreme sport perfume. This research method uses a type of quantitative research, purposive sampling research sample which amounted to 96 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. (1) H1 = H0, (2) H2 = H2 + H0, (3) H3 = H0. Significant F test (0.00 <0.05) means that it is declared feasible because the independent variable has a positive and significant effect on the dependent. The determination coefficient (R2) is 041,2 or 41.2%. 41.2% of purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image, brand trust and perceived quality. The conclusion of this study is brand image, brand trust and perceived quality have a significant influence on the sale of perfume products. Results the research use for market improvment bulgari extreme in Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstract. The ability to stabilize the emotions will help to shape the individual reality-oriented perceptions of the organizations, improve the ability to assess and evaluate the capability and helps in understanding the realities of life and to face the adverse situations in life. In the face of unpleasant conditions in the organization, one must have high self confidence. The influence of self-efficacy on emotional stability is rarely held so in these studies is purposed to find how does the influence of coworker support and self efficacy on emotional stability and performance. Based on data analysis obtained from 97 respondents to the Agency for Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perempuan dan KB Kota Semarang used PLS show the results of the show that if coworker support and self-efficacy have positif and significant influence on emotional stability. Coworker support does not have a significant influence on the performance of human resources. Self-efficacy and emotional stability have positif significant effect in improving performance. Abstrak. Kemampuan untuk menstabilkan emosi akan membantu membentuk persepsi organisasi yang berorientasi pada realitas individu, meningkatkan kemampuan untuk menilai dan mengevaluasi kemampuan dan membantu dalam memahami realitas kehidupan dan untuk menghadapi situasi yang merugikan dalam kehidupan. Dalam menghadapi kondisi organisasi yang tidak menyenangkan, seseorang harus memiliki rasa percaya diri yang tinggi. Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap stabilitas emosi jarang dimiliki sehingga dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dukungan rekan kerja dan efikasi diri terhadap stabilitas emosi dan kinerja. Berdasarkan analisis data yang diperoleh dari 97 responden Badan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Perempuan dan KB Kota Semarang yang menggunakan PLS menunjukkan hasil yang menunjukkan bahwa coworker support dan self-efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stabilitas emosi. Dukungan rekan kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja sumber daya manusia. Efikasi diri dan stabilitas emosi berpengaruh positif signifikan dalam meningkatkan kinerja.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of employee commitment and cultural organizational factors towards employees of the Job Performance, Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province both simultaneously (overall test) and partial (individual test). The research method used is verification, while the population in this study is the Regional Secretariat (SetDa) Riau Province based on increasing totaling 402 people. By using the method of proportional stratified random sampling in the sample amount to obtain 40 respondents. While data collection technology is used by the field study and library that includes observation, interviews and question-naires, and to determine the relationship and the influence of an independent variable to the model variables to use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results showed that the calculated results obtained statistically Multiple Correlation Coefficient (R) was 0.8950 with p <0.05 and the coefficient value of Determination (R2) 80.11%. This means that approximately 80.11% of employee commitment and organizational culture factors have a significant influence on employee job performance. Partial test showed that the partial coefficient of determination values contained in the organizational culture variables for (r2) = 54.58% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 7.515> ttable = 1.678 and ttable variables for employee commitment (r2) = 78, 74% with p = 0.00000 and tresult = 13.196> ttable = 1.678. These results indicate that organizational cultural factors and employee commitment have a significant relationship influence on employee job performance of the Riau Province Regional Secretariat (SetDa).

Abstract

A transformational era of consumer behavior has begun with the advent of the digital age, where multichannel brand involvement is the standard. Businesses are progressively implementing omnichannel marketing tactics in Indonesia's dynamic economy to effectively navigate this intricate terrain. In order to find out how well omnichannel marketing techniques work in Indonesia, this study used a mixed-methods approach that included quantitative surveys, qualitative interviews, and content analysis. The results show that omnichannel marketing techniques do, in fact, work, since they significantly influence purchase decisions and generate a high degree of consumer involvement. Customized offers and recommendations strike a powerful chord with Indonesian customers, indicating that personalization is a major success factor. Although omnichannel marketing is generally viewed favorably, worries over data privacy highlight how crucial it is for companies to have open and honest data procedures. Practical suggestions are given for Indonesian businesses to maximize their omnichannel marketing endeavors in light of these findings. This study adds significant understanding to the ever-changing omnichannel marketing scene in Indonesia and provides direction for companies looking to prosper in the digital era while preserving customer confidence and data protection.

Abstract

Education is an important factor in efforts to improve the quality of human resources. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of principal leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at the Ndholo Kusumo School, Tlogowungu District in Pati Regency. The population in this study were 55 teachers at the Ndholo Kusumo School, Pati Regency. The sample in this study used the census method, where all members of the population were used as samples. This research variable uses independent variables consisting of the principal's leadership and teacher competence, then teacher performance as the dependent variable and the intervening variable is work motivation which mediates the principal's leadership and teacher competence on teacher performance. The data analysis method uses path analysis. Based on the calculation results, it was obtained that the t-count value of the principal was 8.394 > t table 2.007, so the principal variable had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the t-count value of competency was 3.514 > t table 2.007, so the competency variable had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance and the t-count value of work motivation. is 2.843 > ttable 2.007, then the work motivation variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, the t calculated value of the principal is 4.419 > t table 2.007 then the principal variable has a positive and significant effect on teacher work motivation, the calculated t value of competence is 1.058 < t table 2.007, then the competency variable has no significant effect on teacher work motivation. Path analysis shows that the indirect influence of the principal on teacher performance through work motivation is greater, namely 0.741 > 0.630, compared to the direct influence of the principal on teacher performance and the indirect influence of competence on teacher performance through work motivation is greater, namely 0.253 > 0.227, compared to the direct influence of competence. on teacher performance, so it can be concluded that work motivation is a mediating (intervening) variable between school principals and competence on teacher performance. It is best for the school principal as a leader to communicate, which is the main key for a leader to be able to know and understand his subordinates. Suggestions for the Ndholo Kusumo Foundation to improve teacher competency in the form of training and competency tests again

Abstract

Productivity is a comparison between output (results) and input. If productivity increases, efficiency (time-material-labor) and work systems, production techniques and the skills of the workforce will increase. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the mediating role of job satisfaction on the influence of compensation and work motivation on the work productivity of Ndholo Kusumo foundation employees in Pati Regency. The population in this study was 85 employees of the Ndholo Kusumo Foundation in Pati Regency. The sample in this study used the census method, where all members of the population were used as samples. This research variable uses independent variables consisting of compensation and work motivation, then work productivity as the dependent variable and the intervening variable is job satisfaction which mediates compensation and work motivation on employee work productivity. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses path analysis The Ndholo Kusumo foundation should include its employees in the BPJS Old Age Security and Pension Guarantee program, and the BPJS health program, then the foundation should implement a rolling system / rotation of job desks and the foundation reduce the workload on its employees or increase the time for completing work.
