Abstract

Buku ajar memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu buku ajar harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian gambar dengan konten pada buku ajar fisika kelas X SMA di Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dimana sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi, untuk menganalisis ketiga sampel buku yang dipilih dari tiga sekolah di Tana Toraja yaitu SMAN 2 Tana Toraja, SMA Kristen Makale, SMA PGRI Getengan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar IPA Fisika Kode B gambar yang disajikan telah sesuai konten, meskipun masih ada kekurangan dalam penyajian gambar yang masih kurang dalam buku. Pada buku ajar Interaktif IPA Fisika Kode A dan buku ajar IPA Fisika Kode C masih ada penyajian gambar yang tidak sesuai dengan konten yang disajikan.Kata kunci: buku ajar fisika, gambar, konten.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the validity and practicality of interactive media in computer basics courses in the educational technology study program at Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja. This type of development research uses the ADDIE research model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of the validity and practicality tests can be used as a reference for assessing the media that has been developed. This research has conducted a content validity test; the quality of interactive media based on the assessment by teaching material expert lecturers shows an average of 3.77 from a maximum average score of 4.00. Thus, interactive media shows criteria worth using. The results of the media validity test that the quality of interactive media based on the assessment by media expert lecturers shows an average of 3.58 from a maximum average score of 4.00; thus, the module indicates very feasible criteria. The interactive media practicality test results showed that the interactive media developed an average of 3.46 from an average score of 4.00. Thus, the module showed efficient criteria.

Abstract

The katokkon chili plant (Capsicum chinense Jacq.) is a crop commodity that has high economic value. This type of chili is suitable for planting in high-altitude areas such as the Tanah Toraja region. However, its productivity is still low compared to its production potential, which can reach tens of tons/ha. The low level of knowledge and skills of chili farmers is one of the problems in increasing the productivity of katokkon chilies. The service aims to educate katokkong chili farmers in Lembang Sandana on good seed treatment. The methods used are outreach activities, education, and training on how to treat katokkong chili seeds and make appropriate chili seedling media. Pre- and post-tests were carried out to measure the level of success in implementing activities. Socialization carried out with target partners and collaboration resulted in collaborative support by the head of the Lembang and target partners for implementing kosabangsa. The results of education and training show that 94% of target partners have understood and implemented seed treatment methods such as using growth regulators, soaking in warm water (hot water treatment) and sowing seeds in rockwool media, as well as making growing media using a ratio of buffalo manure. , top soil and husk (1:2:1, v/v) appropriately. The education carried out by the kosabangsa service team has increased the level of knowledge and skills of farmers regarding how to treat katokkon seeds properly

Abstract

Metacognition and learning independence are important aspects in education that affect students' ability to manage and control their learning process. This study aims to analyze the use of Moodle-based virtual learning platform in improving students' metacognition and learning independence. This research designs and develops vitual learning that can be accessed by all junior high school students openly and free of charge which is packaged with an interactive display using Moodle learning is more interesting, interactive and fun so that students' digital literacy and learning independence increase. The stages refer to the ADDIE development model. The research stages were conducted by following the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate). The data collection approach involved various techniques such as questionnaires, FGDs, observation, documentation, interviews, and tests. Based on the results of the practicality test of using moodle, it can be concluded that the user's response after using moodle and filling out the assessment questionnaire with the results of user answers is in the comfortable category. So, user responses strongly agree to use moodle in learning. The results of the feasibility and practicality test of moodle that has been developed can be a reference to be continued to a broader stage and in terms of development can be a reference to be developed again both in terms of content/material and appearance. So, the user response is strongly agree to the application of online learning as an interactive media in learning.

Abstract

Cabai katokkon (Capsicum annum var chinense) memiliki bentuk buah secara morfologi berbeda dengan cabai umumnya yang cenderung lanjong. Cabai Katokkon cenderung bulat dan bergelombang, mirip dengan paprika. Rasa yang pedas menjadi daya tarik tersendiri, serta harga yang relatif lebih tinggi dibandingkan cabai pada umumnya. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah membuat demplot budidaya cabai Katokkon yang diberi mulsa dan sistem penyiraman tetes di desa-lembang Sandana Tana Toraja. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah ceramah dan bimbingan teknis pemulsaan menggunakan mulsa plastik hitam perak (MPHP) dan sistem irigasi tetes. Tim pelaksana dan mitra sasaran berhasil membuat demplot budidaya cabai berukuran 20 × 50 m2 yang telah diberi mulsa dan sistem irigasi tetes. Dilaporkan pertumbuhan vegetatif dan generatif tanaman cabai Katokkon cukup baik dan mitra sasaran antusias mengikuti ceramah dan bimbingan teknis. Hampir 90% mitra sasaran telah memahami dan mampu mempraktekan teknologi tepat guna yang diberikan oleh tim pelaksana.

Abstract

Kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) yang diperkenalkan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi bertujuan untuk menciptakan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih fleksibel dan relevan dengan kebutuhan industri serta masyarakat. Universitas Wira Bhakti, sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia, berkomitmen untuk mengimplementasikan kebijakan ini melalui pelatihan bagi dosen. Pelatihan ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dosen tentang konsep MBKM serta keterampilan dalam menerapkan model pembelajaran yang berbasis pengalaman dan kolaborasi lintas disiplin. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mempersiapkan dosen dalam menyusun kurikulum yang lebih adaptif, mendukung penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran, serta mendorong mahasiswa untuk terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan seperti magang, penelitian, dan proyek sosial. Hasil dari pelatihan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di Universitas Wira Bhakti, sehingga dapat mencetak lulusan yang lebih kompeten dan siap menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Dengan demikian, program ini akan berkontribusi dalam menciptakan lingkungan akademik yang inovatif, inklusif, dan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman.

Abstract

Problem-solving-based out-of-class learning activities aim to increase students' learning motivation in Business English, Philosophy of Science, and Introduction to Business courses. This activity involves students and lecturers in the learning process outside the campus, such as in local companies, business communities, and other places relevant to the lecture material. Over the course of four months, students actively solve real problems faced by partners, such as barriers to business communication in English, ethical challenges in decision-making, and small business management strategies. The problem-solving approach is carried out through field observations, group discussions, interviews, and data analysis. Lecturers function as facilitators who help students connect theory with practice. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' motivation to learn, as seen from their enthusiasm in discussions, a deeper understanding of the course concepts, and their ability to provide innovative solutions. The program also provides tangible benefits to external partners through solutions implemented by students. This activity has proven to be an effective learning model in supporting the concept of Independent Learning Independent Campus.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate how physics education students respond to the use of tracker software in the implementation of physics laboratory experiments covering projectile motion. The study was conducted in the physics laboratory at the Universitas Kristen Indonesia Toraja (UKI Toraja) and involved 10 (ten) physics education students. Research data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed quantitatively by calculating percentages. The utilization of tracker software in the implementation of projectile motion experiments enables students to easily observe and analyze the phenomenon of projectile motion. Students feel that experiments on projectile motion using tracker software are relatively straightforward to understand and learn. The results of student responses to the implementation of physics laboratory experiments involving tracker software in projectile motion show an approval rate of 64.4%. Therefore, it can be concluded that students exhibit a positive response and agree with the use of tracker software in physics laboratory experiments.

Abstract

Abstrak terdiri dari 150-200 kata, memuat uraian singkat mengenai masalah dan tujuan penelitian, metode yang digunakan, dan hasil penelitian. Tekanan penulisan abstrak terutama pada hasil penelitian. Abstrak ditulis dalam bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris. Pengetikan abstrak dilakukan dengan spasi tunggal dengan margin yang lebih sempit dari margin kanan dan kiri teks utama. Kata kunci perlu dicantumkan untuk menggambarkan ranah masalah yang diteliti dan istilah-istilah pokok yang mendasari pelaksanaan penelitian. Kata-kata kunci dapat berupa kata tunggal atau gabungan kata. Jumlah kata-kata kunci 3-5 kata. Kata-kata kunci ini diperlukan untuk komputerisasi. Pencarian judul penelitian dan abstraknya dipermudah dengan kata-kata kunci tersebut. Lembang Rantedada merupakan wilayah dengan potensi pertanian cabai Katokkon yang tinggi, namun produktivitasnya masih rendah akibat ketergantungan pada pupuk kimia dan belum berkembangnya pengolahan hasil. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan nilai tambah cabai Katokkon melalui penerapan pupuk organik berbasis teknologi slow release berbasis biochar dan kotoran kambing serta pelatihan pengolahan produk olahan cabai katokkon. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan partisipatif melalui pelatihan, praktik lapangan, dan evaluasi berbasis pre-test dan post-test, observasi, serta uji pasar produk. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan pupuk organik slow release meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman hingga 25,4% dan efisiensi biaya pupuk sebesar 18%. Produk olahan berupa bubuk katokkon, hard candy, dan pikel katokkon dan buah memberikan peningkatan pendapatan petani hingga 45% dan mendapat respons positif dari pasar lokal. Pengetahuan dan sikap petani terhadap inovasi pertanian juga meningkat secara signifikan. Kegiatan ini memberikan dampak nyata bagi masyarakat, baik dari sisi ekonomi maupun perubahan perilaku menuju pertanian berkelanjutan. Kesimpulannya, inovasi pertanian berbasis teknologi pupuk organik dan hilirisasi hasil mampu meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani dan layak untuk direplikasi di wilayah dengan kondisi serupa.
