Abstract

The use of the Malay language in Palu Tavaeli introduced by a cleric named Yodo Rajalangi. However, previously there was a cleric named Pue Bulangisi has also introduced Arabic Malay. Both figures come from Mandar scholars. People descent Mandar in Sulawesi Tengah, which introduces the Arabic script for Malay or Malay Language Society Tavaeli Palu in Sulawesi Tengah. Pue Bulangisi become the foundation stone of reading the Qur'an and Arabic Malay in Tavaeli at the King  Daesalemba period (1605-1667). While scholars Yodo Rajalangi is the foundation stone of the use of characters Malay or Language Malay in Palu Sulawesi Tengah at the time of King Yangge Bodu period (1800-1900). However, this article recommends to further research on the beginning of the use of Malay in Sulawesi Tengah.

Abstract

The Governor of Central Sulawesi has declared that Central Sulawesi Province will have a thousand megaliths on October 10 2023 because it has the potential for Cultural Heritage (CH) in the form of megalithic stones as evidence of civilization in the Central Sulawesi Region, especially in Poso Regency. This article will focus on three valleys in Poso Regency, namely the Bada Valley, Behoa Valley and Napu Valley. The research entitled "Distribution of Potential Megalithic Cultural Heritage in Poso Regency, Central Sulawesi" aims to describe the distribution of potential cultural heritage in the form of megalithicum in the Bada Valley, Lemba Bada and Napu Valley in Poso Regency. Likewise, it also describes the existence of megaliths which are the potential of every valley in Poso Regency in the form of buho, jar lids, jar containers, scratched stones, flat stones, structures, monoliths, stone pedestals, stone mortars, trays, stone mortars, hollow stones, statues, and containers, kalamba lid, and kalamba container and other shapes. Finally, this research will analyze folklore about the community that supports megalithic civilization in Poso Regency, namely the Pekurehua community.

Abstract

Tulisan tentang kuburan Imam Sya’ban di Lolantang Banggai masih sangat kurang sehingga penelitian tentang obyek ini sangat dibutuhkan. Kompleks kuburan ini berupa “situs” yang berada di perbukitan di Desa Lolantang, Kecamatan Bulagi selatan, Kabupaten Banggai Kepulauan. Penulisan ini adalah tahapan awal hasil observasi pendahuluan dari seluruh rangkaian penelitian yang dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi sejarah yang akan melihat awal masuknya Agama Islam berdasarkan informasi dari nisan kuburan Imam Sya’ban. Tahapan penelitian ini melalui Heuristik, Kritik Sumber, Interpretasi, dan historiografi (penulisan sejarah). Metodologi sejarah ini dibantu dengan pendekatan atau sudut pandang arkeologi dan sudut pandang arsitektur. Arkeologi berkaitan dengan benda-benda bersejarah dan juga situs bersejarah Imam Sya’ban, sementara arsitektur berkaitan dengan aspek keruangan/spasial berupa kawasan, bangunan dan struktur situs. Hasil observasi pendahuluan mengungkap unit informasi dan fenomena menarik terkait keberadaan Imam Sya’ban yang perlu ditindaklanjuti lebih intens dan komprehensif agar dapat berkontribusi bagi tindakan pelestarian, pemanfaatan dan pengembangan situs serta dapat melengkapi historiografi Islam, termasuk kajian arkeologi Islam di Nusantara (Indonesia)

Abstract

Pelestarian dan pemeliharaan cagar budaya dewasa ini semakin penting yang ditandai dengan terbitnya Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemajuan Kebudayaan. Dan Undang-Undang nomor 11 tahun 2010 tentang cagar budaya. Namun dalam peraktik pelestarian dan pemeliharaan masih menyisahkan banyak persoalan. Untuk itu, kajian ini mengangkat satu sudut pandang terkait signifikansi peran dari pemandu wisata dalam pelestarian dan pemeliharaan lukisan tapak tangan di Kabupaten Morowali Utara. Hasil kajian yang masih bersifat preliminary study ini menemukan bahwa peran dari pemandu wisata dapat melampaui tugasnya dengan memelihara dan melestarikan melalui social movement, dan pewarisan mitologi terkait lukisan tapak tangan tersebut.

Abstract

This research aims to outline the process of prosecuting expansion as a demand for regional autonomy in Banggai Islands Regency and Parigi Moutong Regency, explaining the comparison of horizontal and vertical conflicts in the implementation of regional autonomy in Banggai Islands Regency and Parigi Moutong Regency, and analyzing the involvement of local figures in expansion and conflict resolution in Banggai Regency Parigi Moutong Islands and Regency. This research uses historical methodology by collecting (heuristics), source criticism, and classifying and analyzing various social problems in the conflict and molibu culture of the Kaili community, Central Sulawesi. This research analysis uses a case study approach. The theories used in analyzing the results of this research are decentralization theory, regional autonomy and conflict theory. The research stages use historical methodology with four essential stages: heuristics, source criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results of the research found that the conflict that occurred in Banggai Islands Regency was a conflict over the placement of the capital city, which should have been in Banggai City and then moved to Salakan Peling Island, while in Parigi Moutong Regency, it was a structural conflict in the Donggala Regency DPRD with the Gempar Parigi Moutong Group.
