Abstract

Kemampuan berhitung merupakan bagian dari perkembangan kognitif yang penting bagi anak usia dini, karena menjadi dasar dalam memahami konsep matematika. Namun, hasil observasi awal di PAUD Ceria Lamgugop menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar anak usia 4–5 tahun belum mampu mengenali dan menyebutkan angka dengan benar serta mengalami kesulitan dalam menghitung jumlah benda. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan penggunaan Alat Permainan Edukatif (APE) papan berhitung terhadap kemampuan berhitung anak usia dini. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis pre-eksperimental berupa One Group Pretest-Posttest Design.Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan instrumen berupa lembar observasi yang mengacu pada indikator kemampuan berhitung dalam kurikulum merdeka fase pondasi. Eksperimen penelitian berjumlah 12 anak, dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 1,6 pada pre-test menjadi 3,6 pada post-test, serta nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,8347 (kategori tinggi). Selain itu, hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai thitung sebesar 37,80 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1,795 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan APE papan berhitung sangat meningkat dalam kemampuan berhitung anak usia 4–5 tahun di PAUD Ceria Lamgugop.

Abstract

proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran IPA di Madrasah lebih banyak terkonsentarsi pada peningkatan aspek pengetahuan sedangkan pengembangan kreativitas siswa lebih sering terabaikan. Dengan demikian sangat pentingmengembalikan pembelajaran IPA sesuai hakekatnya agar pengembnagan kreativitas siswa ikut terkembangkan. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan memilih salah satu model dan media yang cocok untuk mengembangakan kreativitas siswa seperti model PBL dan media video animasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, hasil belajar dan peningkatan kreativitas siswa melalui penerapan model project based learning berbantuan video animasi pada proses pembelajaran IPA kelas IV di MIN 29 Aceh Besar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui lembar observasi guru, lembar observasi siswa, lembar soal tes dan lembar observasi kreativitas siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) aktivitas guru pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 84% dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 95%. (2) Aktivitas siswa pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 79% meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 93%. (3) Hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I 52,17% meningkat pada siklus II 88,46%.  (4) Kreativitas siswa pada siklus I dengan rata-rata 56,52% dan meningkat pada siklus II dengan rata-rata 88,46%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model project based learning berbantuan video animasi dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV di MIN 29 Aceh Besar.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the improvement of fifth-grade students’ learning outcomes at SDN Ujong Kuta, Aceh Besar, through the implementation of the Two Stay Two Stray learning model assisted by realia media. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, each including planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects were 25 fifth-grade students, comprising 14 boys and 11 girls. Teacher and student activities were observed using observation sheets, while learning outcomes were measured through test sheets. The results revealed an increase in teacher activity from 70.83% in cycle I to 90.62% in cycle II, and student activity from 66.66% to 89.58%. Students’ learning outcomes also improved from 65.00% in cycle I to 87.50% in cycle II. These findings indicate that the Two Stay Two Stray learning model assisted by realia media is effective in enhancing both student engagement and learning outcomes in fifth-grade students at SDN Ujong Kuta, Aceh Besar.

Abstract

Based on the author's initial observations at PAUD Istiqamatuddin Nurul Muarif regarding using APE during learning, the PAUD has used several APEs in learning. However, the APE used was not adequate to train fine motor development and did not vary to attract children's interest. The purpose of the study was to develop and see the feasibility of APE Multifunction Beams in developing fine motor skills for children aged 4-5 years. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model using Dick and Carey Theory which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. With instrument validation sheet material experts and media experts as well as children's observation sheets. Based on the assessment of 2 APE validation and 2 material experts, for material expert validation the total scores from V1 and V2 are 69 and 67, so the maximum total score is 80, so that the percentage results are 80% and 86% which fall into the very feasible category. While the APE validation scores V1 and V2 are 69 and 67, the number of frequencies is 16, so that the percentage results are 86.25% and 83.75% which are in the very feasible category. Then for the results of the observation sheet the child's fine motor skills got a score from the validator of 308, with the number of questions as many as 5 multiplied by 15 children, then the ideal total score obtained was 375 so as to obtain a percentage result of 82.13% which was included in the very feasible category. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the multifunctional APE beam can develop fine motor skills for children aged 4-5 years and is very suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

Petai cina merupakan sejenis tanaman perdu dari suku Leucaena (polong-polongan) yang sering dimanfaatkan dalam penghijauan. Daun petai cina (Laucaena glauca (L.) Benth) memiliki efektifitas sebagai antiinflamasi pada luka bengkak. Kandungan saponin dalam daun petai cina berperan penting sebagai pembentukan kolagen dalam menyembuhkan luka. Daun petai cina juga telah terbukti memiliki kandungan senyawa fenolik, terpenoid, steroid, tanin dan flavonoid. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat aktivitas antibakteri gel ekstrak etanol dari daun petai cina terhadap bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis. Penelitian ini menggunakan difusi agar menggunakan kertas cakram dengan beberapa konsentrasi gel ekstrak etanol daun petai cina yaitu F1 (2%), F2 (4%) dan F3 (6%). Verile acne gel sebagai kontrol positif dan Aquadest sebagai kontrol negatif. Diameter zona hambat yang dihasilkan pada pengujian gel ekstrak daun petai cina terhadap Staphylococcus epidermidis dengan konsentrasi F1 (2%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 6,42 mm, F2 (4%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 8,91 mm da n F3 (6%) mendapatkan nilai rata-rata sebesar 9,20 mm. Sebagai kesimpulan gel ekstrak etanol daun petai cina memiliki aktivitas dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Staphylococcus epidermidis dengan kekuatan zona hambat dalam kategori sedang.Kata kunci: Daun petai cina, antibakteri, gel ekstrak etanol, Staphylococcus epidermidisABSTRACTChinese petai is a type of herbaceous plant from the Leucaena tribe (legumes) which is often used in reforestation. Chinese petai leaves (Laucaena glauca (L.) Benth) have an anti-inflammatory effect on swollen wounds. The content of saponins in Chinese petai leaves plays an important role in the formation of collagen in healing wounds. Chinese petai leaves have also been shown to contain phenolic compounds, terpenoids, steroids, tannins and flavonoids. The purpose of this study was to examine the antibacterial activity of the ethanol extract gel from Chinese petai leaves against Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria. This study used agar diffusion using disc paper with several concentrations of ethanol extract gel of Chinese petai leaves, namely F1 (2%), F2 (4%) and F3 (6%). Verile acne gel as a positive control and Aquadest as a negative control. The diameter of the inhibition zone produced in the test of Chinese petai leaf extract gel against Staphylococcus epidermidis with a concentration of F1 (2%) got an average value of 6.42 mm, F2 (4%) got an average value of 8.91 mm and F3 (6%) got an average value of 9.20 mm. In conclusion, the ethanol extract gel of Chinese petai leaves has activity in inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus epidermidis bacteria with the strength of the inhibition zone in the moderate category.Keywords: Chinese petai leaf, antibacterial, ethanol extract gel, Staphylococcus epidermidis

Abstract

Lidah buaya (Aloe vera) dapat digunakan untuk merawat rambut karena memiliki nutrisi untuk pertumbuhan rambut, lidah buaya mengandung enzim yang berperan sebagai stimulan yang merangsang pertumbuhan rambut. Selain lidah buaya, madu sebagai bahan alami yang juga sangat berguna untuk merawat serta menyehatkan kulit kepala dan rambut, karena memiliki banyak kandungan dan nutrisi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat formulasi yang tepat pada Pomade dengan bahan dasar lidah buaya dan madu serta untuk menguji dan mengetahui stabilitas fisik Pomade lidah buaya dan madu. Jenis penelitian ini berupa metode eksperimental laboratorium, yaitu dengan memformulasi Pomade lidah buaya dan madu serta melakukan uji stabilitas fisik terhadap Pomade lidah buaya dan madu. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, yang kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif berdasarkan aspek-aspek yang diuji, yaitu uji pH, uji homogenitas, uji iritasi dan uji hedonik. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penggunaan pomade lidah buaya dan madu dapat menggantikan penggunaan bahan-bahan kimia sintetis pomade. Stabilitas fisik pomade lidah buaya dan madu pada FII memenuhi syarat suatu formulasi karena memiliki bentuk semi padat yang lembut, berwarna putih susu, tidak berasa dan berbau normal, dengan pH ideal untuk rambut yaitu 4.9, serta homogen ketika dioleskan pada sekeping kaca. Sebagian besar panelis lebih menyukai pomade lidah buaya dan madu pada FII, baik itu dari segi warna, aroma maupun tekstur.Kata kunci: pomade, lidah buaya, maduAloe vera can be used to treat hair because it has nutrients for hair growth, aloe vera contains enzymes that act as stimulants that stimulate hair growth. In addition to aloe vera, honey as a natural ingredient is also very useful for treating and nourishing the scalp and hair, because it has many ingredients and nutrients. The purpose of this study was to make the right formulation of Pomade with aloe vera and honey as the basic ingredients and to test and determine the physical stability of aloe vera and honey Pomade. This type of research is in the form of a laboratory experimental method, namely by formulating aloe vera and honey pomade as well as conducting physical stability tests on aloe vera and honey pomade. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, which was then analyzed qualitatively based on the aspects tested, namely pH test, homogeneity test, irritation test and hedonic test. The results of this study found that the use of aloe vera and honey pomade can replace the use of synthetic pomade chemicals. The physical stability of aloe vera and honey pomade in FII met the requirements of a formulation because it had a soft semi-solid form, milky white color, tasteless and had a normal smell, with an ideal pH for hair of 4.9, and homogeneous when applied to a piece of glass. Most of the panelists preferred aloe vera and honey pomade at FII, both in terms of color, aroma and texture.Keywords: pomade, aloe vera, honey

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus) merupakan jenis buah yang kaya akan zat antosianin yang memberikan warna merah dan memiliki berbagai manfaat, salah satunya yaitu sebagai pewarna alami yang dapat menggantikan pewarna sintetik. Buah naga merah mengandung komponen bioaktif lainnya yaitu asam askorbat, betakaroten dan flavonoid yang termasuk golongan senyawa antioksidan untuk menetralisir, mencegah atau memperlambat kerusakan sel akibat radikal bebas yang menyerang sel-sel tubuh. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk memformulasikan ekstrak buah naga merah dan mengetahui sediaan blush on compact ekstrak buah naga merah memenuhi uji evaluasi sediaan. Metode penelitian : Penelitian dilakukan secara eksperimental, meliputi: penyiapan sampel, pembuatan ekstrak, pembuatan sediaan dan uji evaluasi sediaan. Ektrak diperoleh menggunakan metode maserasi dengan pelarut etanol 96%. Talkum, kaolin, zink oksida, parafin cair dan nipagin adalah bahan-bahan untuk pembuatan blush on compact. Sediaan Blush on ekstrak buah naga merah dibagi menjadi tiga formula yaitu formula yang mengandung ekstrak buah naga merah sebanyak 7,5 gram, 10 gram dan 12,5 gram. Hasil penelitian : Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ekstrak buah naga merah dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan blush on compact dan memenuhi persyaratan uji evauasi sediaan, diantaranya uji organoleptik memberikan warna peach dan pink peach, bersifat homogen, menghasilkan pH sediaan sekitaran 6,3-6,7, mempunyai uji poles yang baik, tidak mengiritasi kulit dan berdasarkan uji hedonik blush on yang paling disukai adalah formula 3 yang mengandung ekstrak buah naga merah sebanyak 12,5 gram dengan warna pink peach. Kesimpulan : Pada penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan ekstrak buah naga merah dapat diformulasikan sebagai sediaan blush on. Variasi konsentrasi pewarna ekstrak buah naga merah yang digunakan dalam formulasi menghasilkan perbedaan intensitas warna pada sediaan blush on dan seluruh sediaan blush on memenuhi persyaratan uji evaluasi sediaan.Kata kunci : Blush on, Buah naga merah (Hylocereus polyrhizus)Background : Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus) is a type of fruit that is rich in anthocyanin substances that gives a red color and has various benefits, one of which is as a natural dye that can replace synthetic dyes. Red dragon fruit contains other bioactive components, namely ascorbic acid, beta-carotene and flavonoids which are included in the class of antioxidant compounds to neutralize, prevent or delay cell damage caused by free radicals that attack body cells. Research objectives : To formulate red dragon fruit extract and find out the blush on compact preparation of red dragon fruit extract that meets the preparation evaluation test. Research method : The research was carried out experimentally, including: sample preparation, extract making, preparations making and preparation evaluation tests. The extract was obtained by using the maceration method with 96% ethanol as solvent. Talcum, kaolin, zinc oxide, liquid paraffin and nipagin are ingredients for making blush compacts. The blush on red dragon fruit extract was divided into three formulas, namely a formula containing 7.5 grams of red dragon fruit extract, 10 grams and 12.5 grams. Results : The results showed that the red dragon fruit extract could be formulated as a blush on compact preparation and met the requirements for the evaluation of the preparation, including the organoleptic test giving peach and pink peach colors, being homogeneous, producing a pH of about 6.3-6.7, having a pH test of 6.3-6.7. good polish, does not irritate the skin and based on the hedonic test the most preferred blush is Formula 3 with a formula that contains red dragon fruit extract as much as 12,5 grams with a pink peach color. Conclusion and Suggestion : In this study, it can be concluded that red dragon fruit extract can be formulated as a blush on preparation. Variations in the concentration of red dragon fruit extract dye used in the formulation resulted in differences in color intensity in the blush preparation and all blush on preparations met the requirements of the preparation evaluation test.Keywords : Blush on, Red dragon fruit (Hylocereus polyrhizus)

Abstract

The main problem in this research is that the process of learning mathematics in plane material only relies on memorizing formulas, this occurs in students who do not understand the material. This research aims to determine the influence of the big book mathematics media on the learning outcomes of class IV MIN 11 Central Aceh students. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with a Nonequivalent Group Design. The population in this study were all class IV students at MIN 11 Central Aceh, while the sample was  class totaling  16 students and class totaling 14 students. This research instrument uses a learning outcomes test sheet and the data collection technique used is the test technique and uses the t-test in analyzing the data. Based on the results of the analysis that has been carried out, the average score obtained in the Pre-Test for the experimental class was 50.642 and for the control class with an average score of 46.437. Meanwhile, in the Post-Test, the average score obtained by the experimental class was 74.5 and the control class had an average score of 62.81. The results of statistical analysis obtained = 2.1047 and = 1.70, because > then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Kerwords: Big Book Math Media, Learning Outcomes, Two-Dimentional Figure

Abstract

In the process of implementing science learning in class V at MIN 2 Nagan Raya, it is still dominated by students who are not able to understand the material well, this is evidenced by the data of student learning observation is still below the KKM, which is 60. The objectives of this study are: (1) to analyze teacher activities, (2) to analyze student activities, (3) to analyze the improvement of concept understanding, (4) to analyze learning outcomes after applying  the Problem Based Learning  model assisted by realia media in class V MIN 2 Nagan Raya. The method used in this study is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The data collection techniques used are observation and Test, data analysis techniques used using a percentage formula. The results of the study showed that (1) the activity of teachers in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 82.40% in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 92.59%. (2) Student activity in the first cycle obtained a percentage of 78.70%, increased in the second cycle with a percentage of 89.81%, (3) The results of the concept comprehension test of students in the first cycle were 63.23% and then increased in the second cycle with a percentage of 86.97%, (4) the learning outcomes of students in the first cycle were 52.94% and increased in the second cycle to 92.85%. Thus, it can be concluded that there is an increase in students' understanding of concepts and learning outcomes through the use of the Problem Based Learning  model assisted by Realia media in class V MIN 2 Nagan Raya.Keywords: Conceptual Understanding, Problem Based Learning, Realia Media

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ learning outcomes in Islamic Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam/PAI) through the use of audiovisual media at SD Negeri Lamtheun, Aceh Besar. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, with each cycle including four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The participants were 28 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets of student learning activities, and teacher performance observation instruments. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ academic achievement and classroom engagement after the implementation of audiovisual media. In the pre-cycle stage, the average student score was 62.14, with only 11 students (39.29%) achieving the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM = 75). After the implementation of audiovisual media in Cycle I, the average score increased to 73.21, with 18 students (64.29%) achieving mastery. Furthermore, in Cycle II, the average score rose to 84.46, and 25 students (89.29%) successfully met the KKM. Observational data also showed improvement in student learning activity, increasing from 61.50% in Cycle I to 86.25% in Cycle II, indicating higher participation, attention, and motivation during the learning process. These findings demonstrate that audiovisual media is effective in enhancing students’ understanding of Islamic Education materials, improving learning motivation, and strengthening learning outcomes. Therefore, audiovisual-based instruction can be recommended as an innovative and effective learning strategy to improve the quality of Islamic Education learning in elementary schools.
