Abstract

The hotel business has developed using a modern cooperation system called the Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO). VHO places its brand name on its partner hotels, so that there is a dualism of brands that can be known by the public, namely the VHO brand and the personal Hotel brand. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the juridical property of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in the Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO) partnership. This research is a normative juridical method or a doctrinal legal research method, using a statutory and conceptual approach. The form of partnership carried out by Virtual Hotel Operators (VHO) in Indonesia does not contain elements of IPR in it, therefore it needs to be considered because of the consequences of the agreement made by both parties.Keywords: Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), Hospitality Industry, Virtual Hotel Operator (VHO)

Abstract

The prevalence of online gambling and internet media in the community is one of the negative effects. It is impossible to separate the role influencers play in promoting online gambling sites from the evolution of online gaming. In spite of the fact that it is expressly forbidden to promote online gambling in Law No. 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions and its amendments (particularly in Article 27 paragraph (2) and Article 45 paragraph (2)). This research aims to ascertain the extent of influencers' responsibility for endorsing online gambling as well as their participation in its promotion. The normative juridical approach is the research methodology used. According to the study's findings, influencers may play a more active role in the marketing of online gambling than merely acting as a promotional party. Influencers may take on the roles of uitlokker, medeplichig, plegen, doen plegen, or medeplegen. Influencer. An influencer must also be responsible for the content they promote. If the content is not in line with the rules, the influencer may receive penalties that can be based on Instagram's terms of use such as account termination or even deletion and based on laws such as imprisonment and fines.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian adalah pada mekanisme penyelesaian kredit dan upaya perlindungan hukum yang diimplementasikan untuk memastikan keberlangsungan operasional koperasi. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah metode mix method atau penelitian hukum normatif-empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKM Dana Yaksa menjalankan perjanjian kredit sesuai standar operasional manajemen usaha dengan berpegang pada prinsip kehati-hatian dan pemberian pinjaman yang sehat. Dalam menghadapi kredit macet, pendekatan kekeluargaan menjadi prioritas, sementara lelang terhadap obyek jaminan dianggap sebagai langkah terakhir jika upaya penyelamatan tidak memungkinkan. Strategi ini memastikan penanganan kredit dilakukan dengan efisiensi dan tanggung jawab, mendukung keberlanjutan operasional Koperasi Simpan Pinjam di tengah dinamika ekonomi lokal.
