Abstract

This study has two problem formulations, namely whether there is a relationship between exposure to @vinamuliana Instagram content and knowledge about the world of work for followers. The purpose of this study is to determine and explain whether there is a relationship related to exposure to @vinamuliana Instagram content with knowledge about the world of work for followers. The theory used in this study is the S-O-R Theory by McQuail (Stimulus, Organism, Response). This study also uses quantitative research methods with a type of correlation quantitative research approach. With the results of the study stating the value (rcount) 0.611> 0.196 (rtable) with a significance of 5% for 99 respondents, the working hypothesis (H1) is accepted and the null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. The correlation coefficient value is 0.611, so there is a positive correlation between the relationship between content exposure (X) and follower knowledge (Y) regarding knowledge in the world of work which has a strong relationship between the two variables. With a coefficient of determination of = r or = 0.373321 (37%). The results show that: The results of related research prove that: (1) There is a relationship between exposure to @vinamuliana Instagram account and knowledge about the world of work for followers, (2) The level of influence of exposure to @vinamuliana Instagram content has a significant effect on knowledge about the world of work for followers by 37%. Abstract

SiswantaABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk-bentuk usaha masyarakat dalam upaya pelestarian peniggalan Kraton Pajang, sejarah Kerajaan Pajang dan peran Pemerintah Daerah dalam melestarikan Petilasan Kraton Pajang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian masyarakat yang turut serta dalam upaya pelestarian Petilasan Kraton Pajang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara, arsip seperti dokumen dan peta-peta wilayah penelitian. Tehnik analisis data dilakukan pada saat pengumpulan data berlangsung, dan setelah selesai pengumpulan data dalam periodetertentu.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah peran masyarakat sangat tampak, baik masyarakat sekitar petilasan Kraton Pajang maupun masyarakat peziarah atau masyarakat yang datang ke tempat ini. Pembangunan tempat ini didasarkan atas sumbangan dari para peziarah yang datang ke tempat ini, mereka menyumbangkan sebagian uang atau dalam bentuk bahan material. Sedangkan peran pemerintah daerah Kabupaten Sukoharjo diantaranya memberikan bantuan dana dalam upaya pelestarian budaya seperti kegiatan kebudayaan malam satu Suro dengan diadakannya kirab pergantian songsong atau payung dan ruwatan yang diadakan di akhir bulan Suro.Kata kunci: Peran masyarakat, Petilasan KratonPajangThis research aims to describe the forms of social endeavors in efforts for the conservation of the Pajang Palace, to describe the genealogy of the kings of the Pajang Kingdom, the history of the Pajang Kingdom and the roles of the society in conserving the Pajang PalaceSite. This research in Sonojiwan Place, the Vilage Makamhaji, Sukoharjo Distric. This research uses qualitative research with a focus on research of the social elements which took part in the efforts for the conservation of the Pajang Palace Site. Data collection was conducted through observation and interview, archival material such as documents and maps of the research area. The technique data analysis is carried out when the data collection takes place, and after the data collection is completed within a certain period.The conclusion of this research is that the role of society is very evident, both the people around the Pajang Palace site as well as the pilgrims, or the people visiting this site. The development of this site is base dupon the contributions of the pilgrims who visit the place, as they make contributions in the form of money or material goods. The role of the regional government of the Sukoharjo District as helped by the other village functionaries also contributed hope and attention to the Pajang Palace Site. Regional government attention was amongst other forms also in funding assistance for cultural conservation efforts such as the cultural activities on the night of the first day of the month of Suro as well as the traditional carnival procession of an umbrella or umbrellas and ruwatan (Javanes laguage) which is held at the end of the month of Suro.Keywords: Role of society. Abstract

PT Pamuji is a company that operates in the field of information technology and content. Pamuji also provides website creation services with varied article content according to the needs of its clients. Copywriting is used in various social media, such as advertisements, blogs, taglines, articles, or captions on social media. Copywriting uses website media as a tool for promotion and growing consumer interest in a product. To produce good articles, copywriting development using SEO Search Engine Optimization techniques is needed by a copywriter. In this research, the author wants to know and describe the process of creating article content that was created by a copywriter using SEO techniques by PT Pamuji Media Infotama. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to describe and explain the activities or events in the research. Descriptive studies collect data in the form of words, and not numbers. Pamuji Media Infotama as a content creation service provider for this website creates content that will be displayed on its client's website through copywriting with Search Engine Optimization techniques by collecting data and processing the data, the data can be in the form of research results. PT. Pamuji Media Infotama is also able to provide education in the content of its copywriting articles in the form of tips and also product selection for its clients so that it becomes a value in itself that can increase readers' interest in making the best choices. Abstract

One product of technological advancement is the internet, which facilitates the rapid global dissemination of information. A notable outcome of this is sosial media, which has transformed the ways we communicate and interact. An example of a sosial media platform with a high number of users is 𝕏. The aim of this study is to describe the motives behind the use of 𝕏 among teenagers in Dusun Sumber Barat, Sumberjosari Village, Kecamatan Karangrayung, Kabupaten Grobogan. The theoretical framework of this research focuses on sosial media theory, new media theory, uses and gratification theory and also individual media use theory as outlined by McQuail, including information motives, self-identity, sosial integration, and entertainment. This study employs a qualitative descriptive method, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observation, and documentation. Purposive sampling is used to select the research participants. Data analysis is conducted based on the framework developed by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study reveal that the motives for using the sosial media platform 𝕏 among teenagers in Dusun Sumber Barat are varied. These include seeking information, self-expression, sosializing and discussing, finding entertainment, and using 𝕏 as a business platform. The functionality of 𝕏 enables teenagers to build sosial networks, explore personal interests, develop their digital identities, and discover business opportunities.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the decreasing number of Panic Artwork customers. This can be seen from the lack of promotion carried out on Instagram. This research aims to provide a solution for using the Panic Artwork Instagram account as a promotional medium to increase the number of customers. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that Panic Artwork effectively uses Instagram as a promotional medium through various features such as visual posts, reels and Instagram Ads, although the use of advertising is still limited. In addition, analysis using the AIDA theory (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) shows that Instagram has succeeded in attracting audience attention, generating interest, creating desire, and encouraging purchasing actions through a consistent and interactive content strategy. However, this research also identified several factors that caused a decrease in the number of subscribers, such as a lack of promotional consistency and changes to the Instagram algorithm. These findings provide insight for Panic Artwork to further optimize the use of Instagram in an effort to increase the number of subscribers. Abstract

ABSTRACT Good and proper communication patterns are essential for a leader. In this regard, cooperation will proceed smoothly. The communication conducted by a leader should take the form of instructions or input, such as suggestions, commands, advice, or constructive criticism. Frequent miscommunication between leaders and subordinates can affect employee motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the communication patterns applied by leaders in enhancing employee motivation in the Marketing Division of CV Media Agung Surakarta. This research is of a descriptive qualitative nature. The data collection techniques in this research include observation, internal company data, journals, and literature studies. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman Interactive model. The data analysis process is carried out in several stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research indicate that in the Marketing Division of CV. Media Agung Surakarta, a chain communication pattern is used. Additionally, there are obstacles such as miscommunication between the leader and field staff in carrying out their tasks, which affects employee motivation. Abstract

Product marketing is one of the factors that concerns the existence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Therefore, business actors, especially MSMEs, should be equipped with skills and knowledge regarding everything related to business communication, including how they understand marketing technology literacy. One form of implementing business communication tools that cannot be avoided is the utilization of barcode systems. The barcode system is not merely a binding between sellers and buyers. However, even broader than that, barcodes are used as a means of connecting business information based on communication technology. Related to the implementation of business communication technology, the common problem faced by MSME actors is the limited mastery of information technology and the limited understanding of business systems based on digital technology. To empower MSME actors, the service team offers a program to introduce barcode system implementation for MSME actors in Sumberbulu. Sumberbulu village in Mojogedang district. The target group aimed at consists of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), Sumberbulu village in Mojogedang district, Karanganyar regency. The execution technique begins with observations regarding the advantages and disadvantages inherent in the tourism SMEs of Sumberbulu village, which are then discussed through a brainstorming forum. The results of the discussion are used to formulate the needs and desires for strengthening SMEs. Data and information from the discussion are used as a basis for conducting short training on the implementation of Barcodes for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The importance of implementing the barcode system is not only related to the technical use of barcodes but also the critical attitude towards the system is very urgent so that MSME actors can avoid its negative impacts such as fraud, misuse of data, misleading information, and the like, which ultimately leads to potential financial and non-financial losses for MSME actors.

Abstract

Abstrak Amangkurat Agung (I) adalah raja Mataram yang diangkat menjadi raja untuk menggantikan ayahnya, dan mendapat gelar Susuhunan Ing Alaga. Ketika dinobatkan secara resmi pada tahun 1646, ia bergelar Kanjeng Susuhunan Prabu Amangkurat Agung. Pada tahun 1647 ibu kota Mataram dipindah dari Karta ke Plered yang berjarak kira-kira 2 km. Istana baru ini dibangun dengan menggunakan bahan dari batu bata, sedangkan istana lama di Karta terbuat dari kayu. Berbeda dengan Keraton sebelumnya, Keraton Plered dikelilingi dengan tembok-tembok setinggi 18-20 kaki dengan kedalaman 8-12 kaki. Raja Amangkurat I wafat pada masa bergerak mundur di Tegal pada Juli 1677. Kemudian digantikan oleh Putra mahkota dengan memakai gelar Amangkurat II, dan diterima oleh bangsawan Jawa di Tegal (kampung halaman neneknya). Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Proses pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran audio visual untuk SMK kelas 10 dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (2) Kelayakan audio visual pada materi proklamasi kemerdekaan Indonesia yang dikembangkan ditinjau dari aspek kevalidan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK Negeri 2 Sewon pada tahun ajaran 2020/2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Reserch and Development). Peneliti menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE yaitu menggunakan langkah (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi lembar penilaian audio visual untuk mengukur kevalidan, angket respon guru dan siswa serta observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran untuk mengukur kepraktisan, dan prestasi belajar untuk mengukur keefektifan Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) perangkat pembelajaran berupa audio visual pada materi proklamasi kemerdekaan indonesia dengan melakukan anaisis kebutuhan dan analisis kurikulum. Menyusunan rancangan audio visual serta penyusunan penilaian produk. Pengembangan dlakukan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran dan instrument. Implementasi dilakukan uji coba produk di SMK N 2 Sewon dan dianalisis kekurangan dan kelebihan dari perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikeangkan. (2) Perangkat pembelajaran dinyatakan layak karena memenuhi kriteria valis, praktis, efektif. Penilaian kevalidan diperoleh skor 4,38. Penilaian kepraktisan menurut angket respon siswa diperoleh skor 3,99 dengan kategori praktis dan angket respon guru memperoleh skor 4,81 dengan ategori sangat praktis. Penilaian kepraktisan juga ditinjau dari keterlaksanaan pembelajaran yang presentasenya sebesar 80% dengan kategori sangat praktis. Penilaian keefektifan menurut tes prestasi belajar siswa diperoleh ketuntasan sebesar 96,77% dan nilai rata-rata siswa diperoleh 75,32 yang menunjukkan lebih besar dari KKM yang ditentukan yaitu 70, sehingga perangkat pembelajaran dapat dikatakan efektif.

Abstract

Untuk memenuhi tuntutan sumberdaya manusia yang unggul dan kompeten di bidangnya, maka guru harus membekali dirinya dengan ilmu-ilmu yang dibutuhkan dalam kehidupan. Hal ini dimungkinkan dengan diberinya kebebasan beraktivitas dan berkreativitas selama batas-batas wajar tertentu. Guru dituntut untuk belajar banyak, bukan hanya dari proses kegiatan belajar mengajar saja, tetapi juga dari kegiatan-kegiatan di luar yang dapat meningkatkan kompetensinya. Oleh karena itu, Program Studi Pendidikan Sejarah FKIP Universitas PGRI Yogyakarta mengadakan kegiatan “Diklat Penulisan Karya Tulis Ilmiah guru MGMP Sejarah MA se-DI Yogyakarta”. Peserta pada kegiatan tersebut adalah guru-guru sejarah yang berjumlah sejumlah 53 guru. Kegiatan tersebut berlangsung selama lima hari dan dilanjutkan dengan penugasan secara mandiri terstruktur. Selain mendapatkan pengetahuan baru, peserta diklat juga berkesempatan untuk berinteraksi dan berdiskusi dengan rekan sejawat, yang dapat membuka wawasan dan menambah inspirasi dalam mengembangkan metode pengajaran. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada teori, tetapi juga pada praktik langsung yang memungkinkan para guru untuk mengaplikasikan pengetahuan yang mereka peroleh selama diklat. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan para guru dapat lebih termotivasi dalam menciptakan karya tulis ilmiah dan inovatif yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di sekolah mereka. Setelah kegiatan berakhir, para peserta mendapatkan sertifikat setara 32 JP yang dapat digunakan untuk pengembangan profesi. Sertifikat ini merupakan bentuk pengakuan atas komitmen dan usaha mereka dalam meningkatkan kompetensi sebagai guru. Melalui kegiatan semacam ini, MGMP Sejarah MA se-DI Yogyakarta berharap dapat terus mendukung dan mendorong para guru untuk terus berkembang dan berinovasi, sehingga dapat menciptakan generasi muda yang unggul dan kompeten di masa depan.
