Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah berupaya dalam meningkatkan kontrol diri pada anak dengan pendekatan mindfulness, sehingga bisa diterapkan pada anak berhadapan dengan hukum di Indonesia dan dapat menurunkan angka kriminalitas anak. Usia anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum berkisar antara usia 12-18 tahun. Sesuai dengan usianya, maka anak yang berhadapan dengan hukum dikategorikan sebagai remaja, akan tetapi istilah remaja tidak dikenal dimata hukum. Remaja yang melakukan kenakalan/ tindakan kriminal disebabkan karena kurang memiliki kontrol diri yang baik. Kemampuan melakukan kontrol diri bagi remaja sangat diperlukan, dimana akan menekan angka tindakan kriminal baik berupa kekerasan, pencurian maupun kejahatan seksual. kontrol diri dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan kemampuan dalam mengontrol perhatian terhadap berbagai tingkat kognitif, emosi, perilaku, tubuh dan pengalaman interpersonal melalui pengembangan model mindfulness. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah ABH yang berada di UPT PRSMP Surabaya, sample yang di gunakan sebanyak 14 ABH yang dipilih melaui sensus sampling. Hasil analisis terhadap pretest dan posttest  dengan wilcoxon test menunjukkan bahwa Z = 1,445 dan Sig (2-tailed) bernilai 0,148 > 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ha ditolak dan ho diterima yang artinya tidak ada pengaruh pengembangan model mindfulness terhadap peningkatan kemampuan kontrol diri ABH sebelum atau sesudah diberikan pelatihan Kata Kunci : Mindfulness, Kontrol Diri, Anak Berhadapan Hukum

Abstract

This study aims to reduce social anxiety in deaf adolescents through psychoeducation of social skills. The research design used was quasi experiment Oneqroup Pretest-Posttest design with psychoeducation intervention of social skills. Sample of this research was 6 (six) students selected by purposive sampling technique through observation stage and direct interview both to student and teacher of class which was in SMA Karya Mulia Surabaya. The collected data was analyzed by using mannwhitneytest and the result was Z = - 2,741 with significance level 0,006 it means significant social anxiety score before and after psychoeducation of social skill. Based on the results of the study concluded that psychoeducation of social skills effectively reduce social anxiety in deaf adolescentsKeywords : social skill, social anxiety, deaf adolescent

Abstract

The world was facing a major outbreak, namely Covid 19, Indonesia was also one of the countries exposed to this virus. All aspects of life have changed from normal conditions, many activities have stopped, one of which was the learning process at school. Student learning activities at school have moved into learning activities at home. Parents replace the role of school teachers in guiding and accompanying during the learning process. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of parents in learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, the research method used was a qualitative method of case study approach with interview techniques to research subjects, namely parents, the research subject involved 3 parents. The results showed that the research findings were based on the data obtained that parents in student learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic were said to have an influence when parents helped children in learning at home during the COVID-19 pandemic, which means that the role of parents were needed for the learning process of children during the study. from home, the role of parents were quite large in learning not only as a companion but also as an educator who replaces the role of teachers at schoolKeywords: parents, learning, covid 19

Abstract

Proses pengasuhan anak merupakan suatu tugas ibu yang penuh dengan tantangan serta tuntutan. Terutama pada ibu yang mempunyai peran ganda sebagai ibu yang bekerja. Kondisi ini memungkinkan ibu rentan mengalami stres pengasuhan dimana harus membagi tugas rumah dengan tugas sebagai wanita pekerja. Penelitian  ini  ditujukan  untuk  menguji  sejauh mana kontribusi  dari mindful parenting terhadap stres pengasuhan ibu bekerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan subjek ibu bekerja yang memiliki rentang usia antara 25-40  tahun sejumlah 115 responden. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Alat pengukuran mindful parenting yang digunakan adalah skala mindfulness in parenting scale (MIPQ) dan Parental stress scale (PSS). Uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa mindful parenting berperan terhadap stres pengasuhan yaitu dengan nilai (F= 8,058, p< 0,05). Selain itu diketahui nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,067. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Mindful Parenting berperan secara negatif terhadap variabel stres pengasuhan sebesar 6,7%, dimana 93,3% lainnya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

Time management that is less effective and efficient in the learning process is one of the problems that students often experience. It is like doing fun habits or activities with friends so they ignore the assignments given, low student interest in doing teacher assignments, resulting in delaying time to do assignments known as procrastination. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of peer conformity with academic procrastination in Muhammadiyah 14 Surabaya Junior High School students. The research subjects consisted of 42 male students and 48 female students, using the incidental method. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring peer conformity, and academic procrastination. Data analysis used simple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of the SPSS for Windows programme. The hypothesis results showed that p-value=0.008<0.05, which indicates the influence of peer conformity with academic procrastination. The coefficient of determination (R square) of 0.008 shows that peer conformity has a weak effect of 0.008%, while the remaining 0.092% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. the conclusion, peer conformity has a low effect on academic procrastination 0.008%, this is because there are other factors that influence academic procrastination besides peer conformity and can be used as a study for further researchers.

Abstract

Background: In the face of various academic, social and personal demands, self-regulation is an important factor that can help students organize their time, manage stress, and achieve their goals. Both regular and working students arefaced with a more independent or autonomous environment. Self-regulation infirst-year college students is important because this period is the initialfoundation that will shape learning habits and performance in the following year. Objective: The purpose of this study was to determine the dynamics of self-regulation of regular students and working students in the first year of college and the factors that influence self-regulation. Method: This research is aphenomenological qualitative research with semi-structured interview method.The analysis technique is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA).Result: The results found that the choice to continue further study was influencedby internal and external factors from each student concerned. There are severalaspects of self-regulation that are quite influential, namely time management,goal orientation and motivation regulation, which of course have differentcharacteristics between regular and working students. Conclusion: Theimportance of self-regulation for students in order to achieve academic success,especially for regular students. Meanwhile, students work to maintain a balancebetween academic and career success.

Abstract

Lansia adalah salah satu aset negara yang harus kita jaga baik dari sisi kesehatan dan kesejahteraanya, salah satu yang menjadi permasalahan saat ini adalah Kesehatan mental lansia, sehingga lansia mengalami gangguan dalam menjalankan kehidupan sehari hari. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah pemberdayaan kepada lansia untuk mengoptimalkan Kesehatan mentalnya. Intervensi yang diberikan adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan melalui brain gym dan Meronce. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah 1) Belum adanya skrining Kesehatan kognitif; 2) Belum adanya edukasi tentang Kesehatan mental lansia; 3) Kurangnya kegiatan lansia yang terfokus pada peningkatan fungsi kognitif; 4) Lansia rentan mengalami kondisi stres maupun depresi; 5) Terbatasnya aktifitas motoric yang dilakukan oleh lansia;6) Kurangnya peralatan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan motoric lansia; 7) Kurangnya ketrampilan motoric yang dapat menghasilkan kreatifitas maupun produktifitas lansia. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah Tim PPM 1) Pemberian skrining kesehatan kognitif lansia menggunakan (Mini Mental State Exam) MMSE, 2) Psikoedukasi Kesehatan mental lansia, 3) Latihan Brain gym dan Meronce. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi Edukasi tentang gangguan Kesehatan mental yang bisa dialami oleh lansia. Memberikan tes untuk melihat kondisi kognitif pada lansia. Memberikan kegiatan bermain untuk meningkatkan Kesehatan mental yaitu brain gym dan Meronce. Target Luaran dari program ini adalah 1) Publikasi Ilmiah pada prosiding dalam Seminar Nasional PKMcsr; 2) Video Kegiatan PKM yang terupload disirismas; 3) Poster kegiatan PKM beserta sertifikat Hak Cipta Poster kegiatan PKM; 4) Mengetahui Kondisi kognitif seluruh lansia menggunakan skrining; 5) Seluruh anggota lansia sudah mendapatkan skrining minimal 70 %; 6) Meningkatkan pemahaman lansia tentang Kesehatan mental dan lansia 70 %; 7) Meningkatkan kegiatan untuk melatih fungsi kognitif lansia sehingga bisa dipraktekkan secara mandiri 70 %; 8) Meningkatkan kemampuan dalam merelease stress, menurunkan rasa cemas, meningkatkan ketenangan sebesar 70%. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini dalam rangka memberikan psikoedukasi terkait pendidikan seksualitas pada remaja khususnya pada siswa-siswi SMA. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Dimana kesadaran akan pendidikan seksualitas dapat membantu mencegah perilaku-perilaku beresiko yang rentan terjadi pada remaja. Solusi yang ditawarkan Tujuan dari psikoedukasi adalah siswa-siswi mendapat informasi terkait pendidikan seksualitas, Psikoedukasi ini menekankan pacaran yang sehat dan terhindar dari toxic relationship. Adapun psikoedukasi ini terkait pencegahan,pemahaman pacaran yang sehat. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini meliputi Edukasi tentang Pendidikan seksual remaja. Target Luaran dari program ini adalah 1) Publikasi Ilmiah pada prosiding dalam Seminar Nasional PKMcsr; 2) Video Kegiatan PKM; 3)Publikasi Media Masa; 4). Hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan tersebut materi sangat relevan dengan kebutuhan remaja dan penting untuk dilakukan berkelanjutan dengan memberikan sarana diskusi antara remaja dengan konselor. Selain itu, diperlukan adanya seminar parenting terkait edukasi dapat dimulai dari rumah.

Abstract

The disruption of the 4.0 era leading to the Society 5.0 Era has created a new order that is more focused on society. The problems faced by the people of Bulangkulon Village are serious health problems faced by teenagers aged 18-26 years and early marriage and divorce. These problems are a shared responsibility of the community that must be resolved. The purpose of Community Partnership Empowerment (PKM) is to design and build a digital service management information system (SIM) so that teenagers in Bulangkulon Village can participate in services at the Rembulan Posyandu which improves the documentation process for physical and mental health checks, as well as training and mentoring for cadres to increase their capacity. The implementation method consists of socialization, FGD training, mentoring and partnerships. The results of the implementation of the activities are 1) coordination of program implementation with partners and stakeholders; 2) dissemination of programs and TTG and procurement of facilities and infrastructure: website and website usage training; 3) Recruitment - Selection and training for Rembulan Posyandu Cadres: a) organizational management; b) use of basic health check equipment; c) psychological first aid; d) adolescent sexual reproduction; e) socialization of drug abuse prevention; 4) sustainability of the Posyandu Rembulan program with the existence of a digitalization and counseling guidebook. The impact of the activity is an increase in the capacity of Posyandu Rembulan cadres, namely the average ability and skills of: 70% in the use of basic physical health check equipment and knowledge related to Posyandu Remaja, 50% related to the Posyandu Rembulan website and SIM, 35% knowledge and skills of peer counselors and an increase in quantity of 236% in the number of Posyandu Rembulan cadres. Thus, Posyandu Rembulan can become a Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa (LKD).

Abstract

Adolescence is an emotionally challenging period, with adolescents often facing unstable feelings and erratic behavior patterns. The adolescent phase is characterized by intense peer and romantic relationships, which are often the main focus of their lives, usually leading to toxic relationships. The phenomenon of Fatherlessness, the absence of a father figure, can exacerbate the emotional impact, especially on girls, who tend to have difficulties in building healthy relationships. This study shows that Forgiveness plays an important role in helping adolescent victims of toxic relationships reduce the negative impact of Fatherlessness. The Forgiveness process allows individuals to let go of feelings of resentment and build better self-control. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a purposive sampling technique and data collection through Forgiveness and Fatherless scale questionnaires. The results showed a significant relationship between the level of Forgiveness and Fatherlessness, which has implications for improving adolescents' emotional well-being and their ability to move out of harmful relationships.
