Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in determining effective promotional media to increase sales of their products. This research aims to evaluate and determine the best promotional media for MSMEs using the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) ranking technique and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The criteria used include Advertising Costs, Target Market, Promotion Time, and Brand Image. Based on the calculation of criteria weights with the ROC technique and evaluation of alternatives with the SAW method, Social Media was found to be the best promotional media, followed by Search Engines and Product Collaboration. Social Media has advantages in low cost, wide target market reach, and promotional flexibility and effectiveness. Search Engines and Product Collaboration also showed good results in reaching the target market and promotional flexibility. In contrast, Print Media ranked the lowest due to limited reach and high costs. This research provides guidance for MSMEs in choosing the right promotional media and optimizing resources for maximum promotional results.

Abstract

Effective money storage and easy access system through the bank. The system used at Bank "XYZ" is still experiencing problems in the opening process. When customer service inputs prospective customer data, the input process exceeds the time specified by the system, the process will stop and return to the login display. Based on these problems, an information system audit is needed regarding the maturity level of Bank "XYZ"'s information system. The aim of this research is to determine the maturity level of the process of evaluating and maintaining ICT performance in information systems. This research uses the COBIT 4.1 framework which focuses on the Planning and Organization (PO), Deliver and Support (DS), and Monitor and Evaluate (ME) domains. The research results show that overall based on the maturity level in COBIT, the information system for the process of opening savings at Bank "XYZ" is at level 2 (repeatable but intuitive), which means the company has carried out a repetitive business process but there is no standard procedure for opening savings. To reach level 3 (define process) Bank "XYZ" needs to make process improvements by implementing the COBIT 4.1 Framework, namely PO, ME and DS which have a number of subdomains.

Abstract

Pengembangan potensi wisata bahari di desa Sukarame, khususnya wisata terumbu karang, membutuhkan dukungan promosi digital yang kuat. Sayangnya, Karang Taruna sebagai penggerak pemuda di desa tersebut belum memiliki keterampilan yang memadai dalam digital marketing. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas Karang Taruna dalam memanfaatkan strategi digital marketing guna mempromosikan potensi wisata terumbu karang secara efektif. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan melalui pelatihan partisipatif, praktik langsung, dan pendampingan konten digital. Hasilnya, peserta mampu membuat akun media sosial wisata, memproduksi konten promosi, dan merancang strategi kampanye digital sederhana. Kegiatan ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan daya tarik wisata dan kesejahteraan ekonomi lokal secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of supervision on employee work discipline at the Department of Housing, Settlement Areas, and Land Affairs of Cirebon Regency. Supervision is defined as an organizational control mechanism consisting of direct and indirect supervision, while work discipline includes preventive and corrective discipline. This research employed a quantitative approach using a saturated sampling technique, involving all 79 employees as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results indicate that the level of supervision is categorized as “good,” with an average score of 3.70, while employee work discipline is categorized as “high,” with an average score of 3.85. The regression analysis confirms that supervision has a positive and significant influence on employee discipline. These findings highlight that strengthening supervision—both direct and indirect—plays a crucial role in improving employee discipline. The study contributes to the development of internal supervision policies for local government agencies.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat telah memberikan pengaruh besar terhadap berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk bidang pendidikan. Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam lembaga pendidikan menjadi kebutuhan penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan efisiensi proses administrasi. Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar POLMIKA sebagai salah satu lembaga pendidikan nonformal masih menerapkan sistem pendaftaran dan pembayaran secara konvensional, yaitu dengan mengharuskan calon murid datang langsung ke lokasi. Kondisi ini menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan, seperti kurang efisiennya waktu dan biaya, keterbatasan jangkauan layanan, serta potensi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pencatatan data administrasi dan transaksi keuangan.Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi pendaftaran dan pembayaran berbasis web yang mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi calon murid dalam mengakses informasi, melakukan pendaftaran, serta melakukan pembayaran secara online. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan sistem adalah metode Waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi langsung, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan dua level pengguna, yaitu admin dan calon murid, yang dapat mengelola data pendaftaran dan pembayaran secara otomatis. Dampak dari penerapan sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pelayanan, mengurangi kesalahan administrasi, meningkatkan transparansi data, serta memperluas jangkauan promosi dan daya saing Lembaga Bimbingan Belajar POLMIKA.
