Abstract

Pushidrosal sebagai lembaga resmi dalam pembuatan peta laut telah memiliki alat LUWES (Live Uninterrupted Water Sensor). Dengan modifikasi tertentu alat ini dapat mengukur gelombang air laut, sehingga perlu adanya verifikasi data dengan alat ukur gelombang lain yang telah baku yaitu RBR Duo. Metode pengukuran dilaksanakan dalam satu tempat secara bersama-sama. LUWES menggunakan sensor ultasonik dengan setting alat berada di dermaga dan pengambilan data dalam 1 detik menghasilkan 6 data, sedangkan RBR Duo menggunakan sensor tekanan berada didalam laut dan pengambilan data dalam 10 menit menghasilkan 1 data. Verifikasi dilakukan pada parameter data tinggi gelombang rata-rata, dimulai dengan sinkronisasi waktu dan menggunakan metode perataan fase dalam pengolahan data. Penentuan gelombang LUWES dihasilkan dari tinggi air sebenarnya dikurangi data LUWES rata-rata, selain itu dilaksanakan filtering nilai puncak gelombang dan nilai lembah gelombang untuk menghasilkan tinggi gelombang rata-rata. verifikasi data tinggi gelombang rata-rata dua alat menunjukan sebaran data yang bergerak sejajar dan relatif sama. Nilai regresi linear sebesar 0.924 yang menggambarkan hubungan data yang dihasilkan kedua alat mendekati sempurna. Gelombang representatif alat LUWES mendapatkan H ave = 0,039 m, Hs = 0.70 m, dan H max = 0.122 m sedangkan alat RBR Duo mendapatkan H ave = 0.037 m, Hs = 0.073 m dan H max = 0.134 m. Dengan verifikasi tersebut maka alat LUWES dapat mengukur pasang surut gelombang permukaan air laut.

Abstract

Steganography is an art form of hiding data or information on a medium. Steganography was created as a way to secure data by hiding it in other media so that it is "invisible". In steganography, secret data is hidden in a carrier such as sound, image or video. Securing messages using steganography is still vulnerable to third parties because the message inserted is still the original message, so that when it is successfully deleted from the message carrier it can be immediately identified. Given these problems, the steganography method needs to be combined with other methods to strengthen the level of data security, in this case a combination of steganography and cryptography will be carried out so that the embedded message will be different from the original message. Even if the data is deleted from the user, the message cannot be known immediately. In this trial, the RC4 cryptographic method which has a symmetric key and also Base64 will be implemented in the PHP and Android programming languages using the Least Significant Bit (LSB) steganography method which will create encrypted secret messages embedded in JPG format, JPEG image media formats on each the last bit of a pixel so that the eye does not see the difference between the inserted and non-inserted images with the original image variable/result of 131.91KB after the Encryption process the amount of data is 31.92KB with very small differences so that data security is maintained without being visible to the naked eye

Abstract

This article aims to describe the meanings, motivations, and discrimination related to the use of veils among students at UIN Ar-Raniry. This research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach, and data were obtained from various sources, including field observations, direct interviews with informants, and relevant scholarly literature. The findings of this study indicate that female students interpret the use of veils in various ways, such as self-defense, an expression of obedience to God, and an understanding of Islamic law. They also view the veil as a means to protect themselves from unwanted attention, as part of their journey of religious conversion, and as a way to maintain modesty and behavior in accordance with Islamic teachings. Motivations behind the use of veils by female students include a desire to draw closer to Islamic teachings, self-protection, and social influence. This reflects a combination of psychological, social, and spiritual factors in their decision to wear the veil. This study also reveals that some female students experience discrimination and negative stereotypes as a result of wearing veils, including being perceived as extremists or terrorists. These experiences indicate that the use of veils in an academic environment can also trigger prejudice and negative social reactions. Abstrak Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan makna, motivasi, dan diskriminasi terkait penggunaan cadar di UIN Ar-Raniry. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, dan data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, termasuk observasi lapangan, wawancara langsung dengan informan, dan literatur ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswi memaknai penggunaan cadar secara beragam seperti pertahanan diri, ekspresi ketaatan kepada Tuhan, dan pemahaman terhadap hukum Islam. Mereka juga melihat cadar sebagai cara untuk melindungi diri dari perhatian yang tidak diinginkan, sebagai bagian dari perjalanan hijrah mereka, dan sebagai sarana untuk menjaga kesopanan serta perilaku yang sesuai dengan ajaran Islam. Motivasi di balik pemakaian cadar oleh mahasiswi meliputi keinginan mendekatkan diri pada ajaran Islam, perlindungan diri, dan pengaruh sosial. Ini mencerminkan perpaduan faktor psikologis, sosial, dan spiritual dalam keputusan mereka untuk bercadar. Kajian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa beberapa mahasiswi juga mengalami diskriminasi dan stereotip negatif akibat pemakaian cadar, termasuk dianggap sebagai ekstremis atau teroris. Pengalaman tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa penggunaan cadar dilingkungan akademis juga dapat memicu prasangka dan reaksi sosial yang negatif.

Abstract

Air plays an important role in maintaining the life of living things on earth. Metabolic processes that occur in the bodies of living things cannot take place without oxygen from the air. The air pollution problem in DKI Jakarta is very serious and can cause health problems such as irritation of the respiratory tract, respiratory diseases, and long-term health problems such as cardiovascular disease and lung cancer. Air pollution can also affect environmental quality, reduce visibility, and damage ecosystems. The purpose of this study is to determine the accuracy of classifying air quality in DKI Jakarta province. The data mining method that the author uses is the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm. From the results of the evaluation process of the K-Nearest Neighbors (K-NN) algorithm using the K-5 fold that has been carried out using the RapidMiner tool, the results of K-2 fold accuracy of 73.97%, K-3 fold accuracy of 72.60%, K-4 fold accuracy of 72.60%, and K-5 fold accuracy of 75.35%.

Abstract

The Digital Business study program is a new study program within the Faculty of Economics and Business of Universitas Pancasakti Tegal where previously there were only 3 study programs, namely the Management, Accounting, and Taxation study programs. Every semester the Faculty of Economics and Business always holds Mid Semester Test (MST) and a Final Semester Test (FST), In both implementations, there are still queues of students who have already registered and paid for exams at the Front Office to take exam cards. This queue creates a large crowd at the Front Office and often causes the Administrative division that prints the cards and the Front Office staff to be overwhelmed in printing and distributing test cards to students. This study uses the Zachman Framework architectural model approach which is a framework in providing the basic organizational structure that supports access, integration, interpretation, development, management, and changes to the architectural devices of organizational information systems in the form of a matrix with a combination of planners and owners perspectives and the addition of two more perspectives. namely the perspective of the information system architecture which provides an overview of the design and architectural testing of the system as a novelty method.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in determining effective promotional media to increase sales of their products. This research aims to evaluate and determine the best promotional media for MSMEs using the ROC (Rank Order Centroid) ranking technique and the SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) method. The criteria used include Advertising Costs, Target Market, Promotion Time, and Brand Image. Based on the calculation of criteria weights with the ROC technique and evaluation of alternatives with the SAW method, Social Media was found to be the best promotional media, followed by Search Engines and Product Collaboration. Social Media has advantages in low cost, wide target market reach, and promotional flexibility and effectiveness. Search Engines and Product Collaboration also showed good results in reaching the target market and promotional flexibility. In contrast, Print Media ranked the lowest due to limited reach and high costs. This research provides guidance for MSMEs in choosing the right promotional media and optimizing resources for maximum promotional results.

Abstract

This study examines the latest developments and future directions of deep learning techniques in image and sound recognition. The study focuses on the analysis of various neural network architectures such as Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for image processing and Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs) for speech recognition. The methodology used includes a comprehensive literature study of the latest studies, evaluation of the performance of various models, and comparative analysis of existing techniques. The results showed a significant improvement in recognition accuracy, with CNNs achieving up to 98% accuracy for image classification and transformer-based models outperforming traditional RNNs in speech recognition. The challenges identified include high computational requirements, reliance on quality datasets, and model interpretability issues. The study also proposes several future development directions, including the integration of attention mechanisms, hybrid architectures, and more efficient learning techniques. In conclusion, despite the rapid progress, there is still significant room for innovation in improving the efficiency and reliability of deep learning-based image and voice recognition systems

Abstract

The Student Creativity Program (PKM) aims to train teachers in writing scientific articles on Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on Artificial Intelligence (AI) through intensive training. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a participatory approach, where participants (teachers) are given workshops, mentoring, and direct practice using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Turnitin for data analysis, article preparation, and plagiarism checking. The results of the study showed a significant increase in teachers' ability to write CAR articles, with 85% of participants successfully compiling article drafts that met scientific standards, and increasing writing time efficiency by up to 40% thanks to the use of AI. This training not only improves digital teacher literacy but also opens up opportunities for innovation in technology-based educational research.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to explore strategies for developing the character of akhlaq al-karimah (noble morals) through the Hizbul Wathan activity program for MTS students in Tegalrejo Village, Tugumulyo, Musi Rawas. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. The study was conducted at MTS Tegalrejo, located in Tugumulyo District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects include students, school principals, and Hizbul Wathan mentors. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Findings from the study reveal that the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan program at MTS Tegalrejo is effective in shaping students' character, promoting qualities such as good morality, trustworthiness, discipline, responsibility, independence, and humility. Through a variety of activities—including marching drills (PBB), pioneering, camping, games, and religious tourism—students acquire not only practical skills but also essential values that foster teamwork, leadership, and personal integrity

Abstract

The adoption of cloud-based information systems (CBIS) has significantly transformed operational efficiency and competitiveness among Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). However, adoption rates and implementation outcomes vary across different contexts, sectors, and regions. This study presents a comparative analysis of CBIS adoption among SMEs to identify key drivers, barriers, and performance impacts. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected through surveys and interviews from SMEs operating in manufacturing, services, and retail sectors across two distinct regions. The analysis was framed using the Technology-Organization-Environment (TOE) model and Diffusion of Innovation (DOI) theory. The findings reveal that technological readiness, perceived benefits, top management support, and regulatory environment significantly influence adoption decisions. Furthermore, SMEs that successfully adopted CBIS reported improved data accessibility, cost efficiency, and scalability, although challenges such as security concerns and lack of technical expertise persist. The study provides practical implications for SME decision-makers and policy recommendations for facilitating digital transformation in the SME sector.
