Abstract

Mengoptimalkan nilai perusahaan merupakan salah satu tujuan utama perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan tahunan. Perusahaan yang terpilih sebagai sampel penelitian sebanyak 25 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia,. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis regresi linear berganda dengan progam SPSS versi 25. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel keputusan investasi yang diproksikan dengan Price Earnings Ratio (PER) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Keputusan pendanaan yang diprosikan dengan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kebijakan Dividen yang diprosikan dengan Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) menunjukkan bahwa tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract

Sehat tidaknya kinerja keuangan perbankan dapat dilihat melalui kinerja profitabilitas suatu bank. Semakin besar Return on Asset (ROA) menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan semakin baik karena tingkat pengembalian aset semakin besar. Apabila kinerja profitabilitas suatu perusahaan baik, maka investor akan tertarik untuk menginvestasikan dana yang mereka miliki kepada perusahaan sehingga nilai perusahaan juga akan meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh risiko kredit, perputaran kas, likuiditas serta tingkat kecukupan modal terhadap profitabilitas perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 39 perusahaan perbankan yang ditentukan berdasarkan dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa risiko kredit berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Perputaran kas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Likuiditas tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Tingkat kecukupan modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan penelitian ini dengan menggunakan variabel lain yang secara teori mempunyai pengaruh terhadap profitabilitas, seperti biaya operasional dan pendapatan operasional (BOPO) atau Net Interest Margin (NIM).

Abstract

Kemampuan perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba dan membayar kewajibannya (hutang) memiliki hubungan satu sama lain atau saling berkaitan terhadap harga saham yang akan dihasilkan perusahaan. Semakin tinggi laba yang diperoleh maka harga saham semakin meningkat. Berbanding terbalik dengan hal tersebut, jika semakin tinggi hutang yang dimiliki maka harga saham semakin menurun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Asset dan Debt To Equity Ratio terhadap harga saham perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian adalah semua perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2019 yang memiliki data laporan keuangan lengkap sesuai dengan yang diperlukan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 158 perusahaan manufaktur yang ditentukan berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Return On Asset berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil koefisien regresi bernilai positif sebesar 0,021 dan nilai signifikan 0,000. Sedangkan Debt To Equity Ratio berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham dengan hasil koefisien regresi bernilai negatif sebesar -0,011 dan nilai signifikan 0,041. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat menggunakan variabel lain yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham, seperti Current Ratio.

Abstract

Employee performance has great potential to carry out company activities as well as possible so as to provide optimal output. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pos Indonesia at the Gianyar Central Post Office. This research was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia at the Gianyar Central Post Office, which is located at Jln. Abhimanyu No.4 Gianyar District, Gianyar Regency, Bali, with the object of research being work motivation, job satisfaction and employee performance. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pos Indonesia at the Gianyar Central Post Office, totaling 34 people. The sample from this study was determined by the saturated sample method, so the number of samples was 34 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, in this study, classical assumption tests were also carried out which included tests of normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia at the Gianyar Central Post Office. job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. POS Indonesia at the Gianyar Central Post Office.

Abstract

Islamic Bank or hereinafter referred to as Islamic Bank, is a Bank that operates without relying on interest. An Islamic bank or commonly referred to as an interest-free bank, is an operational financial/banking institution. The emergence of Islamic banks is not only a financial intermediary (financial intermediary), but also revolutionized with real participation in the business world and mobilizing in funding. The funding revolution can be proven by the principle of profit and loss (profit and loss sharing) which is different from conventional interest-based banks. This study aims to examine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Finance (NPF), and Net Interest Margin (NIM) on Profitability in Islamic Commercial Banks. The research population is Islamic Commercial Bank companies in Indonesia which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. The sample in this study was 19 Islamic commercial banks which were determined based on the purposive sampling method. The analytical tool used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Net Interest Margin (NIM) had a positive and significant effect on profitability. Meanwhile, Non-Performing Finance (NPF) has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability. Further research can develop this research by using other variables to determine the effect of each new variable used for further research.

Abstract

Employee job satisfaction is a very important thing in the organization's efforts to achieve its goals, so it is important to pay attention to the factors that determine employee job satisfaction. Transformational leadership, occupational safety and health are independent variables that can affect employee job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership, occupational safety and health on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. This research was conducted at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal, having his address at Banjar Gumasih, Mambal Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency. The object of this research is transformational leadership, occupational safety and health and employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were employees of the production department at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency in 2020 as many as 89 employees. Determination of the sample in this study using the saturated sample or census method is a sampling technique when all members of the population are used as samples. The number of samples as many as 89 employees of the production division of PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency, Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The result of the research is that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Work safety has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency. Occupational health has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at PT. Tirta Investama Mambal in Badung Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the implementation of Good Corporate Governance on the financial performance of banks. Financial performance is measured by return on equity (ROE). The type of research used is the type of quantitative and qualitative research. This study uses secondary data obtained from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 25 program. The results of this study indicate (1) the Board of Commissioners has no effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (2) The Board of Directors has a positive and significant effect on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (4) Institutional Ownership has an effect on negative on the Financial Performance of the Bank. (5) Managerial Ownership has no effect on the financial performance.

Abstract

The current era of globalization and free competition causes many companies to compete to build their employee performance, because employee performance will largely determine the development of the company needed. The low employee performance is one of the factors that can damage the conditions in the company. The factors that can affect employee performance are job training, compensation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effects of Job Training, Compensation and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur Denpasar. The sample of this study were 172 employees at Prime Plaza Hotel Sanur Denpasar. Determination of the sample in this study used the Proportional Random Sampling technique by taking proportionally divided samples based on the number of members of each population using Isaac and Michael tables based on an error rate of 5%. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the job training variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational Culture variables also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Financial distress is a financial condition before bankruptcy occurs, at this stage the company is experiencing a decline in performance such as declining income, experiencing a net loss, an increase in debt, and a negative share price. The decline in financial performance can also be caused by the decline in the quality of earning assets which results in a decrease in income. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, and leverage in determining financial distress. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique, namely the data selected based on certain criteria that are in accordance with the research objectives so that as many as 9 companies are obtained with the amount of data for 4 years, then 36 research data are obtained. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis method. The results showed that simultaneously liquidity, profitability, and leverage had a significant effect on financial distress. Partially, liquidity has a significant positive effect, profitability has no significant positive effect, and leverage has an insignificant negative effect on financial distress.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the research gap and differences in focus on quality of work life, motivation, and compensation on employee performance. In addition, there are also research problems on compensation that are not good within the company. This research was conducted at Garment Miana Gianyar with a sample of 30 respondents who were taken using a saturated census. All data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires is feasible to use, then analyzed using multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing (t test and f test). The results of this study indicate that the variables: (1) quality of work life has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
