Abstract

With the rapid development of the digital world today, of course, it will affect people's lives, like what used to be offline is now online. One of them that experienced a change from offline to online is the land transportation business. This is evidenced by changes in the base motorcycle taxi, with the digitization of the emerging online motorcycle taxis, such as GOJEK and GRAB. Where is this online motorcycle taxi using mobile applications to make transactions? These changes, of course, will have a significant impact on people's lives, whether it be on political, economic, social, technological, legal or environmental factors or commonly referred to as PESTEL. Therefore the purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the factors that influence the presence of GOJEK in Indonesia, especially those related to PESTEL. Where GOJEK is one of the start-up companies that have developed quite rapidly in the last 9 years. Starting from a motorcycle taxi call center service in 2010, until now, GOJEK has expanded its business to neighboring countries such as Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia, and Vietnam. Where research methods are carried out using a qualitative approach, which includes interviews, literature review and observation. Of course, with the very rapid development of GOJEK. Many impacts are caused by GOJEK. One of them is the economic impact, which with the existence of GOJEK, helps the development of SMEs. Where the support of GOJEK is to facilitate the delivery of goods produced by SMEs to buyers and the delivery process is faster. Abstract

ABSTRACT E-Commerce is electronic commerce related to the activity of buying, selling, marketing of goods or services by utilizing internet communication network as a form of future trading.. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the influence of consumer behavior toward online purchasing decision on E Commerce Site, (2) to know the influence of brand image to online purchasing decision on E Commerce Site, (3) to know the influence of promotion to online purchasing decision at E-Commerce Sites XYZ. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method and use if the data SPSS Version 24.00. Populations and samples (questionnaires) in this study were 97 valid questionnaires. Questionnaire materials include: Functional Image (image seen from product function), Affective Image (image seen from attitudes toward brand), and Reputation (image seen from reputation of brand) disseminated to E Commerce Site XYZ  user in Jakarta. this is: Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Partially, the dimensions of Consumer Behavior have a significant and positive effect on Purchase Decision at E-Commerce Sites XYZ received with a significance value of 0.618, (2) Partially, image has a significant and positive effect on Purchasing Decision at E Commerce Site XYZ received with a significance value of 0.323, (3) Partially, the promotion dimension has a significant and positive effect on Purchase Decision at E Commerce Sites received with a significance value of 0.765. Keywords:  Consumer Behaviour, Brand Image, Promotion and Online Purchasing Decision.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the number of closing applications and fire insurance premiums on the net profit of PT. Bosowa Insurance Jakarta City Branch. This research uses quantitative data analysis methods by collecting data from insurance transaction records from June 2022 to April 2024. The collected data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to identify the relationship between the independent variables (Number of Closing Applications and Fire Insurance Premiums) and the dependent variable (Profit Clean). The results of the research show that there is an influence of the Number of Closing Applications on Net Profit, while the effect of Fire Insurance Premiums on Net Profit is temporary and not strong. The implication of this research is the importance of management in managing the number of Closing Applications and Fire Insurance Premiums to increase Net Profit at PT. Bosowa Insurance Jakarta City Branch.

Abstract

The shift in shopping methods from physical (offline) stores to virtual (online) stores has crystallized even more. Gradually the shift allows consumers to feel easy and comfortable in respect to buying products by online methods. This earliness paradigm shift becomes interesting if it becomes a topic of the research regarding the possibility of its sustainability in the triple bottom line. The clarity of the consumer's perspective on brand sustainability in terms of the main three pillars is being tested to clarify the roots of the paradigm by becoming a hypothesis in this research. The hypothesis was tested using Structural Equation Modeling on the answers of 278 respondents to identify the significant path. The findings are quite surprising so that entrepreneurs require to put forward the sustainability side of their brand. Future research should be aimed at adding more detailed factors related to the need for the process of achieving sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how students' attitudes about electronic money affect their desire to use e-wallets. This study employs a descriptive-quantitative methodology. In this study, a survey method was employed. All of the participants in this study were students. A proportionate stratified random sample strategy was employed in this study. The following methods of gathering data were employed in this study: questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. The coefficients table shows that this study used the Windows version of SPSS to calculate the regression. The analysis and debate revealed that students' attitudes toward electronic money have a big impact on whether or not they are interested in utilizing e-wallets. The results of a basic linear regression analysis test demonstrate this, indicating that H0 is rejected if sig ≤ 0.05 with a sig value of 0.001. This is also consistent with the coefficient of determination test results, which indicate that the R square value is 0.16. It may be concluded that students' opinions about electronic money and enthusiasm in utilizing e-wallets are influenced by 16%. Technological innovation, perceived benefits, and perceived convenience all have a big impact on interest in utilizing e-wallets.

Abstract

Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) adalah kerangka acuan dalam proses yang berkaitan dengan penyajian laporan keuangan di Indonesia. Secara umum PSAK 24 adalah mengatur pernyataan akuntansi tentang imbalan kerja di perusahaan. Penerapan PSAK 24 sendiri dilatarbelakangi oleh Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 13 Tahun 2003, akan tetapi pada tahun 2020 diterbitkan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 dengan peraturan pelaksanaannya pada Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 35 Tahun 2021. Hal ini mengakibatkan besaran faktor dalam perusahan menghitung kewajiban/liabilitas akan berubah, terutama untuk menghitung Nilai Kini Kewajiban Imbalan Pasti (NKKIP) untuk pensiun normal. Dalam perhitungan NKKIP menggunakan data karyawan Bunga Konveksi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil perhitungan Nilai NKKIP untuk Pensiun Normal sesuai dengan peraturan di atas lalu menganalisis dari kedua hasil perhitungan tersebut dan mengimplementasikan pada Bunga Konveksi. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan perhitungan NKKIP menggunakan metode Projected Unit Credit (PUC). Hasil dari perhitungan NKKIP dengan menggunakan data karyawan Bunga Konveksi yaitu NKKIP untuk pensiun normal sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003 lebih tinggi dibandingkan NKKIP untuk pensiun normal sesuai Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 35 Tahun 2021.

Abstract

This research aims to create a general map of Income, Costs Sourced from Underwriting and Other Investment Sources in Casualty Insurance Companies. So based on the above we will raise the research title "Analysis of Income, Costs Sourced from Underwriting and Other Investment Sources in Casualty Insurance Companies in 2018 - 2022." This research aims: To find out the income of the casualty insurance industry in Indonesia, to find out the industry's income Loss insurance in Indonesia comes from underwriting or other investment sources, to find out the costs of the loss insurance industry in Indonesia, and to find out the costs of the loss insurance industry in Indonesia from underwriting or other investment sources. This research method is quantitative descriptive. 1. The conclusion is that the income of the loss insurance industry in Indonesia from 2018 to 2022 tends to increase from 2018 to 2019, 2020 and 2022, while in 2021 it tends to decrease. Income from the Loss Insurance Industry from Underwriting Sources and from other Investment Sources, during 2018 to 2022 shows a positive upward trend from 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022, but shows a decreasing trend in 2020. Slightly different from Underwriting Results, the percentage increases in 2020. 2018 to 2019, decreasing in 2020, 2021, and decreasing in 2021. The average for five years is 78%, with a positive trend. Meanwhile, in Figure 3.3, the percentage of Investment Return income shows an increase from 2018 to 2019, 2022 and a decrease in 2020, 2021. The average for five years is 22% with a slight downward trend. Total Underwriting Expenses experienced an upward or positive trend from 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022, while experiencing a downward or negative trend in 2021. This is also consistent with the Underwriting Costs of the Casualty Insurance Industry for 2018 - 2022, in percentage terms, respectively. also experienced an upward or positive trend from 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2022, while experiencing a downward or negative trend in 2021. Underwriting Costs for the Loss Insurance Industry in 2018 – 2022, In millions of rupiah it can be concluded that in general the amount of operating expenses tends to increased, from 2018 to 2022, only in 2021 did it decrease, and the results of other expenses tended to be stable.

Abstract

This Community Service research is based on the material and non-material benefits of the scholarships, so literacy on the benefits of the educational scholarship program at STMA Trisakti is required. With the existence of literacy on the benefits of the educational scholarship program at STMA Trisakti, it is hoped that there will be an increase in understanding among the community, especially the lower middle class, about alternative financing opportunities with scholarships for those who are the targets of the scholarship. Title as follows; "Literacy Benefits of the STMA Trisakti Education Scholarship Program". The Community Service Method uses scholarship benefits literacy by socializing and creating scholarship benefits books. The conclusion is; There are 99 scholarship recipient students who are actively involved in literacy outreach activities for the benefits of the STMA Trisakti Education scholarship, and of the 99 students there are 90 students who write and collect articles or 90, 90% reflect the wishes of scholarship recipient students in literacy activities for the benefits of the STMA Trisakti Education scholarship which is ultimately useful for people who need information from literacy as an outcome. There are 45 articles or 39% that have the appropriate format to be formatted into a final draft of the article with the title inspiration for the benefits of STMA Trisakti Education scholarships. The suggestion is that students have high interest in writing ISBN books, so there is a need for facilitation in achieving academic and non-academic achievements in writing ISBN books

Abstract

This Community Service research This PKM (Community Service) activity aims to; Increased understanding of scholarship recipient students, scholarship recipient alumni, STMA Trisakti leaders, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students, alumni, and the surrounding community regarding activities to prevent and handle sexual violence in higher education through art exhibitions, and so it is hoped that this will increase the desire of students and alumni. , leaders of STMA Trisakti, academic assistant lecturers for scholarship recipient students and the surrounding community in activities to prevent and handle sexual violence. Using the Art Exhibition method. Participants who attended this PKM were 100 who came from scholarship recipients, both KIP, YBT, internship scholarships from STMA Trisakti, and in general from Trisakti Foundation Education units, such as the Trisakti Logistics Transportation Institute, STMK Trisakti, TSM Trisakti, IPT Trisakti, and Universities Trisakti.

Abstract

This analysis reflects the performance of National General Insurance Companies and Joint Venture General Insurance Companies in Indonesia. This allows this mapping to be used as a tool to analyze and control the performance of National General Insurance Companies and Joint Venture General Insurance Companies in Indonesia. So based on the above we will raise the research title "Performance Analysis of National General Insurance Companies and Joint Venture General Insurance Companies in Indonesia," This research aims; To find out the performance of National General Insurance Companies, to find out the performance of general insurance companies and joint venture general insurance companies in Indonesia, and to find out the differences in the performance of national general insurance companies and joint venture general insurance companies in Indonesia. This research method is quantitative descriptive. The conclusions are 1) Asset performance, equity performance, debt performance, revenue performance, cost performance, profit and loss performance, investment performance, technical reserve performance of joint venture general insurance companies have a tendency to increase from 2018 - 2022, while investment performance / technical reserves (%) Joint General Insurance has a downward trend from year to year from 2018 - 2022, 2.a) Asset Performance, Equity Performance, Debt Performance, Income Performance, Investment Performance, and Technical Reserve Performance of national general insurance has an upward trend from year to year 2018 - 2022, 2.b) but the performance of national general insurance costs has a tendency to fall from year to year from 2018 - 2022 then rises and then falls at the end of 2022, while the profit and loss performance of national general insurance has a tendency to be unstable from year to year from 2018 - 2022 with an upward trend, and Investment Performance / Technical Reserves (%) of national general insurance has a downward trend from 2018 - 2022, 3) The differences in the performance of National General Insurance Companies and Joint Venture General Insurance Companies in Indonesia are as follows; 1). Joint Venture General Insurance has better performance than national general insurance companies in; Asset performance, debt performance, cost performance, and investment performance / technical reserves (%), and 2) National General Insurance has better performance than joint venture general insurance companies from 2018 - 2022 in; Equity performance, income performance, profit and loss performance, investment performance, and technical reserve performance.
