Abstract

The use of plastic cups is one of the teacher's efforts as a board medium for assessing student activity. The media used in class is very important to support successful learning in class. Media is material, or events that build conditions that enable students to acquire knowledge, skills or attitudes. The use of this glass is expected to be able to improve the quality of students at SDN Dasok 3. This research aims to determine the steps for using plastic cups as a board medium to assess the activity of grade students at SDN Dasok 3. The use of plastic cups as a board medium to assess the activity of class students. SDN Dasok 3. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Based on the research results, the steps for using plastic cups as a board medium to assess the activity of students at SDN Dasok 3 are cutting cardboard, cutting plastic cups, writing students' names, cutting grades, making hangers. Utilization of Plastic Cups as Board Media to Assess the Activeness of Students at SDN Dasok 3, namely students are more active in class, students are more enthusiastic in learning, students are bolder in conveying their ideas, student creativity is increasing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence of the application of the make a match type cooperative learning model on mathematics learning outcomes regarding area of ​​flat figures for class IV SDN Kemayoran 2 Bangkalan. This research is a quantitative research type of experimental research, the research design used is quasi experimental design, and the form of design used is nonequivalent control group design, meaning that neither the experimental group nor the control group samples were chosen randomly. The sample used was 56 students at SDN Kemayoran 2 Bangkalan consisting of class IVA and class IVB. This research uses an experimental class and a control class. Data collected using observation, interviews and tests. Trials on test instruments use validity tests, reliability tests, level of difficulty of questions, and distinguishing power. The data analysis used is a prerequisite test using the normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing using the Mann Whitney test. Researchers used the Mann Whitney hypothesis test because based on the results of the normality test, the data was not normally distributed. So to compare data from two groups of data (experimental and control) you must use the non-parametric Mann Whitney test. Based on the results of data analysis in hypothesis testing using Mann Whitney, the posttest obtained on the Mann Whitney line was U = 269.5 and Pvalue = 0.039/2 = 0.02. According to Kadir (2015), if pvalue < 0.05 then Ho is rejected. So it can be concluded that there is a difference in the average value of mathematics learning outcomes between the control and experimental classes

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the need for developing PJOK modules that incorporate traditional games. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method oriented towards product development. The subjects of this research are 12 teachers and 188 students. Research data were obtained from the completion of observation sheets and questionnaires regarding the needs of teachers and students for the development of PJOK modules incorporating traditional games in elementary schools. The result of this research is the need for a PJOK module based on traditional games, viewed from the aspects of regional potential, student interest, environmental availability, learning objectives, and the necessity of supporting modules.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku cerita digital Petualangan Respira berorientasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sekolah dasar yang valid. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan sampai tahap Development. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar instrumen angket validasi dengan pedoman penskoran dengan skala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil validitas yang diperoleh dari ahli desain bahan ajar diperoleh hasil persentase dari angket validasi pada bahan ajar buku cerita digital Petualangan Respira berorientasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat valid, ahli bahasa diperoleh hasil persentase dari angket validasi pada bahan ajar buku cerita digital sebesar 93% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan ahli materi pembelajaran diperoleh hasil persentase dari angket validasi pada bahan ajar buku cerita digital sebesar 98% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan rata-rata validasi dari validasi desain bahan ajar, ahli bahasa, dan materi pembelajaran maka, diperoleh hasil perhitungan sebesar 97% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Disimpulkan bahwa dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam uji kevalidan untuk mengetahui kevalidan buku cerita digital berorientasi perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat ini dinyatakan sangat valid untuk digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas.

Abstract

Mathematical reasoning skills are a fundamental aspect in mathematics learning that contributes to students' conceptual understanding and problem-solving. This study aims to identify and analyze the strategies applied by teachers in improving students' mathematical reasoning skills in elementary schools. The research method used is a qualitative review based on literature studies and data analysis from relevant previous research. The results showed that teachers applied various strategies, including problem-based learning (PBL), group discussions, scaffolding, and the use of technology and interactive media in the learning process. In addition, metacognitive and reflective approaches have proven to be effective in improving students' critical and analytical thinking skills. These findings provide insight for educators in developing more effective teaching methods to improve students' mathematical reasoning.

Abstract

The exploration of mathematical concepts as a human activity triggers the need to research ethnomathematics. This research is the analysis of fundamental activities of mathematics on the process of Madurese Salt Production in Pamekasan. This qualitative study was conducted using ethnography, and the data were obtained from conducting in-depth interviews and observations with some salt farmers. The analysis findings of fundamental activities of mathematics on the process of Madurese Salt Production are: 1) locating: choosing pond location based on the soil, water, and weather; 2) designing: designing the layout of brine pond and considering the plots based on the functions; 3) measuring: measuring the seawater concentration, the level of the water as raw materials, the thickness of salt crystals, the plots, and; 4) counting: calculating workers' wage and profit and  loss; 5) playing, solving unpredictable weather to be able to be; and 6) explaining: the salt farmers shared hereditary knowledge about windmill. The results can be used as a source for the development of teaching materials in mathematics learning based on ethnomathematics on the process of Madurese salt production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi tindakan pemecah kebekuan dalam mengurangi kebosanan siswa selama belajar di kelas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskripsi kualifikasi, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi di SDN Tanjung Jati 2. Subjek penelitian termasuk satu guru kelas satu dan enam siswa kelas satu. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa tindakan pemecah kebekuan membantu menciptakan suasana belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan meningkatkan fokus dan moto siswa. Guru menerapkan berbagai jenis pemecah kebekuan, seperti tepukan motif, lagu edukatif, permainan ringan, dan latihan gerakan sederhana. Siswa menanggapi dengan positif, mengungkapkan bahwa mereka merasa lebih antusias dan tidak terlalu bosan selama pelajaran. Namun, guru menghadapi tantangan dalam memilih metode ice breaking yang tepat dan mengalokasikan waktu secara efektif untuk penerapannya. Kesimpulannya, ice breaking dapat dianggap sebagai strategi efektif untuk mengurangi kebosanan dan mendukung keberhasilan pembelajaran di pendidikan dasar, serta meningkatkan interaksi positif antara guru dan siswa di dalam kelas secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

Kearifan lokal bervariasi sesuai dengan tempat atau penduduk masyarakat atau secara dinamis sebagai suatu bentuk perilaku manusia, tergantung pada hubungan dan tatanan sosial budaya yang ada dalam suatu masyarakat. Kearifan lokal mempunyai landasan yang lebih kuat dalam mengidentifikasi kegiatan-kegiatan atau perilaku suatu masyarakat yang khas dan moral, sehingga kearifan lokal tersebut menyimpan banyak ilmu pengetahuan dan kaidah pengetahuan. Pulau madura terletak pada Kawasan Pesisir, hal ini identik dengan produksi garam. Garam memiliki banyak manfaat selain untuk dikonsumsi oleh makhluk hidup garam juga dapat dijadikan sebagai pengawet makanan. Proses pembuatan garam dapat dijadikan sebuah potensi untuk di integrasikan kedalam sebuah Pelajaran IPAS SD. Proses pembuatan garam dapat dipelajari dari ilmu pengetahuan alam. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan jenis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian kualitatif mengacu pada pendekatan penelitian yang menyatakan situasi sosial tertentu dengan menggambarkan kenyataan secara benar, dengan dibentuk kata-kata atas dasar teknik pengumpulan dan analisis data relevan yang didapatkan dari situasi yang alamiah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi proses pembuatan garam madura dan menganalisis integrasinya dalam materi pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

Writing is the process of conveying ideas or ideas as a whole from all active activities expressed through letters and numbers that are easily understood by others. This study aims to find out children who have difficulty writing at SDN Tanjung Jati 2 in grade 1, The research method used in this study is a qualitative method. The subjects of this study were grade 1 students at SDN Tanjung Jati 2. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study uses source triangulation techniques, which aims to check the consistency and validity of information obtained from various sources. The results of the study of students who have difficulty writing letters and numbers are because students do not fully know or remember the letters from A to Z, difficulty writing letters into a word or sentence, errors in writing letters, reversal of letters, such as b becomes d, errors in writing numbers, and pencil pressure in writing.
