Abstract

Implementing the concept of learning organization in private universities is a big problem. This article highlights potential barriers to transforming private colleges into responsive, innovative, and learning-oriented organizations. These barriers include a strict corporate culture, insufficient resources, lack of leadership support, vague goals, and difficulty managing change. However, the article also provides ways to overcome these challenges, such as developing a learning culture, wise resource allocation, dedicated leadership, explicit goal setting, and effective change management. By implementing these solutions, private universities can become dynamic and relevant educational institutions, ready to meet the changing demands of the education sector. This article demonstrates the important function of a learning organization in improving the quality of higher education and preparing students for a competitive future. The purpose of this study is to examine the barriers to the implementation of learning organization and describe the solutions to these barriers. Descriptive qualitative and case study methodology through data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis to find out more about the implementation of a learning organization and its impact on the performance of private universities. The findings of this study are intended to show the importance of developing a learning organization in a higher education environment as well as dealing with barriers to implementation.

Abstract

This research examines the role of teachers in implementing a project to strengthen students' Pancasila profiles towards fostering a positive culture at SD Negeri 241 Palembang. The research aims to explore how teachers contribute to shaping students' understanding and realization of Pancasila values, thus encouraging the creation of a positive cultural environment in schools. Through qualitative methods, including interviews and observations, this research examines teachers' strategies, the challenges they face, and their impact on student attitudes and behavior. The findings show that teachers play an important role in instilling Pancasila values, influencing students' cultural perceptions, and fostering a conducive learning atmosphere in line with national ethos and moral values. This research underlines the importance of teacher involvement in character education and its implications in creating a harmonious school environment that is rooted in Indonesian cultural values.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine how the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) program is implemented to shape the Islamic character of students at SMPIT Thariq Bin Ziyad Boarding School. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data validity through triangulation, while data analysis uses interactive data analysis models. The results of the study found that the implementation of the BPI program consists of two programs, namely the main BPI program and the supporting BPI program. BPI programs that are mainly carried out during class hours include weekly meetings, while those outside class hours include BPI Classical, Funiyah (skills), Mabit and Sports activities. Supporting programs during class hours include Tahfidz and Habituation of Morning Worship, while outside class hours include compulsory prayers 5 times in congregation, dhuha, Qur'an Camping and Adab, Camp Unit Organizers, introduction to the school environment, fasting Monday and Thursday, berinfaq, and Al-Kahfian. Abstract

Abstract

Low-head micro-hydropower systems often experience voltage instability due to fluctuating water flow and low turbine rotational speeds, limiting their ability to supply reliable power to standalone electrical loads. This study aims to experimentally optimize the output performance of a permanent magnet DC (PMDC) generator integrated with a buck–boost DC-DC converter in a low-head micro-hydropower system for improved voltage regulation, power output, and system efficiency. Experiments were performed by varying the generator rotational speed from 29.83 to 144.80 RPM with a 30 W LED load, while the converter maintained a constant 14.6 V set-point. Measured parameters included generator input voltage, input current, regulated output voltage, load current, electrical power, and system efficiency. The experimental results show that the system can operate at an ultra-low input voltage of 3.61 V at 29.83 RPM. The optimal operating condition was achieved at 63.78 RPM, where the system reached a maximum efficiency of 74.7% and an output power of 27.7 W. The converter maintained a stable output voltage close to the required load voltage, within the rotational speed range of 68.20-132.40 RPM. These results demonstrate that integrating a PMDC generator with a buck-boost converter improves voltage stability and expands the usable operating range of low-head micro-hydropower systems, making the proposed configuration suitable for off-grid and rural electrification applications.
