Abstract

Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Produk Domestik Bruto dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan Terhadap KesempatanKerja Daerah Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari instansi-instansi atau kantor-kantor yang ada hubungannya dengan penelitian ini.Data sekunder adalah data yang dikumpulkan secara tidak langsung dari yang bersangkutan atau dari sumbernya.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengeluaran pembangunan, produk domestik regional bruto dan kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pengeluaran pembangunan, PDRB, dan kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil analisis yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel kesempatan kerja memiliki t-hitung sebesar 3.054 dan probabilitas sebesar 0,005 lebih kecil dari 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel PDRB dan PP secara bersamaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kesempatan kerja pada taraf 5%. Nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,723 dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan dapat meningkatkan kesempatan kerja. Hal ini berarti bahwa apabila terjadi peningkatan 1 % dari Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan pengeluaran pembangunan memberikan kesempatan kerja sebesar 0.723%.   Sehingga peneliti memberi kesimpulan bahwa Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) dan Pengeluaran Pembangunan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kesempatan kerja di Kabupaten Gowa.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, multinational companies face complex challenges and opportunities in various jurisdictions. Financial strengthening is a key strategy to increase a company's competitiveness in a dynamic global market. This research examines how efficient financial management, managing foreign exchange risks, optimizing capital structure, and investing in technology can support the stability and growth of multinational companies. Through in-depth literature analysis, this research highlights the importance of integrated and holistic financial strategies to ensure liquidity, reduce risks and maximize profits. With a sustainable and responsible approach, multinational companies can achieve competitive advantage and contribute to inclusive global economic development.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of Return On Asset (ROA) and Earning Per Share (EPS) on stock prices at PT. Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk, a healthcare service company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data for the study were obtained from the company's financial reports retrieved from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research method employed was literature review, analyzing relevant literature to understand the company profile and fundamental concepts related to ROA, EPS, and stock prices. Quantitative data from financial reports were used for empirical analysis. The findings indicate a significant relationship between ROA, EPS, and the stock price of PT. Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk. These findings provide valuable insights for investors and company management in developing effective investment strategies. This research contributes significantly to understanding the factors influencing stock prices of companies in the Indonesian equity market, as well as their implications for investment decisions and company management.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of job satisfaction, motivation and commitment on employee performance at the University of Eastern Indonesia as many as 105 people using the correlation analysis method. This research found that there is a significant influence of job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment on employee performance. The largest correlation occurs between motivation and performance at 0.973, then the second correlation occurs between the relationship between job satisfaction and performance at 0.507, and the third correlation is organizational commitment to performance at 0.492. Overall, all independent variables, namely job satisfaction, motivation and organizational commitment, have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

Abstract

Work discipline serves as the main foundation to build a structured and effective work environment. Employees who demonstrate discipline typically adhere to company rules and procedures, thus minimizing the possibility of inactivity or disruptions in the workflow. Conversely, a fair compensation system that aligns with employees' contributions significantly affects work productivity. In the hospitality industry, fostering a strong work ethic and providing competitive compensation are crucial in enhancing employee effectiveness. This study examines the impact of compensation and work discipline on employee productivity at Aston's Harper Perintis Makassar Hotel. Descriptive analysis, utilizing regression analysis and the coefficient of determination, is employed in this research. Primary data is collected through direct observation and questionnaires, while secondary data is sourced from relevant company documents. The research findings indicate a significant relationship between work discipline and employee productivity at Harper Perintis Hotel. Employees who exhibit high levels of work discipline tend to achieve superior productivity. Moreover, the findings also demonstrate that employee perceptions regarding the compensation system have a positive and significant influence on work productivity. To advance organizational objectives and enhance work productivity, management should prioritize fostering work discipline and ensuring adequate compensation for employees. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Ver,-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Oleh karena itu, budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja dalam kinerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara penting untuk melakukan pengembangan dalam hal nilai-nilai kerja dan pengawasan khususnya pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of work culture and discipline on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. This research is a quantitative research which is analyzed using SPSS Ver,-2024 program. The results showed that work culture and work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. Therefore, work culture and work discipline in the performance of North Kolaka Regency KPU employees are important to develop in terms of work values and supervision, especially at the North Kolaka Regency KPU.

Abstract

Empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is a strategic step in facing the challenges of economic digitalization. This study aims to explore the impact of using marketplace applications as an online marketing medium on the sustainability and growth of MSME businesses. Digital marketplaces allow MSMEs to access wider markets, reduce operational costs, and increase marketing efficiency. However, challenges such as limited digital literacy, lack of trust in online transactions, and adaptation to technology are significant obstacles. The research approach used a survey method and in-depth interviews with 100 MSME actors in various economic sectors. The results showed that 75% of respondents experienced an increase in sales after using the marketplace, while 60% acknowledged an increase in digital competence through training related to the platform. The study also identified the importance of the role of government and private institutions in providing digital education, access to funding, and technology infrastructure for MSMEs. The conclusion of the study confirms that the use of marketplace applications is not only a modern marketing solution, but also encourages local economic empowerment. Recommendations are given to improve the effectiveness of training, collaboration between industry players, and technology integration to support MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Work-life balance has become an important issue in the modern workplace, especially with the increasing adoption of hybrid and remote work systems. This study aims to explore employees' experiences in managing the balance between work and personal life demands and its impact on productivity. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth interviews were conducted with 12 participants with diverse backgrounds and work arrangements. The results showed that work time flexibility, organizational support, and ability in workload management were the main factors influencing work-life balance. Employees who have work flexibility generally show higher levels of job satisfaction and productivity than those who experience imbalance. However, challenges such as excessive workload and unrealistic company expectations remain significant barriers to achieving this balance. This study highlights the importance of companies' role in formulating policies that not only support work-life balance administratively, but also build a work culture that cares about mental health, well-being, and the sustainability of employee productivity in the long term.

Abstract

The strategic achievement of firms, even especially hotel industry is monopolized by the quantitative measures in financial reports. This study advances the neglected conversation of strategic profitability by the perspective hotel managers in recorded responses. They fill the questionnaires regarding the service-based resources, the strategic entrepreneurship capacity in established business, and finally the strategic profitability. 329 managers provide responses by the 5-point Likert scale, and the data serves as the basis for partial-least-square structural-equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The findings indicate the acceptance of all relationships as service-based resources are critical to build the strategic entrepreneurship, and measurable performance. The mediation test is also supported. This study establishes the critical importance of building a specific strategic measure for service firms, with which policy is catered.

Abstract

Pelayanan kesehatan merupakan salah satu bidang pelayanan publik bagian dari pembangunan nasional. Puskesmas adalah salah satu ujung tombak dari pelayanan dan pembangunan kesehatan di Indonesi. Perawat gigi merupakan salah satu tenaga kesehatan yang bertugas dalam fasilitas kesehatan. Pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut adalah suatu bentuk pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh perawat gigi kepada pasien di bagian poligigi. Banyak atau tidaknya pasien yang berkunjung kesalah satu fasilitas kesehatan tersebut adalah salah satu yang tergantung kepada kepuasan terhadap pelayanan kesehatan baik dari sikap maupun tindakan yang diterima dari tenaga kesehatan. Hasil wawancara awal pada sembila orang pasien, ternyata 5 orang di antaranya menyatakan pelayanan di poligigi puskesmas Ujong Fatihah masih kurang memuaskan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran kepuasan pasien ditinjau dari sikap dan tindakan perawat gigi dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut poli gigi puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kecamatan Kuala Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pasien yang berkunjung ke puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kecamatan Kuala. Sampel pada penelitian ini 30 orang yang berkunjung ke poli gigi. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien tentang sikap perawat gigi tidak puas sebanyak 18 orang (60%) dan 12 Orang yang puas (40%). Kesimpulannya yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan pasien ditinjau dari sikap dan tindakan perawat gigi dan mulut dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan gigi dan mulut di puskesmas Ujong Fatihah Kecamatan Kuala Nagan Raya tidak sesuai dengan keinginan pasien. Disarankan untuk tenaga kesehatan gigi agar dapat bersikap dan bertindak sesuai kompetensi sebagai perawat gigi
