Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of the variables studied, where this study used a quantitative approach with a sample of 38 people with multiple regression analysis methods including validity tests, reliability tests, partial and simultaneous hypothesis tests with the help of the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study show that there is a positive and significant influence of leadership style on employee performance. And simultaneously, the regression coefficient values of Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Organizational Commitment, Leadership Style, Employee Performance

Abstract

The study aims to obtain information about the significance of the influence of digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era, especially on improving the quality of a company's human resources. This research was conducted at PT. Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor. The population in this study were all active employees of the head office and branch offices of PT Suracojaya Abadi Motor in the South Sulawesi region, be it administrative staff, managers, staff, mechanics to marketing personnel. Meanwhile, the sample obtained was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses Stratified Random Sampling or stratified random sampling. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation, while data analysis with multiple regression analysis using SPSS Ver.-23 software. The results of the research findings are digitization, digitalization, digital transformation and the digital era through active employees of the head office and branch offices are able to provide a significant improvement in the quality of human resources of PT Suraco Jaya Abadi Motor.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian kuantitatif yang dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS Ver,-2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Oleh karena itu, budaya kerja dan disiplin kerja dalam kinerja pegawai KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara penting untuk melakukan pengembangan dalam hal nilai-nilai kerja dan pengawasan khususnya pada KPU Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyse the effect of work culture and discipline on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. This research is a quantitative research which is analyzed using SPSS Ver,-2024 program. The results showed that work culture and work discipline had a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance at the North Kolaka Regency KPU. Therefore, work culture and work discipline in the performance of North Kolaka Regency KPU employees are important to develop in terms of work values and supervision, especially at the North Kolaka Regency KPU.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the characteristics of MOOC-based instructional material for the flipped English speaking class  and the model of MOOC-based instructional materials for flipped English speaking class The researchers implemented the initial phase of qualitative research to achieve their objectives. The study focused on students in the English Language Education (ELE) Department at Indonesian Higher Education, as well as the ELE program's lecturers. The findings revealed that the MOOC-based materials for the flipped-English speaking class were a need analysis to be supportive, accommodating, goal-oriented, and focused on both fluency and accuracy. These materials were diverse, up-to-date, engaging, and motivating. They included both monologues and dialogues suitable for formal and informal contexts, and also incorporated tools relevant to the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as WhatsApp and Edmodo. The proposed model for MOOC-based materials in the flipped-English speaking class emphasized the integration of key elements: goals, content, activities, venue, and media. The goal was to help learners become proficient in speaking by mastering content that included various topics, language uses, and genres. The model engaged students in nine activities: guessing I, identifying, searching, finding, guessing II, clarifying, evaluating, reflecting, and projecting. The recommended learning venues were both online (using platforms like WhatsApp and Edmodo) and offline (such as classrooms, language labs, and outdoor settings). For media, the model suggested using laptops, LCD projectors, and leaflets during the learning sessions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis problematika implementasi kurikulum dengan kerangka Understanding by Design (UbD) di SD Inpres Monginsidi Makassar. Pendekatan UbD, yang menekankan pada pembelajaran berbasis pemahaman mendalam, menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam konteks pendidikan dasar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa problematika utama meliputi keterbatasan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep UbD, minimnya pelatihan dan pendampingan, serta kurangnya dukungan fasilitas yang memadai. Selain itu, keberagaman latar belakang peserta didik dan keterbatasan waktu juga menjadi kendala dalam penerapan kurikulum berbasis UbD. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya pelatihan intensif bagi pendidik, dukungan kebijakan yang berkelanjutan, dan penyesuaian kurikulum agar lebih kontekstual dengan kebutuhan lokal. Dengan upaya ini, penerapan kerangka UbD dapat lebih optimal dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SD Inpres Monginsidi Makassar.

Abstract

The quality of education is an important component that needs to be considered in order to achieve educational goals, there are several things that affect the quality of education in Indonesia, one of the factors is education financing which is also an important issue throughout the world. This study aims to determine the effect of education financing on the quality of education in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and literature studies. The research data were then analyzed using the SPSS program. The results showed that education financing had an effect on the quality of education with a significance value of 0.000 and a proportion of 91%. Education funding affects the quality of education because it is very necessary for school programs, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, teacher salaries, employee salaries, the need to support the achievement of the school's vision and mission and create quality human resources

Abstract

This study aimed at exploring and identifying the points of conceptual action of the Movement on Growing the ‘Budi Pekerti’ (Character) based on Multiculturalism. The type of this research was Qualitative Research, with linear and sequential activities through 'Basic Research and Applied Research' method. The results of this study show: First, there are 34 points of conceptual actions successfully identified from the principles of the Movement on Growing the Budi Pekerti (Character) Base on Multiculturalism, which, practically and theoretically, need to be implemented in primary schools. Secondly, most (21 from 34) of the points of conceptual actions identified from the principles of the Movement on Growing the Budi Pekerti (Character) Base on Multiculturalism,  that need to be implemented in primary schools are the points of conceptual action  that have been implemented at primary schools, while  a few  the points of conceptual action other (13 from 34 points) are the points that have not been implemented at primary schools; Thirdly, the points of conceptual action of 'the Movement on Growing The ‘Budi Pekerti’ (Character) Based on Multiculturalism' which have been implemented in primary schools, are basically only implemented by the initiatives of schools, and not specifically based on multiculturalism. Fourthly, certain points of action that have not yet been implemented in primary schools are due to internal factors, that the points of conceptual action have not been programmed by the schools, and due to external factors, namely that there are no any rule or policy that obligate schools to implement them.

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this research is that children's fine motor skills have not developed as expected. The aim is to determine the effect of collage activities on children's fine motor skills. The research method used is a quantitative approach and experimental research type. The subjects of this research were children in Group B of Kemala Bhayangkari Kindergarten 02, East Palu District, Palu City, totaling 21 children. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data processing was carried out using percentage techniques and t test (Paired Sample t-test). Data from recapitulation of observations of fine motor skills before being given treatment in the form of collage activities, in the three aspects that have been observed, there are 0% in the BSB category, 12.70% in the BSH category, 52.38% in the MB category, and 34.92% in the BB category. After being given treatment in the form of collage activities, from the results of the recapitulation of observations of children's fine motor skills, in the three aspects that had been observed, an average of 55.55% was obtained in the BSB category, 22.22% in the BSH category, 22.23% in the MB category, and 0% in the BB. Based on the results of the t test calculation data, the value obtained is t_count ≥ t_table (22.136 ≥ 1.724), and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05. So it can be concluded that H_o is rejected and H_1 is accepted, which means that there is an influence of collage activities on the fine motor skills of children in Group B Kindergarten Kemala Bhayangkari 02 East Palu District, Palu City. Keywords: Early Childhood; Collage Activities; Fine Motor Skills Abstrak Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan motorik halus anak belum berkembang sesuai harapan. Tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kegiatan kolase terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode pendekatan kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Adapun subjek penelitian ini adalah anak di Kelompok B TK Kemala Bhayangkari 02 Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu yang berjumlah 21 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan teknik persentase dan uji t (Paired Sample t-test). Data hasil rekapitulasi pengamatan kemampuan motorik halus sebelum diberikan perlakuan berupa kegiatan kolase, dalam tiga aspek yang telah diamati, terdapat 0% pada kategori BSB, 12.70% pada kategori BSH, 52.38% pada kategori MB, dan 34.92% pada kategori BB. Setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa kegiatan kolase, dari hasil rekapitulasi pengamatan kemampuan motorik halus anak, pada tiga aspek yang telah diamati, diperoleh rata-rata 55.55% pada kategori BSB, 22.22% pada kategori BSH, 22.23% pada kategori MB, dan 0% pada kategori BB. Berdasarkan hasil data perhitungan uji t diperoleh nilai ≥ (22. 136 ≥ 1.724), dan nilai signifikansi 0.000 < 0.05 Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ditolak dan diterima, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh kegiatan kolase terhadap kemampuan motorik halus anak di Kelompok B TK Kemala Bhayangkari 02 Kecamatan Palu Timur Kota Palu. Abstract

Abstract This article examines the social emotional problem of children who have not developed according to expectations. In an effort to resolve this problem, research was carried out to determine the effect of implementing the traditional game of hide and seek on the social emotional development of children in group B of the Samporoa Kindergarten DWP, Palu City. The method used is quantitative and experimental research type. The subjects were 12 children consisting of 5 boys and 7 girls enrolled in the 2022/2023 school year. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation, then the data is analyzed quantitatively. Observation results before treatment on the interaction aspect were (0%) in the BSB category, (25%) in the BSH category, (42%) in the MB category and (33%) in the BB category. Responsible aspects (0%) in the BSB category, (8%) in the BSH category, (67%) in the MB category and (25%) in the BB category. Aspects of protecting the environment (0%) in the BSB category, (8%) in the BSH category, (42%) in the MB category and (50%) in the BB category. The results of observations after being given treatment in the interaction aspect were (33%) in the BSB category, (42%) in the BSH category, (50%) in the MB category and (0%) in the BB category. Because the significance is <0.05, it can be concluded that ho is rejected and h1 is accepted, meaning that there is an influence of the application of the traditional game of hide and seek on the social emotional development of children in group B of the Samporoa DWP Kindergarten, Palu City. Keywords: Traditional game of hide and seek, social emotional development Abstrak Artikel ini mengkaji tentang masalah sosial emosional anak belum berkembang sesuai harapan upaya menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dilakukan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan permainan tradisional petak umpet terhadap perkembangan sosial emosional anak di kelompok B TK Samporoa DWP Kota Palu. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Subyek berjumlah 12 anak yang terdiri dari 5 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2022/2023. Abstract

This research aims to how to provide learning media development with Adobe Flash multimedia assistance in improving the achievement of elementary school students with improved learning in class VI Inpres Elementary School Complex BTN Pemda Makassar. The problems faced are how the description, design, validity and level of effectiveness in the development of learning media to improve learning achievement assisted by Adobe Flash products for grade VI students of Inpres Elementary School Complex BTN Pemda Makassar. This type of research is research and development for learning purposes. The development procedure refers to the 4-D model of Thiagarajan and Semmel (1974) which is adapted to 3-D. The data analysis technique in this study is Single group with pretest-posttest. The subject of this research is a subject matter expert of 1 person. Data collection techniques using interview, questionnaire and test techniques. The data analysis technique used in this research is qualitative with the research method using a qualitative descriptive approach and descriptive statistical analysis which prioritises data that is quality, statistical, subjective, and phenomelogical to produce conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the learning media for elementary school students of Inpres Kompleks BTN Pemda Makassar assisted by Adobe Flash application is in the category of very valid and very practical, so it is feasible to use on improving student achievement in elementary schools with the value of each stage of defining (Define) with a total score of 85 with an average score of 4 valid and 5 very valid. Furthermore, the planning stage (Design) for the recapitulation of the results of the RPP validation, the total score was 24.7 with an average score of 5 very valid and for the recapitulation of the LKS results with a total score of 64 with an average score of 4 valid and 5 very valid. Then the development stage (Development) for validation of student activities with a total score of 74.8 with an average of 5 very valid. As well as student learning outcomes for the percentage of completeness of learning outcomes with a total score of 93% complete and 7% incomplete. The research findings show the suitability of the Adobe Flash application designed as a learning tool to improve student achievement.
