Abstract

The value processing process used at SMK PGRI 11 in Jakarta is currently still using the manual method, namely by filling in the values in Microsoft Office Excel given by the school principal, so that in data collection and processing the employee's ability values are not effective and efficient. From these problems led to the idea to create a Desktop-based information system, in which it can perform computerized data management and value processing. The research method used is Library Research and Field Research. The application software used is SQL Server, VB.NET, Microsoft Office Word 2010, StarUML, draw.io. There are two actors/users in this information system, namely Admin and homeroom teacher. It is hoped that the existence of a value processing information system in the form of a Desktop can facilitate the process of data management and value processing in this school. Keywords: Information System, Value Processing, Final Value

Abstract

The development of digital technology has significantly transformed the retail industry, necessitating a data-driven approach for companies. PT XYZ, an accessories company, currently faces challenges in its manual and inefficient product data management system. This research aims to design and develop an integrated, efficient product data collection information system. Using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a design tool, the system incorporates three primary actors: admin, staff, and owner. The system is built using the Next.js framework. Through qualitative data collection (observations and interviews) and a literature review, this research identified key issues within the existing system: difficulty in data retrieval and inefficient business processes. The proposed information system seeks to address these challenges through automated data scanning and comprehensive report generation. It is anticipated that this system will enhance productivity, improve data accuracy, and facilitate better decision-making at PT XYZ

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a Service Level Management (SLM) ticketing system at PT. Bringin Gigantara. This system is developed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the company's service management, particularly in handling service tickets. The method used in this research is through direct interviews with relevant parties. The resulting system is expected to facilitate the ticket creation process, thereby improving the quality of service to customers. The research results indicate that this system can reduce response times and enhance user satisfaction through the features provided. In conclusion, the designed SLM ticketing system can be effectively implemented and has a positive impact on the operations of PT. Bringin Gigantara.

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has influenced various sectors of life, including the culinary sector. Restaurants, as food service providers, are required to utilize technology to improve operational efficiency and customer convenience. A restaurant food ordering system based on mobile phones makes it easier for customers to view the menu, select their orders, and confirm them without having to wait for a waiter. This system is designed using the Android platform with a simple and user-friendly interface. With this system, customers can order food efficiently, minimize errors in order recording, and reduce waiting time. The results of this study indicate that using a mobile phone-based food ordering system can increase customer satisfaction and provide added value for restaurants in terms of service. This system also has the potential to be integrated with digital payment systems to support the process faster and safer transactions. It is hoped that this innovation can be an initial step in the digital transformation of the culinary sector, particularly in restaurant services.
