Abstract

Abstract:  Analysis of The Revenue Sector Performance In Manage Original Local Revenue At The Department of Revenue Financial Management And Local Assets of Ponorogo Local Government. Implementation of local autonomy in Indonesia aims to improve the welfare of the public. The Law of Local Government number 32 year 2004, each local government is expected to manage the revenue of each local authority. In connection with the management of local revenue performance will require good organization to support the implementation of local autonomy. The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the performance of the local original revenue management by the Revenue Sector at the Department of Revenue Finance Management and Local Asset in the Ponorogo local government. This research uses descriptive qualitative research approach. The results showed that the performance of local original revenue management by Revenue Sector in the Department of Revenue Finance Management and Local Asset in Ponorogo local government by using performance indicators organizations inputs, process, outputs has good. the advice given is increase the ability of officials to manage local revenue, facilities improvement and further increase the level of coordination of the work of sections in Revenue Sector. Penyelenggaraan otonomi daerah di Indonesia bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Dengan adanya Undang-Undang nomor 32 tahun 2004 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah maka setiap daerah diharapkan mampu mengelola Pendapatan Asli Daerahnya masing-masing. Sehubungan dengan pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah maka diperlukan kinerja organisasi yang baik untuk menunjang pelaksanaan otonomi daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendiskripsikan kinerja pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah oleh Bidang Pendapatan pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pengelolaan Pendapatan Asli Daerah yang dilakukan oleh Bidang Pendapatan pada Dinas Pendapatan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Ponorogo sudah baik, dengan menggunakan indikator kinerja organisasi yaitu inputs , process, outputs. Saran yang diberikan yaitu peningkatan kemampuan para pegawai dalam mengelola Pendapatan Asli Daerah, peningkatan sarana prasarana guna menunjang pengelolaan PAD dan lebih meningkatkan fungsi koordinasi antara seksi-seksi pada Bidang Pendapatan. Kata kunci : Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), Keuangan Daerah, Kinerja.

Abstract

The study with the title of a publication's media use in the promotion of a potential village in Ponorogo is aimed at identifying villages that are already using the publications and their application. The study uses library research, which involves research done by gathering information and data with the help of such materials as reference books, similar research, articles, notes and journals that deal with problems that will be solved. The population of this research is a village located in the Ponorogo district. The sample to be used is the village of Grogol, the village of Gundik, village of Karangan, village of Plunturan, village of Tonatan, village of Bringinan and village of Paringan. In the media use of publications, villages have already obtained socialization about information technology and communication. With socialization and practice, communities feel an increased understanding and skill in understanding the importance of using social media to improve village competitiveness. The use of media for village publications in Ponorogo remains to be maximum. There are still authorities and villagers who are unfamiliar with the Internet and technology. It is known that within the management of the media, there must be a need for human resources that understand the internet and technology.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Tourism Department's efforts to increase the resilience of reog craftsmen in Ponorogo Regency. This research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques in research are observation, interviews, and documentation, with data analysis using data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research first show that the efforts made by the government of the Ponorogo Tourism Office to help craftsmen are by promoting their products both locally and internationally. Second, the government helps craftsmen to obtain business permits and collaborates with PKK members to support each other's businesses. Third, promote through social media to increase the economic income of craftsmen. Fourth, to strengthen increased resilience, the Ponorogo Regency Tourism Office carries out networking activities (collaborating with other people), namely establishing collaboration with other regions through participation in arts and crafts exhibitions and involving the younger generation. Researchers put forward several recommendations which can later be used as a reference, including holding exhibitions of works involving the younger generation. This is one of the efforts to make Reyog Ponorogo art more sustainable.

Abstract

Limo rhizome, or limo rhizome, has long been known in traditional health practices for its significant health benefits. This study was conducted in Yogyakarta involving 50 consumers of limo rhizome. The main objective of this study was to analyze the content and benefits of this herbal drink, as well as to identify its contribution to overall health. The research method used was descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through structured interviews and direct observation in the field. The research instruments included an assessment of the health effects felt by consumers, such as improved digestion, regulation of the menstrual cycle, and increased body immunity. The results of the study showed that limo rhizome contains active compounds such as antioxidants and anti-inflammatories that play an important role in health. Of the 50 respondents, 85% reported improved digestive health, 78% experienced more regular menstrual cycles, and 90% felt healthier overall. The data analysis technique was carried out using a thematic analysis approach to identify the main themes from the data collected. This study concluded that limo rhizome drink, made from high-quality natural ingredients such as dried herbs, is not only safe but also effective in improving health. In addition to health benefits, the production and consumption of this drink also supports the creativity and economy of the local community.

Abstract

Ponorogo Regency launched an assistance program for community strengthening in the smallest scope, namely the Rukun Tetangga (RT). ratified through Circular Letter (SE) of the Regent. The Ponorogo Regency Government provides funds of IDR 10,000,000 annually to each Neighborhood Association in the entire Ponorogo Regency Region which consists of 6,869 the Rukun Tetangga (RT). The programs include: making infiltration wells or what is called Biopori Infiltration, Waste Management in the RT scope, provision of RT Wireless Fidelity (Wifi) networks, Strengthening Women's Economy, Employment BPJS benefits and incentives for RT administrators, Family Medicine Planting and Resident; Rembug Warga. This study aims to find out how the program is implemented and what are the obstacles. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study show that this RT activity program is an initiation from the Regent of Ponorogo which has been stated in the vision and mission. All RT activity programs have been implemented, but there are several programs that are not appropriate because they are not in accordance with regional conditions, such as: Biopore Infiltration, Integrated Waste, and planting family medicine. programs that are not suitable because they do not involve the RT community who know their needs better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the strategy of the Ponorogo district government in carrying out various efforts to promote or compare Ponorogo culture as a tourist attraction strategy. Therefore to organize an event, event management is needed. This research method uses the library research method, namely research that collects information and data with the help of various materials available on the internet and libraries, such as reference books, previous similar research results, articles, notes, and various journals. The results of this study discuss cultural events that have been held by the Ponorogo district government. In making a cultural event, the organizer also goes through several stages of event management as proposed by Goldblett (2002), namely from the research, design, planning, coordination, and evaluation stages.

Abstract

Technological changes that are increasingly developing cause different services and facilities in the field of information and communication technology. Youtuber is part of the content creator as a profession that requires creativity with several skills. Another definition refers to the content of content creators who call themselves YouTubers, this happens because the label has a meaning that is considered a profession. This is one of the global professions of creative workers, who can produce monetized content as a form of income earned through the creativity of content creators. This is what most of the general public, especially millennials, interpret about the YouTuber profession. This study uses library research, where researchers use library research methods. The main differences between library research and field research lie in the purpose, function and/or location of library research in each of these studies. In library research, library research is more than just a service function such as: As a first step in preparing a research framework and/or proposal to obtain similar research information. This study aims to determine the change of profession as a YouTuber in the existing community. Thus, based on the results of the discussion, it is found that youtubers as content creators are influenced by many factors, namely ideas, the accuracy of the selection of shooting equipment, and the ability to master the material.

Abstract

This activity has a focus on strengthening the community's role in creating a disaster-resilient village in Dayakan Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. The main benefit of this activity is to rebuild the community's contribution in the context of disaster management in Dayakan Village. Desa Dayakan is one of the villages which is affected by natural disasters every year such as landslides, flash floods, forest fires, and droughts. The entire Dayakan Village is located on the contours of mountainous land and most of it is forest. The implementation of this service is carried out through several activities including: (1) Socialization of program activities, (2) Strengthening the existence of disaster risk reduction (DRR) forums, (3) Disaster and emergency mitigation training, (4) Establishment of disaster posts in each hamlet, and (5) Establishment of disaster communication and information posts. In practice, the community has been very supportive of this activity through their participation in every activity held, besides that the role of the village government, DRR groups, and external institutions has also continued to be developed. The advice given in this activity is that the village government must be the motor in giving enthusiasm to the community to make the area a disaster resilient village.Keywords: Disaster Resilient Area, Community, Role

Abstract

This research aimed to understand how the community building model has been implemented through the establishment and growth of institutions and the creation of the BUMDes village community. The research method used was library research, which involved obtaining data and information using a variety of library materials, including reference books, previous study findings on the same topic, articles, notes, and various journals relevant to the issue. Research findings suggested that providing template training in the Kutukulon Village could inspire participants to pursue their own entrepreneurial endeavors. As a result, training programs not only provide skills but also provide targeted support with low-income community involvement. The social prosperity that could reduce the social inequalities and imbalances of the community that was basically a young man from the village of Kutukulon who was able to control the issues of social welfare makes this activity a guideline for the growth of society

Abstract

This research aims to understand and describe village government management in the development of the tourism sector in Biting Village, Badegan District, Ponorogo Regency. The concept of Good Village Governance is used as the theoretical foundation, emphasizing transparency, accountability, and community participation as the main principles. This study employs a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through semi-structured interviews and documentation. Data analysis is conducted using the data analysis model from Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014), including data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results show that transparency is realized through the dissemination of information on policies, programs, and activities through various communication platforms. Accountability is evident in the monthly reporting of tourism funds and periodic evaluations. Community participation is enhanced through Village Deliberation forums and training involving various community components. The conclusion emphasizes the importance of transparency, accountability, and community participation in managing the tourism sector to achieve good and sustainable governance.
