Abstract

Penyakit kardiovaskuler cenderung meningkat sebagai penyebab kematian. Salah satu faktor risiko terjadinya penyakit kardiovaskuler adalah hiperkolesterolemia yang disebabkan oleh gangguan metabolisme lemak yang ditandai dengan peningkatan kadar kolesterol total hingga > 200 mg/dl. Upaya pengendalian kadar kolesterol melalui pengaturan diet yang merupakan terapi yang lebih aman dari terapi obat. Untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemberian minuman yoga (yoghurt buah naga) dan susu low fat pada penurunan kadar kolesterol total karyawan RSU Sriwijaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimen. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pre dan post-test with two group. Kelompok perlakuan mendapatkan minuman yoga sebanyak 2x/hari selama 14 hari sebanyak 100ml sedangkan pada kelompok pembanding mendapatkan minuman susu low fat sebanyak 1x/hari selama 14 hari sebanyak 100 ml. Besaran sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 responden untuk kelompok perlakuan dan 30 responden untuk pembanding jadi total sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan sengan cara teknik sampling purposive. Analisa data ini menggunakan dependent t-test (uji t-dependen). Hasil uji statistik (Uji t-dependen) dengan p-value 0,000 (< 0,05), rata-rata penurunan kadar kolesterol total pada kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 17,8 mg/dL yang menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh pemberian minuman Yoga (yoghurt buah naga) terhadap penurunan kadar kolesterol total. Minuman Yoga (yoghurt buah naga) yang memiliki kadar antosianin sebesar 4,88 mg/kg dan serat sebesar 1,00% dapat menurunkan kadar kolesterol total pada karyawan RSU Sriwijaya.

Abstract

Chronic Energy Deficiency is a condition of nutritional problems that occurs due to an imbalance in energy and protein intake over a long period of time. Teenagers need good nutritional intake to meet their needs. Unfulfilled nutritional intake will cause nutritional problems. Efforts to provide adolescents with nutritious food can be done by providing distractions that are high in energy and high in protein. To find out the formulation, acceptability and analysis of macro nutrients (carbohydrates and protein). This research method is an experiment with a non-factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with organoleptic tests on 30 untrained panelists. Furthermore, a nutritional content test was carried out using proximate analysis. The energy content of bakpia canna starch flour and catfish flour per is 391.06 Kcal, protein 9.21%, fat 17.02%, carbohydrates 50.26% in 100 g bakpia. Based on the Kruskal wallis test, there was a significant influence between the acceptability of bakpia with canna starch flour and catfish flour on taste and aftertaste. The results of the research show that bakpia canna starch flour and catfish flour can be used as an alternative high-energy, high-protein snack.   ABSTRAK Kekurangan Energi Kronis merupakan suatu kondisi masalah gizi yang terjadi akibat adanya ketidakseimbangan asupan energi dan protein dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Remaja membutuhkan asupan gizi yang baik untuk memenuhi kebutuhannya. Asupan gizi yang tidak terpenuhi akan menyebabkan masalah gizi Upaya pemenuhan makanan bergizi pada remaja dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian selingan yang tinggi energi dan tinggi protein. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui formulasi bakpia, daya terima serta analisis zat gizi makro (Karbohidrat dan protein). Metode penelitian ini adalah eskperimen dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non factorial dengan uji organoleptik pada panelis tidak terlatih sebanyak 30 orang. Penentuan nilai gizi menggunakan analisis proksimat. Formula bakpia tepung pati ganyong dan tepung ikan lele yang terpilih adalah F1 (70:30). Kandungan energi bakpia tepung pati ganyong dan tepung ikan lele per 100 gram yaitu 391,06 Kkal, protein 9,21 %, lemak 17,02 %, karbohidrat 50,26 %.. Berdasarkan uji Kruskal wallis terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara daya terima bakpia tepung pati ganyong dan tepung ikan lele dengan Rasa dan Aftertaste. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bakpia tepung pati ganyong dan tepung ikan lele ini bisa digunakan sebagai alternatif selingan tinggi energi tinggi protein.

Abstract

Chronic energy deficiency (CED) is the most common nutritional disorder in pregnant women. In 2022, the incidence of CED in pregnant women in Limbang Mulia Village was 15 out of 435 pregnant women. The working area of ​​the Limbang Mulia Health Center in 2021 was reported to have 12 integrated health posts spread across 10 villages with a full strata purnama. Integrated health posts carry out 5 complete basic service programs, namely KIA, KB, immunization, nutrition and diarrhea prevention. This activity aims to optimize the role of integrated health post cadres in controlling CED in pregnant women so that it can reduce the incidence of stunting. The implementation of this activity is carried out by identifying, collecting and conducting training for integrated health post cadres. In the form of providing counseling on pregnancy health as an effort to prevent CED so that it can prevent stunting in children. The results achieved in this counseling and training activity were an increase in the knowledge of integrated health post cadres. Increasing the role of cadres and the community in efforts to control stunting and reduce the incidence of CED in pregnant women. Keywords: Cadres, Posyandu, Chronic energy deficiency (KEK), pregnant women Abstrak Kekurangan energi kronik (KEK) merupakan gangguan gizi yang paling umum terjadi pada ibu hamil. Pada tahun 2022 angka kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil di Desa Limbang Mulia sebanyak 15 ibu hamil dari 435 ibu hamil. Wilayah kerja Puskesmas Limbang Mulia tahun 2021 dilaporkan ada 12 jumlah posyandu yang tersebar di 10 desa dengan strata purnama. Posyandu melakukan 5 program pelayanan dasar lengkap, yaitu KIA, KB, imunisasi, gizi serta pencegahan diare. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan peran kader posyandu dalam pengendalian KEK pada ibu hamil sehingga dapat menurunkan akan kejadian stunting. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi, menghimpun dan melakukan pelatihan kepada kader posyandu. Berupa memberikan penyuluhan tentang kesehatan masa kehamilan sebagai upaya pencegahan KEK sehingga dapat mencegah stunting pada anak. Hasil yang dicapai dalam kegiatan penyuluhan dan pelatihan ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader Posyandu. Meningkatnya peran serta kader dan masyarakat dalam upaya pengendalian stunting dan menurunnya angka kejadian KEK pada ibu hamil. Abstract

Background: Background: Coronary heart disease (CHD) is the disruption of heart function due to lack of blood due to blockage of the coronary arteries which results in damage to the lining of the blood vessel walls (atherosclerosis). Objective: The purpose of this study is to know the analysis of intake of macronutrients, vitamin C, fiber, and total cholesterol levels in patients with coronary heart disease. This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. Methods: This type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. This research was conducted from April to May 2023 at the Siti Fatimah Provincial Hospital. South Sumatra. The research sample was chosen by accidental sampling with a sample size of 60 respondents. Results: The results show that there is a significant relationship between excess intake of macronutrients and lack of consumption of fiber and vitamin C on increased total cholesterol levels. Conclusion: The conclusion from the results of statistical tests shows that there is a relationship between excess intake of macronutrients and lack of consumption.

Abstract

Breakfast or breakfast provides an important meaning for everyone to start the activity throughout the day. This activity is carried out until nine in the morning. Breakfast should be able to meet 15% to 30% of the total daily nutritional needs. Breakfast is expected to be able to realize a healthy, active and intelligent life (Hardinsyah, 2013). School-age children require good and sufficient intake of nutrients for activities, especially during breakfast (Susyani et al., 2014). In addition to adequate and balanced nutritional content, menu choices must be practical and varied from various types of food ingredients (Ministry of Health, 2013). Breakfast is beneficial for good school attendance, nutrient intake, academic achievement, fitness and a healthy weight (Hardinsyah; Perdana, 2013). Meanwhile, the impact of not eating breakfast on children has been shown to have an effect on academic achievement at school (Muchtar et al., 2011). There are various reasons why children skip breakfast, namely, long distance to school, late getting up in the morning, not in taste, not used to or afraid of being late for school (Mardiana, et al, 2013; Irianto in Ristiana, 2009). The habit of not eating breakfast results in a decrease in blood sugar levels (hypoglycemia) so that the energy supply decreases, if this happens continuously it causes the body to tremble, get tired quickly and decrease motivation to learn (Wardoyo; Mahmudiono, 2013). According to Hardinsyah (2012) in Briawan, et al (2013), it is recorded that 20%-40% of Indonesian children do not eat breakfast every day. Hardinsyah and Aries (2012), stated that 44.6% of school-age children consume low-quality breakfast, which is below 15% of the daily nutritional adequacy. Lack of knowledge about the importance of eating breakfast in children is one of the factors that cause children to ignore breakfast (Notoatmodjo, 2012). Nutrition education needs to be given in order to achieve health behavior (Healthy Behavior). Based on the above background, it is necessary to provide counseling and examples of providing breakfast for school children.
