Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to 1) describe the implementation of point system policies to form students with character; 2) describe the effectiveness of the point system policy to form students with character; 3) describe the constraints and solutions in implementing the point system policy. This research uses descriptive qualitative method, with a qualitative approach. The results showed that: 1) The implementation of the point system policy of planning, implementation, and evaluation had been carried out according to stages and had an impact on changing the character of students, but the results obtained were not optimal because it was influenced by the existence of supporting resources that did not meet; 2) The effectiveness of the point system policy is seen based on the results of the policy performance which includes the tasks of the implementing component, the achievement of policy objectives, the implementation of policy rules, and the achievement of results, which are already quite effective. This is measured through the achievement of policy program objectives that have been achieved, such as a decrease in the number of violators each semester and changes in the character of students, although not all character values are met through a point system policy; 3) Constraints faced by schools in implementing policies, namely: the lack of concern for some teachers towards disciplinary violators, the lack of supporting resources, the existence of a number of guardians of students not supporting them, weak coordination between teachers, and weak supervision. The solutions made by the school, by giving direction to the teacher through regular meetings, making maximum use of available resources, giving direction to the guardians of students, making evaluation studies by holding special meetings and requiring each board of teachers involved to make a report.Keywords: Violation Points System, Effectiveness, Character Abstrak:Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan implementasikebijakansistem poin dapat membentuk siswa berkarakter; 2) Mendeskripsikan efektivitas kebijakan sistem poin membentuk siswa berkarakter; 3) Mendeskripsikan kendala dan solusi dalam mengimplementasikankebijakan sistem poin.Penelitian ini menggunakan metodedeskriptifkualitatif, dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Implementasi kebijakan sistem poin dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi sudah terlaksana sesuai tahapan serta berdampak terhadap perubahan karakter siswa, namun hasil yang diperoleh belum maksimal hal tersebut dipengaruhi keberadaan sumber daya pendukung yang kurang memenuhi; 2) Efektivitas kebijakan sistem poindilihat berdasarkan hasil kinerja kebijakan yang meliputi tugas dari komponen pelaksana, ketercapaian tujuan kebijakan, keterlaksanaan aturan kebijakan, dan pencapaian hasil, sudah cukup efektif. Hal tersebut diukur melalui  pencapaian tujuan program kebijakan yang sudah tercapai, seperti penurunan jumlah pelanggar setiap semesternya serta perubahan karakter pada diri siswa, meskipun tidak semua nilai karakter terpenuhi melalui kebijakan sistem poin; 3) Kendala yang dihadapi sekolah dalam menjalankan kebijakan yaitu: kurang pedulinya sebagian guru terhadap pelanggar tata tertib, minimnya sumber daya pendukung, adanya beberapa wali murid kurang mendukung, lemahnya koordinasi antar guru, dan lemahnya pengawasan. Solusi yang dilakukan sekolah, dengan memberikan arahan terhadap guru melalui rapat rutin, memberdayakan sumber daya yang ada secara maksimal, memberikan pengarahan terhadap wali murid, membuat kajian evaluasi dengan mengadakan rapat khusus dan mewajibkan setiap dewan guru yang terlibat membuat laporan.Kata kunci: Sistem Poin Pelanggaran, Efektivitas, Karakter.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pendidikan orang tua terhadap pernikahan dini akibat pemalsuan umur di Desa Pangelen Kec, Sampang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode kualitatif dengan studi kasus instrumental yang melibatkan empat informan di desa pangelen kec, Sampang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Fenomena pernikahan dini terjadi di Desa Pangelen yang pertama dipengaruhi oleh faktor orang tua yang mendukung anaknya menikah karena dikhawatirkan tidak mendapatkan jodoh, dan pemalsuan umur dalam pernikahan tidak dilakukan melainkan dengan melaksanakan pernikahan secara siri, atau menikah secara agama dan faktor yang kedua yaitu kondisi lingkungan seperti budaya masyarakat yang sudah menjadi tradisi melangsungkan pernikahan diusia dini; 2) Dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat pernikahan dini yaitu putus sekolah dan memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap lingkungan dan teman yang lain; 3) Pendidikan orang tua terhadap fenomena pernikahan dini memiliki pengaruh yang kuat dimana pasangan melakukan pernikahan dini berasal dari orang tua yang berpendidikan rendah.

Abstract

In the current era of globalization, advances in information technology are developing very rapidly. This affects every existing agency, both village governments and regional governments. Moreover, village governments urgently need administrative transformation so that services to the community can be more effective and efficient. One effort to transform village administration is to implement one-stop integrated village services (one-stop service). This service activity aims to assist the village government and the people of Ragung Village in implementing one-stop integrated village services, so that an independent village can be realized. The method used is a mentoring method through the stages of forming an executive committee, training, and implementation. The results of this service activity show that the implementation of one-stop integrated village services in Ragung Village has gone well. The community can handle various administrative needs in one place, making the time and costs required for their administrative needs more efficient. Based on the results of this service activity, it can be concluded that implementing one-stop integrated village services is an effective effort to improve the quality of village administration services. One-stop integrated village services can provide benefits for the community, village government, and regional government. Additionally, community satisfaction with village administration services has also increased. In conclusion, implementing one-stop integrated village services is an effective effort to improve the quality of village administration services.

Abstract

The focus of this study is to determine the extent to which the Great Gymnastics program affects the discipline and physical health of students of SMKN 1 Omben. The research conducted is a descriptive qualitative method, namely by directly interviewing students and teachers of SMKN 1 Omben regarding how the gymnastics program at the school is implemented as well as document analysis about how the gymnastics program is run. The research shows that gymnastics activities make students disciplined, especially in terms of their obedience to follow class hours and their significant school assignment responsibilities If it is considered in terms of assessing physical fitness and maintaining vehicle balance, students also respond. Many interviewees said that Indonesia Hebat gymnastics had a significant effect on the program and that gymnastics should be done frequently as an important educational part of students' character building. It is hoped that this research can help schools in creating their gymnastics programs to support students' health and discipline.

Abstract

Bahasa daerah perlu dijaga dan dilestarikan, tetapi anak-anak semakin kehilangan minat dalam mempelajarinya. Faktor seperti globalisasi, pendidikan formal, teknologi, dan kurangnya kesadaran anak menjadi penyebab rendahnya penggunaan bahasa daerah di kalangan siswa SD. Bahasa daerah diakui penting dalam pendidikan nasional berdasarkan UU Sisdiknas 2013. Rendahnya penggunaan bahasa daerah dapat diatasi dengan penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif dan komunikatif. Smart Card Game merupakan solusi yang efektif untuk memperkuat pemahaman bahasa daerah. Selain sebagai media pembelajaran, smart card game juga memberikan hiburan yang menarik dan menyenangkan dalam belajar bahasa daerah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk terciptanya media smart card came yang  relevan/layak sebagai media pembelajaran dan penerapannya dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam bahasa daerah (Bahasa Madura) di SD Kabupaten Sampang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode R&D dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk menguji efektivitas media dengan metode uji analisis Wilcoxon. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah model smart card game dan variabel terikat adalah pengetahuan bahasa daerah yang dimiliki oleh siswa. Prosedur penelitian dan pengembangan terdiri dari lima tahap utama, yaitu: (a) pengumpulan informasi/persiapan, (b) rancangan bangun model, (c) validasi ahli, (d) uji coba model, dan (e) evaluasi dan hasil produk. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terciptanya  media pembelajaran smart card game relevan/ layak terhadap penguatan bahasa daerah dengan nilai p-value = 0.000 dan efektif terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan siswa dalam bahasa daerah yang ditunjukkan dari hasil data pengetahuan didapatkan nilai Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) 0,00 yang mana dapat disimpulkan terdapat perubahan dari sebelum ke sesudah dilakukan tindakan  dengan menggunakan smart card game di SD Kabupaten Sampang.

Abstract

Character education is very important to build students' personality, especially in the era of globalization which is full of moral problems. At SMKN 1 Omben Sampang, the Khotmil Quran program aims to internalize Islamic values and build students' religious character. To understand the implementation of the program in a vocational school, this research uses qualitative methodology and case studies. Participatory observation, interviews, and documentation studies are the methods used to collect data. The results show that the program helps foster students' characters, especially in terms of discipline, responsibility, and religious awareness. As a result, there are still some issues that need to be addressed. These include uneven student involvement and the need for more organized program management. This program has the potential to be an effective model of Islamic values-based character education in vocational schools by optimizing the implementation strategy and increasing the involvement of all parties.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a form of student service to the community that integrates theory with practice in the field. The KKN program in Taman Sareh Village was implemented to address the issue of declining environmental quality due to the reduction of green open spaces and increased development activities. The solution offered is the construction of Eco Green Park as a green open space that has ecological, social, and educational functions. The main objectives of this activity are to improve environmental quality, raise public awareness of the importance of biodiversity, and encourage community involvement in environmental conservation. The implementation methods included preparation (condition analysis, socialization, location determination), implementation (land clearing, planting of 25 types of native plants, and maintenance training), and maintenance (watering, fertilizing, and routine evaluation). The results of the activity showed an improvement in air quality, an increase in local biodiversity, and the creation of a space for social interaction that strengthened community cohesion.In addition, the park serves as an educational tool for residents and students on the importance of greening. Despite facing obstacles such as limited types of adaptive plants and pest infestations, the program still managed to achieve its main objectives. Thus, the development of Eco Green Park can serve as a model for community-based environmental management to support sustainable village development.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project (P5) as an effort to develop student independence at SMP Negeri 3 Sampang. The study focuses on the planning process and implementation strategies for P5, the types of activities that support student independence, and the impact of P5 implementation on the development of student independence in learning and daily life at school. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive study. Data collection techniques included in-depth interviews with the principal, P5 implementing teachers, and students, direct observation of P5 activities, and documentation in the form of photographs and activity archives. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was achieved through source triangulation. The results indicate that P5 implementation was carried out through systematic and collaborative planning among teachers, with adjustments to student characteristics. The activities implemented were contextual and based on direct practice, such as vegetable planting, food bazaars, and creative gymnastics, which encouraged students to be responsible, collaborative, and make independent decisions. As a result, students show a significant increase in independence, both in academic and social aspects, such as increased self-confidence, initiative, and responsibility in completing group and individual assignments. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) sebagai upaya dalam mengembangkan sikap kemandirian siswa di SMP Negeri 3 Sampang. Fokus kajian mencakup proses perencanaan dan strategi implementasi P5, bentuk kegiatan yang mendukung kemandirian siswa, serta dampak implementasi P5 terhadap perkembangan kemandirian siswa dalam pembelajaran dan kehidupan sehari-hari di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru pelaksana P5, dan siswa, observasi langsung terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan P5, serta dokumentasi berupa foto dan arsip kegiatan. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi P5 dilaksanakan melalui perencanaan yang sistematis dan kolaboratif antar guru dengan penyesuaian terhadap karakteristik siswa. Bentuk kegiatan yang diterapkan bersifat kontekstual dan berbasis praktik langsung, seperti tanam sayur, bazar makanan, dan senam kreasi, yang mendorong siswa untuk bertanggung jawab, bekerja sama, serta mengambil keputusan secara mandiri. Dampaknya, siswa menunjukkan peningkatan kemandirian yang signifikan, baik dalam aspek akademik maupun sosial, seperti meningkatnya rasa percaya diri, inisiatif, dan tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok maupun individu.

Abstract

Tradisi Beroberen di Desa Batioh, Kecamatan Banyuates, Kabupaten Sampang merupakan ekspresi budaya lokal yang sarat dengan nilai luhur. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi bagaimana nilai Pancasila yang mencakup Ketuhanan, Kemanusiaan, Persatuan, Kerakyatan, dan Keadilan Sosial tercermin dalam pelaksanaan tradisi Beroberen serta bagaimana masyarakat memaknai simbol budaya dalam ritual tersebut. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik etnografi melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan tokoh adat, kepala dusun, dan masyarakat, serta studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tradisi Beroberen secara alami mengaktualisasikan nilai Pancasila. Nilai Ketuhanan tercermin dalam praktik doa sebagai rasa syukur. Nilai Kemanusiaan terwujud melalui pembagian hasil bumi secara merata dan kepedulian terhadap kelompok rentan. Nilai Persatuan muncul dalam semangat gotong royong lintas generasi. Nilai Kerakyatan tampak dalam pengambilan keputusan secara musyawarah, dan nilai Keadilan Sosial terlihat dari pembagian sumber daya secara adil. Simbol seperti terop, aing, kempeng, tompeng kenik, dan talam mengandung makna filosofis yang mencerminkan hubungan harmonis antara manusia, alam, dan spiritualitas. Tradisi ini bukan hanya pelestari budaya, tetapi juga media pembentukan dan internalisasi nilai Pancasila. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa Pancasila hidup dalam praktik budaya dan merekomendasikan pelestarian tradisi melalui partisipasi masyarakat serta dukungan pemerintah.The Beroberen tradition in Batioh Village, Banyuates District, Sampang Regency is a local cultural expression rich in moral values. This study aims to identify how the core values of Pancasila, namely Divinity, Humanity, Unity, Democracy, and Social Justice are reflected in the practice of the Beroberen ritual, and how local communities interpret the cultural symbols embedded within it. This qualitative research used an ethnographic approach involving participant observation, in-depth interviews with cultural figures, village heads, and local residents, as well as literature review. Findings indicate that the Beroberen tradition organically actualizes Pancasila values. Divinity is expressed through collective prayers of gratitude. Humanity is embodied in the equal distribution of harvest and care for vulnerable groups. Unity is visible in intergenerational cooperation and mutual assistance. Democracy is practiced through inclusive deliberations, and Social Justice is implemented through fair resource distribution. Symbols such as terop (canopy), aing (water), kempeng (flower), tompeng kenik (small cone-shaped rice), and talam (tray) carry philosophical meanings that represent a harmonious relationship between humans, nature, and spirituality. The tradition not only preserves local culture but also serves as a medium for internalizing national values. The study recommends preserving the tradition through community engagement and local government support.
