Pregnancy is a physiological process and can be pathologically risky if there are changes in blood pressure and DJJ. Therefore, to maintain stable blood pressure or DJJ, prenatal yoga is needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of prenatal yoga on blood pressure and DJJ. This research method is a quasi-experimental design using a one group pretest posttest design. Sampling of 50 respondents, using an observation sheet. The results of the study showed that the majority were aged 20-35 years as many as 43 respondents (86.0%), the majority of multigravida parity as many as 42 respondents (84.0%). Analysis of the average blood pressure pre-test 91.430 and post-test 84.810. In DJJ, the average pre-test was 144.48 and post-test 135.54, before being given prenatal yoga intervention showed MAP in the pre-hypertension category and DJJ in the normal category, then after being given intervention showed MAP and DJJ in the normal category. The conclusion of the statistical test using the paired sample t test obtained a MAP P-Value of 0.000 or P-Value ? 0.05 and for DJJ P-Value 0.000 or P-Value ? 0.05, namely Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means that there is an effect of prenatal yoga on Blood Pressure and DJJ. Suggestions for further researchers to be able to add variables by involving her husband.

A relaxation technique known as slow deep therapy is a non-pharmaceutical method for treating high blood pressure. The same matter goes for rose aromatherapy. The research attempts to relieve pregnant women’s hypertension using rose aromatherapy. This quasi-experimental research used a cross-sectional approach with one group pretest-posttest design. The respondents were 35 individuals taken with a total sampling technique. The results showed that 31 respondents (88.6%) were aged between 20 and 35 years, 20 of them were multigravida (57.1%), and 33 respondents had no concomitant disease (94.3%). Before the implementation of combined slow-deep breathing and rose aromatherapy, the mean score of pre-systolic blood pressure was 138.66 mmHg while the mean of pre-diastolic pressure was 86.69 mmHg. After the intervention, the pre-systolic blood pressure mean was 130.80 mmHg while the pre-diastolic blood pressure was 85.06 mmHg. The Wilcoxon statistic test obtained a p-value of 0.000 lower than 0.05, This means that there is an effect of Slow Deep Breathing therapy combined with Rose Aromatherapy on the blood pressure of pregnant women with hypertension at the Semarang City Health Center. It is hoped that the results of this research can be used as another alternative to reducing blood pressure in pregnant women with hypertension.

Background: Abortion patients often experience unstable conditions which are influenced by the condition of the fetus, one of which is anxiety. Abortion and anxiety have an impact on morbidity and death in the mother and fetus, so education is needed to reduce anxiety. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of education on anxiety. Method: quantitative research with research design, namely quaisy experimental design with One Group Pre-test Post-test design method. Using a consecutive sampling technique with 32 respondents using the HARS measuring instrument. The statistical test used is the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test. Research Results: The results of the univariate analysis showed that 87.5% of the respondents were early adults and the results of the bivariate analysis showed that the pre and post values for providing education on anxiety in abortion patients obtained a p-value of 0.0001 (<0.05). So it can be concluded that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant effect of providing education on the anxiety of patients with imminent abortion. Suggestion: It is hoped that future researchers will be able to expand the scope of research to make it more perfect and the benefits of further researchers can be developed regarding mothers' perceptions of abortion. Apart from that, you can add or combine education with other interventions.

Lower back pain is a common complaint among pregnant women in the third trimester. It is estimated that approximately 70% of pregnant women experience some form of back pain during pregnancy, childbirth, or postpartum. Non-pharmacological therapies such as deep breathing relaxation techniques and effleurage massage therapy can effectively reduce pain levels in these women. This study employs a quantitative approach using a quasi-experimental research method and employs purposive sampling with a sample size of 37 participants. Data analysis includes both univariate and bivariate analyses. Most respondents (64.9%) were aged between 20 and 35 years old. Additionally, the majority (64.9%) were experiencing their first pregnancy. All respondents (100%) were confirmed to have no comorbidities. Furthermore, 73% of the participants had tertiary education (Diploma, Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degrees), and 62.2% continued working during pregnancy. The results of the Wilcoxon test indicated a significant effect (p = 0.000 < 0.05), confirming that effleurage massage and deep breathing relaxation techniques effectively reduce lower back pain in pregnant women. This reduction is attributed to the stimulation of tactile fibers in the skin by effleurage massage, which inhibits pain signals. In conclusion, the findings suggest that implementing effleurage massage and deep breathing relaxation techniques is beneficial for alleviating lower back pain in pregnant women. Public health advice advocates for the application of these techniques to manage such pain effectively.

Childbirth, whether through vaginal delivery or Cesarean section (CS), is a significant event often accompanied by psychological challenges such as anxiety, particularly among women undergoing CS. This quantitative study aimed to explore the correlation between spousal support and anxiety levels in 40 first-time CS candidates. Using purposive sampling, this research employed the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) and the Spousal Support Questionnaire as measurement tools. The majority of respondents were aged 26-35 years (80%), in their third trimester of pregnancy (100%), primigravida (80%), and presented with indications for CS (65%). All respondents reported receiving supportive spousal support during their pregnancy. The study revealed that 70% of mothers experienced mild anxiety, with only 5% reporting moderate anxiety. Statistical analysis using the Spearman rank test demonstrated a significant relationship between spousal support and anxiety levels among first-time CS candidates (p = 0.034, p < 0.05). This suggests that higher levels of spousal support correlate with lower anxiety levels in expectant mothers undergoing CS. The findings underscore the importance of spousal support during pregnancy and childbirth, highlighting the need for partners to accompany and provide emotional support to mitigate anxiety. Future research should explore additional factors influencing anxiety and consider interventions to enhance support mechanisms for expectant mothers undergoing CS.

Introduction: Patients with cervical cancer have various physical complaints that can be felt directly, one of which is impaired sexual function, hormonal changes that occur due to the course of cervical cancer can cause decreased sexual desire, decreased lubrication and dyspareunia. Sexual function can result in decreased quality of life for women as an important role in sexuality. Many studies focus on the quality of life, but have not revealed sexual function. Objectives: The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between sexual function and quality of life for cervical cancer patients. Methods: Quantitative research design using cross-sectional method. Sample selection using quota sampling technique with 60 respondents. The instruments in this study were FSFI and WHOQoL. Data processing and analysis using the SPSS program with Spearman-rank test. Results: The majority of respondents were adults (81.7%) and underwent multitherapy (73.3%). A total of 53 respondents experienced sexual dysfunction and 55 respondents had a good quality of life. The results of the Spearman rank statistical test showed that the p-value was 0.030 (<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between sexual function and quality of life and has a weak relationship strength. Conclusions: Sexual function is a factor related to the quality of life of cervical cancer patients. Therefore, nurses must be able to reveal the sexual function experienced by patients in providing more comprehensive nursing care so that they can improve their quality of life.
