Abstract

Educational problems often arise starting from the distribution of education, curriculum components, human resources which are considered lacking, the quality of educational services, facilities and infrastructure supporting learning, and so on. The driving teacher program is expected to become a motor in efforts to improve the quality of education. Driving teachers become icons of educational improvement, criticizing all existing problems and solving them by creating programs through learning communities in schools as a bridge for educators to solve learning problems. This research was conducted in education units in Brebes Regency, namely State Elementary School 01 Laren, Junior High School 01 Paguyangan, and Junior High School 02 Paguyangan. Researchers use Descriptive Qualitative research. The methods used in collecting data include interviews, observation and documentation. Data validity: Source triangulation and technique triangulation. The technique used in analyzing data is interactive analysis which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, conclusions

Abstract

The implementation of Pancasilan and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning in schools still uses the old paradigm, namely implementing the Pancasila and Citizenship Education (PPKn) learning process in conventional ways, learning only focuses on the teacher. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the student facilitator and explaining (SFE) model in Civics learning. This type of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the study show that the application of the SFE model: (1) can be applied to achieve all KD; (2) the steps taken by Civics teachers at SMA Negeri 11 Semarang are in accordance with existing regulations, starting from the teacher conveying KD to closing; (3) Obstacles and solutions in applying the student facilitator and explaining (SFE) model in Civics learning, namely the time required is relatively long, the solution to overcome this is by forming groups and then the facilities and infrastructure are less supportive, where not all classrooms have LCD projectors available, the solution the teacher gives assignments to make a schematic or concept map from paper and styrofoam.Keywords: Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFE), learning, PPKn

Abstract

This study is motivated by the lack of moral decision-making in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of the Moral Reasoning Model in the Pancasila Education subject on moral decision-making among Grade XI students of MA Al-Hadi Girikusuma, Mranggen District, Demak Regency. This research employs a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were students of classes XI.1 and XI.3, with a total population of 64 students. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires, while data analysis was conducted using normality tests, homogeneity tests, biserial correlation tests, and t-tests with the assistance of SPSS 23. The results indicate that the Moral Reasoning Model in Pancasila Education has a significant influence on moral decision-making, as shown by the normality test (0.200 > 0.05) and the homogeneity test (0.355 > 0.05). Furthermore, the Moral Reasoning Model also shows a correlation with moral decision-making, indicated by the biserial correlation test value of 0.1998 and the t-test result of 1.720 > 1.166 (t-table).

Abstract

The independent curriculum is a new national education curriculum due to the unstable learning crisis due to the Covid-19 virus. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the independent curriculum in Senior High School 15 in Semarang City. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of this research show; (1) independent curriculum learning at Senior High School 15 Semarang City is carried out starting with learning planning, namely the teacher creates teaching modules, carries out differentiated learning, and carries out formative and summative assessment activities; (2) the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5) is carried out in two semesters, taking three project themes each year; (3) Obstacles in implementing the independent curriculum include; (a) teachers have difficulty creating teaching modules related to analysis of learning outcomes, learning objectives, and the flow of learning objectives, (b) constraints on the availability of facilities and infrastructure, especially those related to digital technology, (c) some teachers as human resources are less competent technological skills that have an impact on variations in learning models and methods.

Abstract

Conventional learning problems that regard teachers as the sole authority of knowledge, sources of knowledge that are textual and rigid, teaching methods that are limited to lectures, lack of effectiveness and role of students, and not channeling students' interests, talents and potential, require different learning strategies. The aim of this research is to describe differentiated learning from a constructivist perspective in Civics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Paguyangan. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative combined with literature study. The research results show; (1) constructivism is very relevant. (2) things that must be considered in implementing differentiated learning include; availability of supporting learning facilities and infrastructure; availability of tools, media and contextual learning resources; analysis of school and student background; analysis of student needs. (3) the differentiated learning perspective of Civics learning built through constructivism both have very suitable characteristics. (4) differentiated  earning from a constructivist perspective has strengths and weaknesses. Keywords: Constructivism, Differentiated Learning,  Pancasila and Civic Education

Abstract

This research is motivated by the results of daily test learning of students in the subject of Pancasila education, where only 36.36% (8 students) achieved the Learning Objective Achievement Criteria (KKTP) from 22 students of class XI Culinary 1 SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. The research model used is Classroom Action Research (CAR), which is carried out collaboratively between researchers and subject teachers. This research was conducted in two cycles, where each cycle consists of the planning stage, action implementation, observation, and reflection. This research aims to improve students' daily test learning outcomes and teacher skills as well as students' activities in the subject of Pancasila education through the Cooperative Script learning model of class XI Culinary I students of SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. The results of the study used classroom action research (CAR) on class XI Culinary I students of SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. In cycle I, the learning outcomes of Pancasila education subjects with the Cooperative Script model increased to 81.82%, or 18 students, and in cycle II, the completeness increased to 90.91%, or 20 students. Teacher skills in cycle 1 received a score of 84.21%, classified as "Good" with a predicate (B), and in cycle II received a score of 94.74%, classified as "Very Good" with a predicate (A). The classical completeness of student activities in cycle 1 (86.36%) received a Very Good classification with a predicate (A), and in cycle II (100.00%) was classified as Very Good with a predicate (A).

Abstract

A contextual approach to learning emphasizes the effort to connect instructional content with the realities of students’ lived experiences. Through this approach, students are encouraged to integrate the knowledge they acquire with their everyday experiences, making the learning process more relevant, meaningful, and applicable to real-life situations. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach to explore in depth how Pancasila Education teachers implement strategies to instill Pancasila values through learning activities oriented toward real-life contexts. Data were collected through direct observation and interviews. The data were then analyzed systematically through the stages of filtering, organizing, and interpreting information to obtain a comprehensive understanding of classroom learning practices and teachers’ efforts to strengthen students’ understanding of Pancasila values. The findings indicate that teachers implement strategies for instilling Pancasila values through a comprehensive learning approach that is contextually relevant and grounded in students’ real experiences. In this process, teachers do not merely focus on students’ cognitive understanding of concepts but also integrate affective and psychomotor aspects. Consequently, learning activities contribute to the holistic development of students’ attitudes, character, and social skills. Overall, the strategies employed by Pancasila Education teachers to instill Pancasila values through contextual learning include role modeling, habituation, group work, collaboration, deliberation, and the distribution of responsibilities

Abstract

Perlindungan hukum terhadap pekerja dimaksudkan untuk menjamin kesempatan serta perlakuan tanpa diskriminasi atas apapun untuk mewujudkan kesejahteraan pekerja sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang terkait dengan perlindungan bagi pekerja yakni Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003.Bertujuan untuk mengetahui apa saja hak dan kewajiban bagi Perhutani Pine Chemical Industry maupun PT. Ganefo Mitra Usaha yang dimuat dalam perjanjian kerjasama pekerjaan tenaga borong atau outsourcing. Mengetahui apa saja hak dan kewajiban pekerja yang dimuat dalam perjanjian kerja dengan PT. Ganefo Mitra Usaha. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah yuridis empiris. Lokasi penelitian ada di Perhutani Pine Chemical Industry Pemalang. Jenis data yang dipergunakan adalah data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan yaitu melalui wawancara dan studi kepustakaan melalui buku, peraturan perundang-undangan, artikel dan bahan lainnya yang berbentuk tertulis yang berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan pelaksanaan sistem tenaga kerja outsourcing belum menunjukkan adanya kesesuaian dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 13 Tahun 2003.
