Abstract

The revision process of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) Law resulted in structural changes with the formation of the KPK Supervisory Board. This change impacts the work procedures of KPK investigators, especially in conducting wiretapping of corruption suspects. This article analyzes the problematic issues of wiretapping permits by the KPK after the revision of Law Number 19 of 2019, which introduced a multi-layered bureaucracy. This study uses a normative legal method with statutory regulations. The results of the study indicate that the revision of the law requires the KPK to obtain permission from the Supervisory Board before conducting wiretapping, which has the potential to hinder the effectiveness and speed of investigations. However, after a judicial review was conducted at the Constitutional Court, it was decided that wiretapping could be carried out without permission from the Supervisory Board but must still be notified within a specific period. This decision is measured as a positive step in maintaining a balance between the effectiveness of corruption eradication and the accountability of the KPK institution.

Abstract

This research develops the game by applying the Augmented Reality (AR) system in making games. Similar games that have been observed have a weakness where the Augmented Reality characters that appear do not match the marker, there is no calculation of the distance between the marker card as a battle trigger, and no character has raised the urband legend. For this reason, it is necessary to make a similar game by applying the Based Tracking Marker technique by calculating the distance of action between two markers by raising the theme of urband legend Indonesia and foreign legend legend. This research succeeded in making Multimedia battle fighting game products using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method approach - Luther. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the alpha test results are functionally appropriate and from the beta testing the results of the User Acceptence Test (UAT) functionalities obtained a value of 71% declared feasible to use with the interpretation of "Good" which means this game is feasible and can be developed.

Abstract

Currently, there are many applications of technology-based financial funding, and some have even been legalized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), which is called fintech. In reality, it is still burdensome for business actors because of the difficulty in paying the installments that must be borne, whereas the business will have funds only if the goods they are selling are sold. In the Siliwangi University campus environment, students are required to take entrepreneurship lectures. So far, the learning process activities have only been in the form of concepts and theories; this has become an obstacle to field practice. In the field of entrepreneurship, these students become business actors. However, there is a difficulty in practicing entrepreneurship since students' capital is limited. On this issue, the campus is obliged to facilitate the creation of an entrepreneurial learning process as an investor. To connect the entrepreneurship learning process, information technology is needed. The application is intended to assist in the process of providing business capital by applying the concept of Islamic economics, namely the Islamic peer to peer financing model. This model provides flexibility between business actors and investors in providing financial assistance with potential profits and losses shared together. Based on the above problems, to support student entrepreneurship programs, it is necessary to apply financing for entrepreneurship program assistance based on the Islamic peer to peer financing model. From the results of testing the application can be applied to support the student entrepreneurship learning process based on the respondent's score of 82.08333 which indicates that the System Usability Scale value for this application is Acceptable.

Abstract

Developments in technology and science have had a big effect on life, including in the field of education. Many schools from high school, middle school, elementary school, even kindergarten or PAUD are developing themselves to provide quality learning or educational services by implementing computer-based information systems. The current problem is that the recording of report card scores as a child's development is done manually or written in a report card, this makes it difficult to find out the child's development graph. So there is a need for a system that helps facilitate the assessment of report cards and progress charts preschool children's education. The method used in this service is a descriptive research design method. Service activities in the system development process that will be proposed are the waterfall method. An integrated report card data processing information system to make things easier for PAUD schools. The information system makes things easier for students or parents in checking report scores via the website..

Abstract

Proses globalisasi dan perkembangan teknologi telah membawa dinamika yang signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk di bidang kesehatan. Masalah kesehatan saat ini menjadi salah satu perhatian utama di Indonesia, terutama dengan adanya tantangan untuk mendukung misi kesehatan nasional, yaitu mendorong masyarakat untuk hidup sehat dan memperluas akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Hal ini menjadi penting terutama di Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) seperti Puskesmas, termasuk di Puskesmas Purbaratu. Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi inovatif berupa aplikasi kesehatan terpadu yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan *transfer learning* dalam teknologi dan kesehatan, memungkinkan adaptasi teknologi informasi yang selaras dengan kebutuhan Puskesmas sebagai fasilitas kesehatan tingkat pertama. Melalui keterlibatan aktif tenaga kesehatan dan masyarakat setempat, pengembangan aplikasi kesehatan terpadu ini diharapkan menciptakan difusi inovasi yang mempermudah masyarakat untuk menerima dan menerapkan teknologi kesehatan melalui pendekatan kolaboratif. Program ini juga merupakan langkah proaktif dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat dengan fokus pada pencegahan penyakit. Program ini mengedepankan promosi kesehatan melalui edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) yang disampaikan melalui sistem informasi yang dirancang untuk memberikan pendidikan kesehatan secara efektif dan mudah diakses. Diharapkan, pengabdian dan penerapan aplikasi ini mampu mendukung program kesehatan di tingkat masyarakat dengan memperkuat peran Puskesmas sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan primer di Indonesia

Abstract

Bidang fisika dapat mempengaruhi keberlangsungan segala sesuatu yang hidup di lingkungan alam secara langsung atau tidak langsung, salah satunya berpengaruh pada kegiatan budidaya ikan. Kualitas air sangat berpengaruh pada kondisi ikan sehingga apabila kualitas air nya tidak memenuhi standar air untuk budidaya ikan, maka akan membuat ikan rawan terserang penyakit bahkan bisa menyebabkan kematian. Ada beberapa parameter yang dapat mempengaruhi kualitas air, diantaranya Ph air. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur Ph air yaitu Ph meter. Alat tersebut harus secara langsung di gunakan di lokasi media kolam ikan untuk dapat mengetahui nilai suhu dan Ph air. Dengan kondisi tersebut membuat kegiatan monitoring kolam ikan menjadi kurang efektif dan efisien. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka dibuat suatu sistem monitoring Ph air berbasis Internet of Thing (IoT) yang dapat melakukan pemantauan dan monitoring kolam ikan secara real time. Pada monitoring Ph air ini menggunakan sensor PH-4502C. mikrokontroler yang digunakan yaitu NodeMCU ESP8266 dan Arduino Uno yang di lengkapi dengan Wi-Fi module ESP8266. Hasil pengujian yang di lakukan di tiga titik pada satu kolam ikan dalam rentang waktu 1 jam mempunyai nilai rata-rata 7,56 yang berarti nilai Ph air yang ada pada kolam tersebut masih sedikit di atas batas normal yaitu 7.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara demokrasi yang melaksanakan pemilihan sebagai bentuk realisasi dari kedaulatan rakyat dan merupakan pilar utama negara demokrasi dimana mementingkan kepentingan umum daripada kepentingan individu. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan bersama ini adalah melalui voting. Voting merupakan kegiatan yang sangat menentukan pada setiap perhelatan pemilihan, banyak varian kepentingan yang harus terakomodir di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan mahasiswa untuk melakukan pemilihan dan supaya terhindar dari kecurangan. Metode Keamanan untuk loggin pada aplikasi menggunakan onetime password karena password akan terus berganti setiap user akan melakukan login. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif yang akan melakukan pemilihan ketua himpunan, yang awalnya pemilihan dilakukan dengan cara manual menjadi pemilihan dengan cara Electronic Voting berbasis web. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Pemilihan dengan cara E-voting lebih efisien. Dapat dilihat dari hasil kuesioner yang sudah dilakukan rata rata hasil kuesioner yaitu 84%.

Abstract

Meningkatnya permintaan akan transmisi data yang aman pada perangkat mobile, penting untuk mengembangkan metode yang efisien untuk pertukaran data sambil menjaga integritas dan kerahasiaan informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah implementasi JSON Parsing dalam pertukaran data pada aplikasi klien VPN berbasis mobile menggunakan layanan web. Salah satu tantangan yang dihadapi selama proses pengembangan adalah pembatasan alamat IP web service. Untuk mengatasi pembatasan ini, pengguna harus menghubungkan perangkat ke jaringan VPN, yang memungkinkan untuk mengubah kata sandi dan membuat catatan kehadiran dengan aman. Penelitian ini juga mencakup pengujian penerimaan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja aplikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan hasil yang memuaskan, menandakan keberhasilan implementasi JSON Parsing dan fungsi layanan web. Selain itu, pengujian kinerja jaringan mengungkapkan bahwa waktu respons dipengaruhi oleh metode dan lokasi jaringan yang dipilih. Waktu respons untuk pengambilan data kehadiran pada jaringan default adalah 1187 ms, namun respons untuk pengiriman data kehadiran dan pengubahan kata sandi adalah 403 karena web service membatasi akses dengan alamat IP. Sementara itu, jaringan SgVPN untuk permintaan pengubahan password memiliki waktu respons sekitar 1088 ms, pengambilan data kehadiran sekitar 1727 ms, dan pengiriman data kehadirans sekitar 955 ms. Sedangkan pada jaringan DeVPN, permintaan pengubahan password memiliki waktu respons sekitar 1264 ms, pengambilan data kehadiran sekitar 1793 ms, dan pengiriman data kehadirans sekitar 1351 ms. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya mempertimbangkan lokasi jaringan dalam upaya mengoptimalkan waktu respons aplikasi.Kata kunci: Aplikasi Klien VPN, Jaringan VPN, JSON Parsing, Layanan Web, Waktu Respons

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology drives the need for a system that can help tourists in determining the choice of tourist destinations that suit their preferences. The Loka Travel application was developed as a web-based platform that provides various tour packages and is equipped with a recommendation system to suggest relevant destinations for users. This study aims to design and implement a tour package recommendation system using the Collaborative Filtering method with a memory-based approach. This method works by calculating the similarity between users based on their rating or booking history for tour packages, allowing the system to suggest packages that are preferred by other users who have similar preferences. The cosine similarity algorithm is used in the process of calculating the similarity between users, with interaction data obtained from booking and payment activities in the application. The implementation of this system is carried out using the Laravel framework and MySQL database. The results of the system test show that the system is able to provide recommendations with an accuracy level of 80.63%, based on the calculation of Mean Absolute Error (MAE). Thus, this system can help users find suitable tourist destinations and improve their experience in using the Loka Travel application.

Abstract

The growing technology of the public complaint system requires the development to solve the problems that exist in Pangandaran Regency. One of the problems is not applying the classification of complaints based on keywords. So that people still have difficulty understanding the functions of government agencies correctly because there are several government agencies that have similar functions. The development of the complaints system can minimize these errors. System development used is the Extremme Programming method which has four frameworks including planning, design, coding and testing, using UML modeling (Unified Modeling Language). Extreme Programming is the development of the previous method, the Agile method. For testing applications using Black Box Testing is done only to observe the results of execution through test data and check the functional of the software. So that the results obtained are classifiers of public complaints that are directly conveyed to the relevant agencies running well.
