Abstract

The existence of technology is to facilitate human work. The advancement of internet technology is currently growing very rapidly. Currently the Internet is not only used as a communication tool but also as a tool to carry out daily activities such as controlling electronic devices, one of which is controlling lights. The owner of the Anugrah Plastik Store has difficulty controlling the lights in his shop because the store is quite far from where he lives. this can take a long time and be quite inconvenient if he forgets to turn off the lights in his shop. Researchers wish to assist shop owners in controlling and unifying lamp conditions remotely by designing a Telegram-based Smart Lamp information system at Anugrah Plastik Shop with the help of the ESP8266 tool. The method used by the author is Extreme Programming with SDLC which consists of planning, design, coding and testing. The results of this study are in the form of a design system that provides convenience in remote light control and provides time efficiency that is much needed by users. In this system there are several additional features, namely the existence of a database that functions to view the history of lamp activity.

Abstract

MiniMall MSMEs is a business that is engaged in the sale of products, including: glassware, clothing, household items, accessories for fashion and electronic equipment in the city of Batam. MiniMall MSMEs take advantage of the e-commerce platform to sell their products. Based on product sales data from March 2020 to February 2021, there was a decrease in the level of sales and this condition is now a problem for MiniMall MSMEs because it can interfere with the continuity of its business. Seeing these problems, the authors want to analyze the consumer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs because the level of product sales is basically related to customer satisfaction. The implementation of the analysis in the study was carried out using data mining techniques with the C4.5 algorithm. The analysis was carried out by performing manual calculations using the gain and entropy formula of the C4.5 algorithm and using the WEKA version 3.9.5 application to ensure the correctness and accuracy of the manual calculations. It is concluded that the customer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs is proven to be analyzed using data mining with the algorithm from C4.5 and the results of the research can be used to help increase product sales. In addition, the decision tree and the results of calculations manually using the gain and entropy formula of the C4.5 algorithm have the same results as data testing using the WEKA application version 3.9.5, so it can be said that the results of research through the use of the WEKA application and manual calculations are the same. correct and accurate, making it easier for researchers when analyzing customer satisfaction data derived from questionnaires. The results showed that the indicators of product availability, product quality and delivery accuracy significantly affected consumer satisfaction of the MiniMall MSMEs.

Abstract

The development of technology and information has changed all fields, including the development of the business world. It is hard to deny that the rapidly developing technology is currently attracting the attention of many people, including online shop business people. An online store business must calculate important information to run the business plan it manages every year. PT Indoland Batam is a company engaged in online sales or online stores that offer products such as men's and women's clothing, men's and women's wallets, men's and women's bags, men's and women's shoes, and household goods. The company started operations in 2017 and is located at Citra Buana Industrial Park 1, Blok H No 1-2, Jalan Yos Sudarso, Kampung Seraya Batam. In 1 month PT Indoland Batam can sell around 15,000 packages up to 20,000 packages but due to changes in customs regulations that affect shipping or expeditions where every package delivery from Batam is subject to a large tax, it causes a very drastic decline in package sales.

Abstract

Online registration for new students is a process that exists in educational institutions such as schools that carry out automatic selection. Technological developments from time to time are increasingly sophisticated, various problems can be done with the presence of today's technology. technology and information become solutions to complete work or facilitate work effectively and efficiently. The school registration information system that was built can help the Clarissa Batam school in data processing and submitting registration information and simplify the process of working on Clarissa school staff. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using the methods of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system design method used is Extreme programming where the stages are planning, designing, coding, testing the system. The website design uses the Codelgniter 4 framework, Bootstrap 4, and MySQL in order to shorten the processing time with satisfactory results. With the development of this information system, it is hoped that it can be a solution to the problems faced at the Clarissa School of Batam City in conveying registration information and data processing and other features.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The application of apriori algotrihm data mining system with is very useful for searching consumen buying patterns. Al barokah mart is a minimarket uses computerized system for selling goods such as foods, drinks and household products. In this study case, author has collected transactions data from Al Barokah Mart, before started, the interview and observation to research object has been done. After that, data was sorted by random sampling then made into tabulation data, determined data with minimum value of support and confidence. Data will be tested using data mining software, the result comes out through apriori algorithm method. The highest results with minimal support value 12.24% and confidence value 92.31% which are snack, lighter, cigarette. With the application of this method, the layout of goods is more selective and the procurement of goods is updated after knowing the results.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how to use data mining to assist banks in deciding which customers are eligible for credit in order to reduce credit congestion with the C4.5 algorithm method. which may be applied to BPR Indobaru Finansia. The indicators in this study are employment, character, loan ceiling, income, guarantees and decisions that will be processed using the weka application. Predicting creditworthiness using data from prospective customers at PT BPR Indobaru Finansia as an explanation or guide when making a decision tree.

Abstract

Problems that often arise in residential areas are theft or housebreaking. the case above can be solved by using a surveillance camera, but rarely does anyone use it and the drawback of the existing surveillance cameras is that they cannot make direct notifications. In this study, the above problems can be solved by designing a security monitoring tool for the environment around housing based on webcam cameras and Raspberry Pi by utilizing Motioneye OS as a remote monitoring application, recording and capturing images and video results from motion detect and also notifications from pushover app. This study uses the SDLC method, namely the prototype model, in which this method is able to address real needs. The results in testing this study were that MotionEye OS captures and detects movement well and sends the detection results to pushovers in almost all conditions. for an alternative tool to replace the old system, this is quite good where this new system can monitor remotely and use any device and can receive state updates with notifications. With this security monitoring system tool, it is hoped that it can reduce criminal acts in residential areas.

Abstract

In this era of rapid technological development, it is a crucial period where technology has become an inseparable part of everyday life. The significant increase in human activity has triggered various air pollution problems, including burning, waste, industrial waste, vehicle fumes, industrial fumes, and the use of electronic equipment, among others. Additionally, besides the aforementioned problem of air pollution, its impact can also lead to a variety of serious problems and the occurrence of health issues such as asthma, ISPA, lung cancer, and so on. Therefore, an Android-based application was created that can provide information about the current air quality in the user's area. This application can be used to monitor air quality in specific areas based on measurements and data collection. The method used for this research is the RAD (Rapid Application Development) method, which is suitable for developing software in a short time. We have also added a real-time air quality monitoring feature that can monitor air levels to determine if they are within normal levels or not. This allows users to combat air pollution and carry out continuous monitoring without being limited by space and time.

Abstract

The Batam view hotel restaurant is one of the service units in the hotel. Guests at the hotel generally enjoy eating and drinking at the restaurant. The manual system in the hotel restaurant often causes problems, such as guest orders that do not match those recorded by restaurant staff, guests often cancel orders because no one is taking orders, and Guests often have difficulty seeing the list of food and drinks available in the restaurant. Until now, this hotel restaurant does not have an online ordering system. thus resulting in several work systems being constrained. This is what prompted the author to build and design a Web- based information system for this restaurant.This website will be designed with the PHP programming language and coupled with the codeigniter framework. The research method used is Research and development (R&D),This research is expected to be able to develop the restaurant into a restaurant that has an online system, so that it can increase guest satisfaction both in terms of service and providing information.
