Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the addition of zeolite and Trichoderma S.p on the quality of organic fertilizer from chicken manure. This study used an experimental method with 4 treatments: P0, control treatment; P1, Fecal Fermentation (FF) with 5% zeolite; P2, FF with zeoilt 7.5%; P3, FF with 10% zeolite. Observational analysis was carried out at the Fertilizer Testing Laboratory of the Blitar Regency Agriculture Service which included parameters of C-organic levels, NPK levels. The results showed that the value of C-Organic and N,P,K levels of fermented fertilizer added with Zeolite still met the SNI threshold on the manufacture of organic fertilizer from poultry manure. The highest results were obtained in the P3 treatment with a higher organic C-value than the control P0 treatment. Meanwhile, the highest total N, P, K levels were the control treatment P0. Based on the results of observational data, research has shown that the addition of zeolite in the manufacture of organic fertilizer from chicken manure can increase the value of macro-nutrient content which can increase soil fertility and prevent soil degradation.

Abstract

Abstract The increasing human population in the world with the need for mobilization of motorized vehicles both 2 wheels and 4 wheels is no longer a secondary need but has become a primary need. With the increasing population of vehicles on the road becoming its own problem that is often the occurrence of both single and successive accidents that resulted in many victims both minor injuries, severe to death. Kediri is one of the cities with high accident rates. Although in 2018 this number has decreased but in 2017 there were 1,258. This resulted in the need for an information system to dig deeper about it. The k-mean algorithm is an algorithm used to group the same data and put it into a Cluster group to dig up information. The information system was developed using PHP and MYSql programming languages. The results of clustering are of 3 types namely accident rarely, accident-prone and very accident-prone. The most common incidents in the Pare Subdistrict with the cluster being very accident-prone. Throughout 2017 pare sub-districts there were 133 accident cases. Keywords: K-Means, Data mining.,accident, PHP, clustering. __________________________ Abstrak Semakin meningkatnya populasi manusia di dunia dengan kebutuhan mobilisasi kendaraan bermontor baik roda 2 maupun roda 4 bukan lagi menjadi kebutuhan sekunder tetapi sudah menjadi kebutuhan primer. Dengan semakin meningkatnya populasi kendaraan di jalan raya menjadi maslah sendiri yakni sering terjadinya kecelakaan baik tunggal maupun beruntun yang mengakibatkan banyak korban baik luka ringan, berat sampai meninggal dunia. Kediri adalah salah satu kota yang masih tinggi angka kecelakaan. Meski di tahun 2018 ini mengalami angka penurunan akan tetapi di tahun 2017 tercatat 1.258. Hal ini mengakibatkan perlu adanya suatu system informasi untuk menggali lebih dalam mengenai hal tersebut. Algoritma k-mean adalah algoritma yang digunakan untuk mengelompokkan data yang sama dan dimaksukkan ke kelompok Cluster untuk menggali informasi. Pada system infprmasi dikembangkan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman PHP dan MYSql. Hasil dari clustering terdapat 3 jenis yaitu jarang terjadi kecelakaan, rawan kecekalaan dan sangat rawan kecelakaan. Kecataman dengan kejadian terbanyak terjadi di kecamatan Pare dengan cluster sangat rawan kecelakaan. Sepanjang tahun 2017 kecamatan pare terjadi kasus kecelakaan sebanyak 133 kasus. Abstract

SMEs or Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises play a very important role for the Indonesian economy. In the Indonesian economy, SMEs are the business group with the largest percentage. However, of the much assistance and attention provided by the government to SMEs, very little has been discussed regarding the Human Resources (HR) involved as employees in SMEs. so that SMEs can have a competitive advantage over their larger competitors, SMEs need to be involved in effective and efficient HR management practices, one of which is in terms of recruiting employees. One method of recruiting employees that is simple and can be applied easily is an interview. However, in conducting interviews, SME actors cannot ask questions without a clear framework because it will waste time and energy. Interview questions can be developed based on the three categories that most influence employee engagement, namely organizational factors, job factors, and individual factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi sejauh mana penerapan metode 5S di PT. Selecta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis ruang kantor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan metode 5S belum ditemukan dalam penataan ruang kantor di PT. Selecta. Ketidakteraturan dan kekacauan lingkungan kantor menjadi indikasi ketiadaan praktik 5S. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah PT. Selecta belum menerapkan metode 5S dalam penataan ruang kantornya. Temuan ini menunjukkan perlunya PT. Selecta untuk mempertimbangkan penerapan metode 5S guna meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas ruang kantor.

Abstract

This research aims to study the best medium for growing W. schleidenii and their nutrient contents. Different media were used to optimize the growth of W. schleidenii. Those used media were consisted of cow manure fertilizer with concentration of 5 g/l, 2.5 g/l, 1 g/l, goat manure fertilizer of 5 g/l, 2.5 g/l, 1 g/l, synthetic fertilizer of 100%, 75%, 50%, liquid ammonia wastes of 100 ppm, 50 ppm, 25 ppm and the water from poluted river. Spring water is used as a control medium. The parameters were biomass growth and the containt of nutrients. The results showed that the best growth of W. schleidenii occurred in the media of cow manure fertilizer of 2.5 gr/l. The plant could not grow well in the synthetic fertilizer and liquid ammonia wastes. It was found the nutrient contents of W. schleidenii were 74,26% of protein, 12,36% of carbohydrates, 1,54% of lipid, and 11,84% of crude fiber. Thus it is possible to consider this plant as resource of protein for feeding.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of giving levels of secang wood extract and lemuru fish oil on the appearance of laying quails which included feed consumption, Hen Day Production (HDP), feed conversion of quail egg mortality. This study used Autumn strain quail with a population of 168 individuals with basal feed supplemented with several levels of secang wood extract. This research method is an experiment using a completely randomized design (CRD) factorial with 4 treatments with 6 replications with each repetition consisting of 7 quails aged 10-15 weeks. The treatment was as follows: P0 = basal feed without the addition of secang wood extract P1 = basal feed + 0.2% EKS + 4% MIL, P2 = basal feed + 0.4% EKS + 4% MIL, P3 = basal feed + 0 , 6% EX + 4% MIL. The addition of a combination of secang wood extract and fish oil was carried out according to the level of quail feeding. The variable being measured; feed consumption, Hen Day Production (HDP), Feed conversion, mortality. Addition of secang wood extract with a level of 0%; 0.2%; 0.4%; 0.6%, and 4% lemuru fish oil had no significant effect on feed consumption, hen day production, feed conversion, mortality, this was due to flavonoids, polyphenols and active compounds in oil. lemuru fish does not affect the appearance of quail egg production. Flavonoid compounds in low concentrations have no effect on chicken feed consumption, because the content of flavonoid compounds can still be tolerated by the chicken body. The use of lemuru fish oil with a concentration of up to 6% in quails does not affect the consumption of quail feed, because the addition of lemuru fish oil does not affect the palatability of quail feed. The conclusion of this study was that the addition of secang wood extract. The addition of secang wood extract and lemuru fish oil did not affect hen day production, feed conversion and mortality of laying quails

Abstract

Blitar is rich in tourism potential. The local economy stands to benefit significantly from tourism, creating job opportunities and enhancing community development. Blitar's position as a major egg producer offers unique opportunities for developing egg-based souvenirs. However, challenges include identifying appealing products and effective branding strategy is required to enhance the marketability of these products, fostering economic growth and tourism in the region. This study utilizes a mixed-method approach to explore consumer perceptions of egg-based processed products in Blitar, combining quantitative surveys with qualitative interviews of business actors. A survey of 61 respondents gathered measurable data on consumer preferences and factors influencing purchasing decisions. In-depth interviews provided insights into marketing strategies and challenges faced by producers. The study employs descriptive statistics and VRIO analysis to develop effective branding strategies for promoting processed egg products as signature souvenirs from. The analysis reveals that respondents indicating higher interest in egg-based products as souvenirs from Blitar as food significantly influences their choice of tourist destinations, with a strong preference for local ingredients. However, awareness of Blitar’s egg production potential is low, leading to limited appeal for egg-based products. The VRIO analysis shows organizational weaknesses hinder competitive advantage despite valuable product features. Effective branding strategies tailored to consumer expectations are crucial for market success. Enhancing product awareness and education through organized action can further strengthen the appeal of these culinary offerings in tourism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji daya saing Akademi Komunitas Negeri (AKN) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisis fluktuasi jumlah mahasiswa di lima AKN dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tren tersebut. Dengan menggunakan kerangka VRIO, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan AKN serta memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka, khususnya dalam menarik siswa SMA dan memenuhi kebutuhan industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran untuk menyelidiki daya saing Akademi Komunitas di Indonesia dari perspektif siswa SMA dan praktisi HRD. Kuesioner berbasis kerangka VRIO digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari 100 siswa SMA dan 30 praktisi HRD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi daya saing Akademi Komunitas serta memberikan rekomendasi berbasis data untuk meningkatkan daya tarik mereka bagi calon mahasiswa dan kepercayaan praktisi HRD terhadap lulusannya. Data menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden dari kedua kelompok lebih menyukai lulusan dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi (D4/S1). Namun, Akademi Komunitas masih memiliki peluang dengan fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi, pengalaman kerja, dan relevansi kurikulum dengan kebutuhan industri. Akademi Komunitas perlu melakukan berbagai upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing mereka dan menarik siswa serta industri. Dengan fokus pada pengembangan kompetensi, relevansi kurikulum, dan pengalaman kerja, Akademi Komunitas dapat menjadi pilihan menarik bagi calon mahasiswa dan memenuhi kebutuhan industri akan tenaga kerja terampil. Kata kunci: Akademi Komunitas, Daya Saing, Kerangka VRIO, Pendaftaran Mahasiswa, Kebutuhan Industri.

Abstract

Tujuan. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi praktik-praktik pengelolaan risiko di kalangan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) di Wilayah Blitar, Indonesia. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan metode campuran, menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif untuk memeriksa secara komprehensif faktor-faktor risiko, proses pengelolaan, dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja bisnis. Material dan Metode. Matriks Eisenhower memberikan alat yang berharga untuk memprioritaskan risiko. Untuk meningkatkan kedalaman penelitian, analisis komparatif dengan wilayah lain dan integrasi sumber data tambahan direkomendasikan. Hasil. Temuan utama mengungkapkan bahwa UKM di Blitar menghadapi risiko finansial dan operasional yang signifikan, termasuk keterbatasan akses pendanaan, fluktuasi harga, dan tantangan sumber daya manusia. Risiko-risiko ini memerlukan perhatian segera untuk mencegah kegagalan bisnis. Kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menyediakan landasan bagi perumusan strategi dan kebijakan pengelolaan risiko yang lebih efektif bagi UKM di Blitar dan sekitarnya, serta memberikan arahan bagi studi selanjutnya untuk mengoptimalkan ketahanan dan pertumbuhan usaha.

Abstract

Introduction: Last-mile delivery is the critical final stage of the logistics chain, delivering goods from local distribution centers to end consumers and playing a pivotal role in customer satisfaction. To maintain buyer satisfaction and loyalty, e-commerce merchants must select courier service providers with established reputations and proven reliability. This study examines seller preferences regarding courier services, explicitly focusing on last-mile delivery operations.Methods: This research engaged a quantitative approach applying survey methodology. Data collection was conducted through both offline and online questionnaire distribution. The sample comprised 187 e-commerce store owners domiciled in East Java Province, Indonesia. Data analysis was performed using SmartPLS. Results: The findings reveal that performance expectancy in delivery reliability, delivery mode, and delivery cost significantly influences intention to use courier services. Performance expectancy in delivery time emerged as the most dominant factor, demonstrating significant effects both directly on intention to use and indirectly through performance expectancy in delivery cost as a mediating variable. Conversely, performance expectancy in the delivery area did not significantly affect intention to use.Conclusion and suggestion: The findings underscore that courier service providers must prioritize delivery reliability, cost efficiency, mode flexibility, and delivery speed, as these factors constitute primary considerations for e-commerce sellers when selecting last-mile delivery services for customer fulfillment. Future research should expand the scope of investigation and conduct segmented analysis by categorizing sellers by e-commerce platform. The inclusion of variables such as platform-specific internal policies is warranted, given that specific e-commerce platforms operate proprietary integrated logistics services.
