Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mendorong meningkatnya jumlah ulasan publik secara daring, termasuk di platform Google Maps. Namun, ulasan tersebut belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal oleh pengelola layanan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini penting dilakukan untuk menggali informasi dari ulasan secara otomatis sebagai bahan evaluasi layanan yang lebih terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem analisis sentimen berbasis aspek terhadap ulasan pengguna Google Maps mengenai mall di Kota Solo, khususnya Transmart Solo Pabelan. Metode yang digunakan adalah algoritma Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB) untuk klasifikasi sentimen dan metode string matching untuk identifikasi aspek. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall dan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk aplikasi web interaktif. Dataset terdiri dari 200 ulasan yang telah diberi label secara manual untuk aspek dan sentimen. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu mengklasifikasikan aspek dan sentimen dengan akurasi sebesar 80,00%, yang tergolong dalam kategori akurasi tinggi. Hal ini menunjukkan kinerja sistem yang andal dan efektif dalam mengenali opini pengguna secara otomatis. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak pengelola mall memahami persepsi publik secara lebih mendalam dan spesifik berdasarkan aspek layanan, sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai dasar evaluasi dan perbaikan layanan secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

A common problem in pet cat care is irregular feeding, which can affect the animal's nutritional balance and health. To address this issue, an Internet of Things (IoT)-based automatic feeding system utilizing an ESP32 microcontroller has been developed. The system integrates a Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor for cat motion detection, a Load Cell for measuring food weight, and an ultrasonic sensor to monitor food stock levels. Data is stored and displayed through a web-based platform that supports meal scheduling and real-time monitoring. System testing using a blackbox approach shows that all components function properly, including time synchronization via NTP, Wi-Fi communication, and overall sensor functionality. This system is expected to improve feeding consistency and optimally support the health and well-being of cats.

Abstract

This research is a form of a decision support system that raises from a case study at the company PT Semesta Ruang Inovasi which is engaged in the world of technology, with a problem in determining the best candidate candidates from internship students the previous year or month who have standard assessment criteria determined by a weight value. the final results of the SAW method process still enter the initial design material before developing an application such as a website or mobile. The decision support system in this study certainly requires a Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as a calculation technique. the results of this study are intended as initial design material before developing an application such as a website or mobile. the final result of the SAW method process still enters the classification value based on company standards set with several types of categories. it is hoped that this research can be further developed according to similar case studies.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy but often face barriers in adopting digital technologies, particularly in customer relationship management (CRM). This study aimed to develop and evaluate a contextually adaptive Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) model tailored to MSMEs' operational realities. Using a mixed-methods approach, the research included needs analysis, model development, and pilot implementation involving five MSMEs in Surakarta. Key barriers identified were lack of human resources, high development costs, and low digital literacy. The proposed web-based E-CRM prototype included simplified interfaces, data analytics, and communication automation. Results showed improvements in customer retention (+23%), reduced marketing costs (?18%), and increased revenue (+12%). The findings highlight the model’s potential to enhance MSME competitiveness through accessible, user-friendly digital innovation.

Abstract

Arabic language teaching in schools is still considered boring, parents' dissatisfaction with students' Arabic language skills is caused by inappropriate teaching methods. This activity aims to introduce the Fun Learning Arabic teaching method to the students of Nurul Huda Tasikmalaya Islamic boarding school. The method used in this activity is the grounded theory method. SDA conducted field observations to identify the problems of teaching methods in Nurul Huda boarding school and offered solutions by discussing the fun learning method programme. The delivery of the fun learning method teaching was carried out with a seminar or talk show model with the audience of Nurul Huda boarding school students. The results of this activity explain that the fun learning method is a solution to boring learning. In practice, there are several models of fun learning methods that can be applied in teaching Arabic, namely the hikayat (storytelling) model, ghina (singing), and takhminul lughah (guessing). The hikayat (storytelling) model in the fun learning method can be applied in teaching Arabic for maharah istima, the ghina (singing) model can be applied in teaching Arabic to memorise mufradat, and the Takhminul lughah (guessing) model can be applied in teaching Arabic for maharatul qiraah and istima'.

Abstract

Dilalah is knowledge that has been studied for a long time. Part of Dilalah's is Musytarok Lafdzi. In the Qur'an there are many forms of words, including verbs, nouns or symbols, each form of this word has a complex meaning that requires knowledge that can support understanding the meaning correctly. The science that is used to understand the various types of words is called the Science of Dilalah or Semantics. In the Science of Dilalah there are many language speakers including ta'adudul ma'na or one word that has many meanings, synonyms, antonyms and many more. So the author uses the Dilalah Science principle as the basis for his research on the word Ja'ala in the Qur'an because it has many meanings in that one word. the purpose of this research is to find out the meaning of Ja'ala and its musytarok in the Qur'an, as well as the types of musytarok that exist in Ja'ala in the Al Qu'an.This research is a type of qualitative research, in which the author collects data sourced from books related to the discussion and opinions of linguists. Some of the sources used by the author in his research are books on semantics, we interpret them to find the meaning of lafadz Jaa'la in the Qur'an, an Arabic dictionary. One of the results of this study is that there are several meanings similar to the Ja'ala in the Qur'an, namely saddu, farroqo, soyyaro, yasiro, a'tho, ‎tsabata, ittakhoda and syaro'a. And the types of musytarok included in this lafadz include two musytarok mutlaq and seven musytarok haqiqi, and in this study the authors did not find any type of musytarok tadod.

Abstract

The reason why the researcher tested Surah Al-Quran Ali-Imran as research data is that the Qur’an contains features that other books cannot contain. Besides, it is very easy for every reader to understand the language of the Qur’an and it can be used as a way of life for every Muslim. The researchers want to explore the science of rhetoric, especially about counterpoint, because in Surat Ali-Imran, according to the researchers’ observations, there is a lot of counterpoint so the researcher wants to go deeper. Type of research In desktop research, the sources, data, and references used by the researcher in this research are taken from library materials such as books, courses, research, and other types of library sources. The method of data: clarifying the obtained data, and collecting the theory of Badi’ science in the surah in the Qur’an. And the analysis results are the application of the counterpoint in Surat Ali-Imran and an interpretation of 32 verses that include the counterpoint in the science of rhetoric that the researcher analyzes for the considerations of rhetoric science, the positive counterpoint 29 of the verse, As for Tabaq Al-Suliya, it has 7 verses. And all the dishes in this surah are 38 dishes. Thibaq forms in speech comes in four forms, namely: (1) to be two verbs (18) verses, (2) That 13 verses be two nouns, (3) That two letters are two verses (4) that Verb ayat is the noun.

Abstract

Usia 0-6 tahun adalah usia emas merupakan penentu untuk pembentukkan kualitas anak, sehingga perlu adanya pemantauan tumbuh kembang anak secara optimal. Posyandu di kelurahan Ngrombo mengambil peran aktif dalam mengumpulkan data tentang kemungkinan pertumbuhan stunting, tetapi untuk pencatatannya masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga untuk mengetahui hasilnya memerlukan waktu serta hasil dari pencatatan anak yang berpotensi stunting hanya dibawa oleh bidan. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan diagram UML (Unified Modelling Language) yang terdiri dari workflow, use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, desain database dan user interface. Dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring stunting ini bidan serta kader dapat langsung memasukkan data melalui website dan dapat mengetahui hasilnya secara realtime serta dari pihak kelurahan tidak perlu lagi menunggu laporan data dari bidan.Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Monitoring, Waterfall

Abstract

This research examines the process of writing off unused textbook assets at SMP Negeri 4 Banyumas Library through a non-auction sales system involving a third party. The study analyzes the implementation of policies for removing textbooks due to curriculum changes that render older materials irrelevant, leading to storage issues. Key aspects reviewed include authority and responsibility, write-off procedures, reporting procedures, and sales system procedures. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings reveal that the fixed asset write-off process complies with existing regulations, guided by Donald S. Van Mater's theory.
