Abstract

Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Carocok menyediakan jasa Syahbandar yang berfungsi mengendalikan, mengawasi, dan menjaga keamanan dan keselamatan operasional kapal penangkap ikan. Keberhasilan pelayanan dapat dilihat dari kepuasan pengguna jasa (nelayan), sehingga penyedia jasa dapat meningkatkan kualitas kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan Syahbandar dengan menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index dan Importance Performance Analysis pada 14 atribut pelayanan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yaitu observasi langsung di lapangan dan melakukan wawancara dengan nelayan, kemudian hasil wawancara tersebut diolah dengan menggunakan Ms. Excel dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode CSI dan IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 5 atribut pelayanan yang dianggap telah memenuhi kepuasan nelayan. Terdapat 2 atribut pelayanan yang belum memuaskan nelayan dan perlu adanya perbaikan oleh Syahbandar Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Carocok Tarusan pada atribut tersebut. Selain itu secara keseluruhan nelayan merasa sangat puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan, hal ini terlihat dari tingkat kepuasan nelayan terhadap pelayanan Syahbandar di Pelabuhan Perikanan Pantai Carocok Tarusan yaitu sebesar 91,45%.

Abstract

Vocabulary mastery is a fundamental aspect of English language learning, but many college students experience difficulties in remembering and applying vocabulary effectively. Self-Regulated Learning (SRL) strategies, which encourage independent and reflective learning, offer potential benefits in vocabulary development, but further study is needed in practical contexts. This study aims to analyze students' experiences in learning English vocabulary using SRL strategies and to identify internal and external factors that influence their learning behavior. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used in accordance with the Standards for Reporting Qualitative Research (SRQR) guidelines. Fifteen final-year students from the English language education program at a university in Kebumen were purposively selected based on the results of a 20-item Likert-scale SRL questionnaire. Data were collected through questionnaires, semi-structured interviews, and documentation. Thematic analysis was conducted based on the six stages proposed by Braun and Clarke and the SRL framework by Zimmerman, which includes the planning, implementation, and self-reflection phases, as well as metacognitive, motivational, and behavioral components. The research findings indicate that students actively apply SRL strategies in vocabulary learning, including goal setting, use of digital media (such as Quizlet, YouTube), reflective journal writing, and adjustment of methods based on evaluation. Students demonstrated high motivation and perseverance, although time management and planning strategies still varied. Questionnaire results reinforced qualitative findings and confirmed student engagement in SRL principles. Overall, SRL strategies play a significant role in supporting independent, strategic, and reflective vocabulary learning in higher education settings.

Abstract

Tinjauan ini berupaya menilai signifikansi manajemen strategis dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Proses tinjauan yang digunakan berbasis literatur, yang melibatkan penyusunan berbagai referensi artikel pendukung dari publikasi nasional dan internasional. Temuan studi ini, yang disajikan dalam bentuk makalah, menunjukkan peningkatan substansial dalam permukiman wisata yang dikelola dengan baik. Desa wisata yang tidak memiliki proses manajemen yang efektif dapat mengalami operasi yang tidak teratur, sehingga menghambat kemampuan mereka untuk memenuhi tujuan pembangunan secara memadai. Peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia tidak diragukan lagi akan memengaruhi peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan ke masyarakat. Manajemen strategis dapat meningkatkan prospek masa depan dan mengurangi potensi ancaman. Manajemen strategis hanya dapat dicapai dengan melibatkan semua pemangku kepentingan yang secara langsung berinvestasi di kota wisata, termasuk kelompok advokasi pariwisata, masyarakat, dan badan pemerintah.

Abstract

With great advances in the world of information technology in the industrial era 4.0, efficiency and accuracy in the production process are crucial factors to increase the company's competitiveness. One of the important aspects is material monitoring, especially in the material judgement process in the TBR Plant (Truck and Bus Radial) Division, which requires an information system that supports the material assessment, starting from the hold process, judgement, making reports on the results of the TBR judging plant monitoring to superiors. This study aims to design and develop a material judgement monitoring application based on RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology integrated with the MES (Manufacturing Execution System) system to unravel errors in data control, inaccurate reports, and delays in finding the required data are all the results of manual systems. With the application of RFID, every material can be tracked in real time from the inspection process to the production line. Integration with MES enables data synchronization between production systems and enterprise information systems, supporting fast and accurate decision-making. The results of the implementation show an increase in the efficiency of material recording time, the accuracy of data judgement, and the reduction of human error in the tracking process. This application is expected to be an effective digital solution in supporting a more transparent, efficient, and digitized production system in the manufacturing industry environment.

Abstract

Computational thinking is used in learning to improve problem-solving skills in Biology subjects. Classroom learning emphasizes students memorizing biological science concepts in problem-solving, resulting in students' computational thinking skills needing to be improved. So, efforts to overcome this so that students are actively involved in the learning process and to improve students' computational thinking skills in understanding biodiversity material are by providing teaching materials such as LKPD. This study combines the concept of biodiversity with computational thinking components in worksheets so that students can develop computational skills while understanding Biology concepts. This development research aims to develop student worksheets by integrating computational thinking into biodiversity material. This development research was conducted using the 4-D method through 4 stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument by two validators consisting of language experts, material experts, and teaching material experts, as well as a readability test instrument by three teachers and ten students in class X at SMAN 3 Depok. The results of this study are in the form of student worksheets, which were successfully developed and suitable for use in learning because they obtained a valid category based on assessments from validators and a highly valid category from biology teachers and students.

Abstract

This research focuses on completing workforce management marketing scheduling using genetic metaheuristic methods. Optimal scheduling to determine the duration of a job, the quality of employees, and meet the challenges to increase work scheduling targets according to marketing employee skills by maximizing operational time while providing satisfactory services to customers. Marketing employees increasingly rely on the right time to connect with their customers. The problem in this study considers marketing skills and activities to carry out work activities, namely promotion, follow-up, and stand-by in the office with the limitations of the existing workforce. This problem has the nature of NP-Hard so a quick solution requires the use of metaheuristic methods. The metaheuristic method was built in 11 constraints. The results show that the genetic metaheuristic method is capable of producing far better results. Therefore, employee scheduling is very important. This study aims to develop an optimization model for employee scheduling and to maximize operational time work. With this model, it is expected to achieve optimal scheduling for marketing management workforce.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of surau as a center of Islamic education and a medium for strengthening social solidarity in the context of diversity, a social reality in Indonesian society. Using a qualitative case study design, data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and analysis of relevant documents. The results of this study indicate that the surau functions not only as a space for worship and religious learning, such as Quran recitation, congregational prayer, and the commemoration of Islamic religious holidays, but also as a social arena that facilitates interaction across age groups and ethnic backgrounds. Using Talcott Parsons' AGIL structural-functional framework, this study shows that the surau fulfills adaptive, goal-achieving, integrative, and latency-maintaining functions, collectively helping maintain social cohesion in the community. However, this study identified several obstacles, including limited youth and women's involvement and suboptimal use of digital technology in educational activities. In conclusion, surau remains a strategic institution for community-based Islamic education and social integration. This study contributes theoretically by extending the application of structural-functional analysis to local Islamic educational institutions and, practically, by offering insights into the development of an adaptive, inclusive, and responsive model of religious learning for contemporary Indonesian society.

Abstract

Orang Dengan Gangguan Jiwa (ODGJ) merupakan kelompok yang membutuhkan penanganan kesehatan jiwa secara komprehensif karena kompleksitas gejala, tingginya risiko kekambuhan, serta dampaknya terhadap fungsi sosial dan kualitas hidup. Pengobatan ODGJ tidak hanya bertujuan mengendalikan gejala akut, tetapi juga meningkatkan pemulihan jangka panjang dan kualitas hidup pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara komprehensif berbagai pendekatan pengobatan ODGJ berdasarkan temuan ilmiah yang dipublikasikan dalam jurnal dan artikel penelitian selama lima tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (literature review). Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Google Scholar, PubMed, dan Cochrane menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan proses seleksi artikel mengikuti alur PRISMA. Dari total 45 artikel yang teridentifikasi, sebanyak 5 artikel memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan dianalisis secara deskriptif-analitik. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pengobatan ODGJ berkembang ke arah pendekatan yang lebih berbasis bukti, individual dan terintegrasi, khususnya melalui kombinasi terapi farmakologis seperti antipsikotik generasi kedua, antipsikotik injeksi kerja panjang, serta penyesuaian regimen terapi pada kondisi khusus seperti agitasi, resistensi obat dan komorbiditas. Selain itu, adaptasi sistem layanan kesehatan dan dukungan psikososial berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pengobatan dan luaran klinis. Kesimpulannya, pengobatan ODGJ yang efektif memerlukan pendekatan holistik dan berkelanjutan yang mengintegrasikan terapi farmakologis, psikososial, serta dukungan keluarga dan komunitas untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup dan pemulihan pasien.
