Abstract

Permasalahan perundungan (bullying) di lingkungan perguruan tinggi masih menjadi tantangan serius dalam mewujudkan iklim akademik yang aman dan beretika. Salah satu faktor penyebabnya adalah rendahnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan dan etika kampus sebagai pedoman perilaku sivitas akademika. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesadaran mahasiswa Universitas PGRI Pontianak mengenai kebijakan dan etika kampus serta upaya pencegahan bullying. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan pendekatan edukatif dan partisipatif melalui sosialisasi materi, diskusi interaktif, studi kasus, serta evaluasi menggunakan angket pretest dan posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap kebijakan kampus, kode etik mahasiswa, serta pengetahuan mengenai bentuk dan dampak bullying. Selain itu, mahasiswa menunjukkan sikap yang lebih positif dan kesiapan untuk berperan aktif dalam mencegah serta melaporkan tindakan bullying di lingkungan kampus. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi dalam memperkuat budaya akademik yang beretika dan mendukung terciptanya lingkungan kampus yang aman, inklusif, dan bebas dari praktik perundungan.

Abstract

Gender inequality remains a relevant social issue and is frequently represented in literary works. One literary work that addresses this issue is Ade Ubaidil's novel Yuni. This study aims to describe the forms of gender inequality experienced by the main character in Yuni's novel and examine its implications for Indonesian language learning. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with text analysis methods and a socialist feminist approach. The research data consist of words, phrases, clauses, and sentences in the novel that depict gender inequality practices. Data collection techniques were conducted through documentary studies, while data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that Yuni experiences various forms of gender inequality, including marginalization, subordination, stereotypes, violence, and workload. This inequality arises as a result of a patriarchal social system that limits women's freedom of movement and freedom. The findings of this study have important implications for Indonesian language learning, particularly as teaching materials for literary appreciation that can foster awareness of gender equality, humanitarian values, and critical thinking skills in students.

Abstract

The general objective of this study is "To find out how the poetry writing ability of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City". The specific objective of this study is to describe the poetry writing ability of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City and to describe the factors that influence the poetry writing ability of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City. The type of research used is descriptive research in the form of a case study approach. By using interactive model analysis techniques according to Mines & Huberman The results of the study found that the poetry writing ability of eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Pontianak City has not reached the expected level and still requires significant improvement to reach the category of being able to write poetry so that efforts are needed to improve students' poetry writing ability through developing imagination and using creative language styles.
