Abstract

 AbstractA research of the impact of Problem Solving method conducted on the students IX class SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang to find out the impact on Volleyball Passing-Down Learning. The method of this research is pre-experimental method with the approach one group pre-test - post-test design and the sample were 32 students from IX class SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang. The technique of data analysis was Normalitas test, Homogenitas test, and T-test. The finding of the research revealed the ratio between pre-test result with the avarage 13,34 and post-test result with the avarage 18,03 was increased to 4,69 with the improvement percentage 34,97%, and T-test result 5,318 bigger than T-table in the amount of 1,695. Based on the research findings, there was a impact of using Problem Solving method on Volleyball Passing-Down Learning on the students IX class SMA Negeri 4 Singkawang with the improvement of Volleyball Passing-Down skills.Keywords: Impact, Problem Solving Method, Volleyball Passing-Down, Experimental

Abstract

This journal discusses "Islamic legal views on land rent with a harvest payment system in Patte'ne village, Takalar district". Leasing is included in the law of engagement because in a lease there are at least two parties who enter into an agreement, one party states that he is able to give something and the other party binds himself in an agreement to help each other meet their respective needs. Likewise with the prevailing custom in Patte'ne Village, Takalar Regency, they often hold land lease transactions with a harvest payment system, so it is detrimental to the tenants because the payment system is not clear. This research was conducted by field research or empirical juridical research. With a sociological juridical approach and a statutory approach. The sources of data in this study, namely: Primary data, secondary data and searches of various literatures or references. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing and analysis techniques are carried out through three stages, namely: data identification, data reduction, and data editing. This type of research is a field research using a normative descriptive method. normative descriptive research is research that aims to accurately describe the characteristics of a particular thing, individual, symptom, situation or group. Based on the research used above, it can be concluded that in the implementation of the contract carried out verbally there is no written agreement between the two parties based on mutual trust with one another and they enter into a land lease transaction with a harvest payment system so it is detrimental to the tenant because the payment system is not clear, in the event of a disaster or loss then this is the responsibility of both parties. The implementation of the land lease in Patte'ne Village, Takalar Regency does not meet the requirements in the land lease contract.

Abstract

Perpustakaan sebagai jantungnya sekolah perlu melakukan pembenahan, terutama sumber daya manusianya. Pelatihan optimalisasi katalogisasi buku perpustakaan di MIN 2 Manado ini merupakan salah satu peningkatan sumber daya manusia. Tujuan pelatihan ini untuk meningkatkan/memberikan keterampilan dalam pengelolaan bahan perpustakaan, seperti katalogisasi, klasifikasi, Inventarisasi, pembuatan kelengkapan buku dengan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi (TI) bagi pengelola Perpustakaan Sekolah di MIN 2 Manado. Metode kegiatan pelatihan meliputi ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, simulasi (peragaan) dan praktik kerja bidang klasifikasi dan katalogisasi buku. Respon peserta pelatihan terhadap kegiatan pelatihan klasifikasi dan katalogisasi buku termasuk kategori positif. Terjadi peningkatan kemampuan (pengetahuan dan pemahaman) dan keterampilan peserta dalam bidang klasifikasi dan katalogisasi buku. Peserta berharap agar kegiatan semacam ini dapat terus dilakukan secara terprogram dalam rangka peningkatan pengelolaan buku guna meningkatkan kunjungan dan pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah khususnya di tingkat MI se kota Manado

Abstract

Islam telah mengajarkan dan menganjurkan kepada seluruh umat Islam di belahan dunia manapun untuk menjadikan Alquran sebagai pedoman dalam menjalani kehidupan. Mempelajari Alquran tidak lepas dari membaca, mengkaji, dan mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Perintah membaca dan memahami Alquran adalah keharusan bagi umat Islam, hal ini menjadikan kita sebagai manusia agar senantiasa belajar dan mengajarkan bagaimana cara membaca Alquran dengan baik dan benar, selain itu dengan membacanya juga termasuk ibadah, membuat hati lapang dan tentram, oleh karena itu salah satu program yang biasa diikuti oleh masyarakat beragama Islam untuk mempelajari Alquran yaitu program baca Alquran. Dengan demikian pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan judul “Pembinaan Baca Al-Quran Pada Anak-Anak Pedesaan di Masjid Al-Ikhlas Desa Lolanan Kec. Sangtombolang Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow” memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi peningkatan kemampuan membaca alquran pada para remaja di desa tersebut.

Abstract

Saat ini dunia pendidikan sedang dihadapkan dengan tantangan yang berat dan rumit, yaitu wabah Virus Corona 2019 atau yang biasa disebut COVID-19. Kondisi ini melahirkan pilihan yang tidak bisa di tawar-tawar, yaitu melakukan pembelajaran dalam jaringan (Daring). Salah satu aplikasi/platfrom yang menunjang pembelajaran daring adalah pemanfaatan Google Classroom, sehingga pengabdian dengan judul “Pendampingan Manajemen Pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris Melalui Pemanfaatan Google Classroom Pada Masa Covid-19 di MTs se-Kota Bitung” dapat menjadi alternatif pembelajaran bagi guru dan siswa walaupun pada masa pandemic covid-19

Abstract

Conventional attendance methods have shortcomings, including manual student sign-ins, which are time-consuming and result in long queues at the library. The aim of this research is to develop a library attendance system that is fast and efficient. This study employs a qualitative approach through a literature review using the Python programming language and Visual Studio Code application. The web application development results in a library attendance system utilizing facial recognition technology, with features such as: login menu, attendance menu, student menu, and recognition menu. This attendance system speeds up and simplifies the service process for students in the library.

Abstract

Accountability and transparency are foundational pillars of effective public administration, serving as essential components for building trust, enhancing service delivery, and fostering good governance. In recent decades, the global emphasis on improving public administration has been fueled by the increasing demands of citizens for efficient, equitable, and reliable public services. The principles of accountability and transparency have become particularly relevant in addressing governance challenges, including corruption, inefficiency, and lack of responsiveness. Accountability, in the context of public administration, refers to the obligation of public officials to answer for their actions and decisions to stakeholders, including citizens, institutions, and regulatory bodies. It involves mechanisms that ensure the responsible use of power, adherence to legal and ethical standards, and alignment of actions with public interest.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan bagaimana proses Implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Kecamatan Sebatik Timur khususnya di Desa Bukit Aru Indah. Dan juga untuk mendeskripsikan kendala-kendala dalam pelaksanaan PKH di Desa ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian Fenomenologi. Informan penelitian berjumlah tujuh orang dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang ada, menunjukkan bahwa secara umum proses implementasi Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Bukit Aru Indah ini sudah cukup baik. Ini dapat dilihat dari setiap tahapan proses implementasinya yang berjalan sesuai dengan mekanisme alur kerja PKH, namun dalam pelaksanaannya masing terdapat kendala-kendala yang terjadi

Abstract

His study aims to reveal the use of one of the rules of interpretation, namely the rule of ḥaml al-muṭlaq `alā al-muqayyad in the book of interpretation. In this study, the author describes three important points, namely the understanding of muṭlaq and muqayyad, the law in the rule of ḥaml al-muṭlaq `alā al-muqayyad, and the implementation of the rule of ḥaml al-muṭlaq `alā al-muqayyad in two books of interpretation, the interpretation of al-munĭr and the interpretation of al-jāmi` li aḥkām al-qur'an. This type of research is classified as library research with a descriptive comparative analytical method. Through this study, the author explains that muṭlaq is a word that indicates an unlimited entity, while muqayyad is a word that indicates a limited entity. From a legal aspect, muṭlaq and muqayyad have four laws taking into account legal conditions and causes. Wahbah al-zuḥailĭ and al-qurṭubĭ implement the concept of the kiadah ḥaml al-muṭlaq `ala al-muqaayad in their interpretations either explained explicitly or simply explaining universal legal conclusions

Abstract

SMPN 19 Raja Ampat has a mission to instill Islamic character values in the school. This can be seen in the students' daily habits when the researcher visits the school. Thus, the researcher is interested in finding out more about the principal's leadership strategy in instilling Islamic character education in students at SMP Negeri 19 Raja Ampat Regency. Hopefully, these findings can be a good practice reference for schools or other stakeholders implementing Islamic characters among students. This type of research is qualitative research. The results of the research show that the principal's leadership strategy to instill Islamic character education at SMP Negeri 19 Raja Ampat Regency is to optimize the school's vision, mission, and goals, implement exemplary leadership attitudes, instill an attitude of tolerance, and improve the quality of teachers and staffs. The supporting factors are the support of students' parents, collaboration with teachers and staffs, and the existence of supporting facilities and infrastructure. The challenges faced are the influence of social media (information and communication technology), the availability of facilities that do not yet support it, and the awareness of students. The impact of the principal's leadership strategy to instill Islamic character education at SMP Negeri 19 Raja Ampat Regency is to foster harmony in the lives of the people religion in the school environment, increase discipline, and increase public trust.
