Abstract

ABSTRACT 212 Mart Muhajirin Palembang is a Mart that was founded in the spirit of the Muslim community, which was initiated by the action of defending Islam against religious blasphemy. Which is the implementation of the Islamic defense action, namely by building a business in the retail trade sector. This is what motivates the author to raise the title "Implementation of Islamic Economic Law Principles in the Development of the 212 Mart in Palembang City (Case Study 212 of the Muhajirin Mart Palembang). As one of the retail businesses built by Muslims and with a passionate background to build the economy of Muslims, it is fitting that the 212 Mart Muhajirin Palembang apply Islamic principles in developing its business. Therefore this thesis is made to answer the problem (1) how is the implementation of the principles of Islamic economic law at 212 Muhajirin Mart Palembang (2) how is the suitability of the implementation of the principles of Islamic economic law at 212 Mart Muhajirin Palembang with the principles of Islamic economic law . The type of research that the writer uses in this research is field research. Samples were taken by purposive sampling with primary and secondary data sources. Furthermore, the analysis is carried out in a descriptive qualitative manner, which will explain all existing problems then draw conclusions and general statements are drawn to specific statements. 212 Mart Muhajirin Palembang has implemented the principles of Islamic Economic Law as a whole, starting from the principle of monotheism, the principle of justice, the principle of maslahat, the principle of helping and the principle of balance in the development of its Retail trading business, this can be seen from the implementation of sales- purchase, cooperation agreements and social activities that are carried out outside of operational activities. So the implementation of the principles of sharia economic law is in accordance with the Sharia Economic Law. Abstract

Fish is the second provider of animal protein after meat, milk, and eggs. The decline in fish consumption in the community is the focus of a serious problem at this time, where fish consumption is very important. Community service activities aim to increase the importance of eating fish and the benefits of eating fish for the community. The activities carried out are one of the efforts to provide understanding to the public about the importance of consumption like to eat fish. This activity will take place in November 2023 in Sebayan Village, Sambas District, Sambas Regency. The number of people who attended this activity was 65 respondents, consisting of 53 women and 12 men. From the questionnaire data, around 35.4% or 23 respondents stated that there were special obstacles experienced when consuming fish. The activities carried out went well without any obstacles, and the enthusiasm of the community for the presentation of the material delivered by students was quite high. We hope that by eating fish, people can adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini berjudul “Meningkatkan SDM yang kreatif dan produktif, dalam memasarkan produk dengan modal seminimum mungkin” Metode yang digunakan adalah dalam bentuk penyampaian materi dalam bentuk presentasi, tanya jawab, interaktif langsung terkait bagaimana cara membentuk SDM  yang  kreatif  dan  produktif  dalam  mengatur  strategi  dalam  keuangan,  pemasaran  dan menciptakan  suatu  produk  yg  unik.  Kesimpulan  dari  pengabdian  ini  adalah  Mahasiswa  yang melakukan penyuluhan sudah memahami tetapi belum maksimal, hanya mengetahui materi dasarnya saja mengenai mengatur atau menciptakan SDM yang kreatif. Tujuan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pembentukan manajemen SDM dalam Organisasi di sekitar AKASIA ART PRODUCTIONS.  Kesimpulan  dari  pengabdian Melalui  pelatihan  ini,  peserta berhasil memahami pentingnya pembentukan SDM dalam bidang usaha dan pentingnya pengelolaan barang – barang yang dapat di daur ulang. Kata Kunci : Manajemen SDM; Produksi

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "A Juridical Review of Nateng Coffee Plantations in Sharia Economic Law in Muara Semah Village, Muara Pinang District, Empat Lawang Regency", with the background of the problem of the customary custom of the people of Muara Semah Village is that they often pawn their gardens for urgent needs but in Most of the pawns carried out by the local community do not have a time period for repayment so that the pawn recipient can take advantage of the garden produce pawned by the community. In this study, there are two things that are the focus of the author's study. First, how is the Nateng (pawn) mechanism for coffee plantations in Muara Semah Village. Second, how about the juridical review and settlement of sharia economic law regarding the Nateng mechanism for coffee plantations in Muara Semah Village. The research method is field research and this research method uses qualitative data based on primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study are the results of interviews, observations, and direct documentation of objects related to research. As for the secondary data used in this study in the form of primary books which are considered representative of the research results as a complement to the primary data. From the results of the research conducted, it can be concluded that the system used in Nateng coffee plantations in Muara Semah Village is a system obtained from their ancestors, where Nateng does not have a maturity date provided that every year the yield from the coffee plantation harvest is divided into two and the coffee plantation can be returned when the pawnbroker has paid off all of his debts. The implementation of Nateng in Muara Semah Village is not in accordance with Islamic religious teachings because Murtahin is exploiting it which is detrimental to Rahin because Murtahin asks for half of the harvest from the coffee plantation without financial or manpower assistance from Murtahin and the money lent is not in accordance with the size the garden. The results of this study are expected to be useful for adding insight related to the science of sharia economic law, and are also expected to be able to contribute an understanding regarding problems that often occur, especially in the people of Muara Semah Village so that they can understand scientific matters related to pawning in Islamic Economic Law. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian yang diteliti adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh tingkat efisiensi kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa KC. Kisaran. Metode penelitian skripsi ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, teknik pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner yang disebabkan kepada 32 responden. Dalam menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan analisis data regresi berganda dengan langkah-langkah berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis, dan uji regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan nilai uji F 0,001, dimana disyaratkan nilai signifikansi F lebih lebih kecil dari 5% atau nilai Fhitung = 12,373 Ftabel  4,17 efisiensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa KC. Kisaran. Dan berdasarkan nilai signifikansi t 5% atau thitung ttabel 1,694. Efisiensi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas karyawan PT. BPRS Amanah Bangsa KC. Kisaran.

Abstract

Self-medication is part of "self-care" which is an effort to maintain health or prevent and overcome disease. Self-medication is usually done to treat minor illnesses, including fever and pain. The purpose of this study was to find out which class of Fever and Pain drugs were most widely used for self-medication at the Talita Pharmacy, Makassar City. This research method has used descriptive method. The results showed that the most widely used Fever and Pain drug group in January was paracetamol as much as 85.1851%, February as much as 72.27%, March as much as 0.8088%. So it can be concluded that the most widely used class of fever and pain drugs for self-medication at the Talita Pharmacy in Makassar City in January - March 2022 is the Acetaminophen (Paracetamol) group.

Abstract

Background and Study Aim. This study aims to modify the ball stick as a hand muscle strength training aid for shooting handball as a training aid that can be used to train hand muscle strength against shooting strength.Material and Methods. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg & Gall Development Model. This research was conducted in several steps, namely: potentials and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, trial use. The development of modifications to hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball was first validated by material experts, expert practitioners, 7 product trial respondents, and 15 product use trial respondents.Results. The results of this study indicate that the development of modified hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball sports can be seen from material experts (78.75% in the appropriate category) and expert practitioners (78.09% in the appropriate category), 75.82% in small-scale trials in the appropriate category, and 82.46% in large-scale trials. eligible category. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of modified hand muscle strength training tools for shooting handball sports is declared feasible to be used as an exercise aid.Conclusions.The results of this study also provide a new reference for hand muscle strength training tools for shooting in handball sports and can be used by sports practitioners and sports coaches in providing exercise programs.

Abstract

Background: The literature review presents a comprehensive analysis of aldosterone antagonist therapy in the context of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) among patients without heart failure. The introduction highlights the significance of the renin-angiotensin-aldosterone system (RAAS) and its impact on cardiovascular health, particularly in acute myocardial infarction scenarios. Literature Review: The main body of the review discusses several key studies that examine the effectiveness and safety of aldosterone antagonists in STEMI patients. The findings from (M Nappi & Sieg, 2011) emphasize the adverse effects of RAAS, while studies such as (Y. Wang et al., 2016) and (Pitts et al., 2017) suggest that the mortality benefits of aldosterone antagonists may not extend to patients without heart failure. The meta-analysis by (Beygui et al., 2018) further supports the notion that mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRAs) can reduce mortality in STEMI patients, indicating their potential utility even in the absence of overt heart failure. Conclusion: In conclusion, the literature presents a nuanced perspective on the role of aldosterone antagonists in managing STEMI patients without heart failure. While there is substantial evidence supporting their efficacy in heart failure contexts, the implications for patients without heart failure remain less clear. The existing studies indicate that while these agents may offer some benefits, their overall impact on mortality in this specific demographic is limited. Further research, particularly well-designed randomized trials, is essential to elucidate the therapeutic potential of aldosterone antagonism in improving outcomes for patients who experience myocardial infarction without concurrent heart failure.

Abstract

Mutasi internal merupakan salah satu bentuk kebijakan manajerial yang bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh mutasi internal terhadap kualitas pelayanan pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara (KPPN) Jakarta II. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini melibatkan analisis terhadap persepsi para pemangku kepentingan mengenai dampak mutasi internal terhadap produktivitas, efektivitas, dan efisiensi kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mutasi internal memberikan pengaruh yang tidak signifikan terhadap pelayanan, dengan beberapa faktor yang memediasi hubungan tersebut, seperti penyesuaian tugas, pelatihan, dan komunikasi organisasi. Kata Kunci : Mutasi Internal, Kualitas Pelayanan

Abstract

Public speaking is an important skill for every person and organization to have. Doing public speaking requires thorough practice to get used to conveying a topic in front of many people. However, in reality, many people and young people have low public speaking skills, which makes it difficult for them to express their opinions in front of many people, so public speaking training was held for this youth group so that participants taking part in the training understand the importance of having public speaking skills and how to improve these skills. Apart from that, public speaking training is needed in youth organizations so that in internal and external communication there is no miscommunication and conveying opinions. The method used in this activity is public speaking training through stand up comedy. Based on the evaluation questionnaire, the Pre-Test and Post Test that were given to 15 training participants showed very good results. Based on the post-test completed by 15 people, there were 10 people who got good results with a score of 76-100, only 2 people got a score of (56-75). This shows a lot of improvement from the previous pre-test results, where only 3 people got good scores.
