Abstract

Pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis etnomatematika merupakan pembelajaran matematika yang menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual yang bertemakan budaya dalam menghubungkan pemahaman siswa dari matematika kontekstual menuju matematika formal. Konteks budaya yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah ancak berupa alat tradsional yang biasa dijumpai siswa di masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meghasilkan desain pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis etnomatematika pada materi pola bilangan. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan design research menggunakan development studies. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ancak dapat diaplikasikan untuk menerapkan pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis etnomatematika, karena ancak memiliki bentuk fisik yang dapat membantu siswa memahami matematika khususnya materi pola bilangan. Selain itu, desain pembelajaran kontekstual berbasis etnomatematika ini dapat memberikan kontribusi besar dalam membentuk siswa yang menjaga dan mencintai budaya. Ethnomathematical-based contextual learning is mathematics learning that uses a contextual approach with a cultural theme to connect students' understanding of contextual mathematics to formal mathematics. The cultural context used in this research is ancak in the form of traditional tools that students usually encounter in the community. The purpose of this study was to produce an ethnomathematical-based contextual learning design on number pattern material. This type of research is qualitative research with a design research approach using development studies. The results showed that ancak can be applied to contextual learning based on ethnomathematics because ancak has a physical form that can help students understand mathematics, especially number pattern material. In addition, this ethnomathematical-based contextual learning design can make a major contribution to forming students who maintain and love culture.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bertujuan untuk edukasi terkait penggunaan aplikasi pengelolaan bank sampah dan pemanfaatan lahan kosong sebagai media tanam untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dasar berupa tanaman sayur dan buah. Tim PKM Dosen UNIPI meninjau lokasi serta menyampaikan sosialisasi dan edukasi yang relevan kepada peserta secara visual dan interaktif, kegiatan diakhiri dengan tanya jawab dan evaluasi kegiatan. Penanaman pohon dan penerapan aplikasi bank sampah diterima dengan antusias oleh peserta sehingga dapat diterapkan untuk pengelolaan hasil bumi yang efisien dan efektif.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of price perceptions and service quality on consumer satisfaction in the context of modern retail business. The method used is a quantitative method, with a population of modern retail customers with a sample of 60 people in some modern retail customers and a sampling technique using the Slovin formula through questionnaire data with a Likert scale. Research refers to the perception that price has an influence of 70.4%, which has the strongest effect on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 29.6% comes from other factors. Then service quality also has an influence of 67.9% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 32.1% comes from other factors. Then the 2 influences between price perception and service quality have an influence of 74.0% on consumer satisfaction and the remaining 26.0% comes from other factors. Based on the results of the analysis of the data that has been studied, it can be concluded that (1) price perception has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (13.074 > 2.00247). (2) service quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction which can be seen from t count > t table (11.077 > 2.00247). And (3) there is a significant influence between service quality and price perception on consumer satisfaction. It can be seen from the results that f count > f table, namely 100.298 > 3.16. Abstract

Low work motivation and non-conducive work environment often occur in various companies. Low motivation due to poor work system, compensation and work climate. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Surya Shueen Yueh Industry, which became the population and sample in this study were all employees with a sample of 60 people. The data used is primary data by distributing questionnaires. Data processing techniques through validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, correlation coefficient and multiple regression tests. Based on the results of the study, work motivation and work environment partially affect employee performance. Simultaneously, work motivation and work environment also have a positive effect on employee performance. The contribution of this research is that it is hoped that the company can properly maintain the needs of employees in the company, this form of maintenance can be in the form of providing compensation according to the rules, health facilities, vacations, bonuses and other facilities. So that employees will feel at home to stay in the company and can work enthusiastically so that company targets can be achieved.

Abstract

The investment trend in Indonesia is starting to increase, making many people want to try to start investing, but if this desire is not based on understanding it will lead to high risks. This research aims to determine the factors that can influence the movement of share prices, especially fundamental analysis, namely analysing financial reports to determine the financial performance of companies in the banking sector that have high market capitalization in Indonesia. By measuring Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE) and Earning Per Share (EPS), whether the variables in this research influence stock market prices. By using SPSS to process data and produce conclusions. Based on the results of this research, it is stated that the variables X1 (ROA) and X3 (EPS) have a partially significant effect on share prices, in contrast to the variable So, prospective investors who want to start investing should look at the company's financial reports first, especially analysing the assets, net profit and profits generated by the company

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the conditions for giving Reward and Punishment to employee performance. The research variables consist of: Reward (X1), Punishment (X2) and Employee performance (Y). This research was conducted with a quantitative approach. This research is verified with the research method is non-experiment with survey method. Respondents of this study were Office employees. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 55 respondents. Data analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression. The results of research and hypothesis testing show that: (1) the provision of rewards has a strong and positive relationship with employee performance achievement. (2) punishment has a significant influence on employee performance achievement. (3) partially, the provision of rewards together with punishment has a significant effect on employee performance

Abstract

As the country with the largest market share in the Hajj, Indonesia possesses the innate ability to contribute to the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem. Nevertheless, the management of this ecosystem is not yet optimized. This study aimed to formulate a model for developing Indonesia's commercial Hajj and Umrah ecosystems. The research was conducted from August 2021 to July 2022 at the Directorate General of Hajj and Umrah of the Ministry of Religion and the Head Office of the Hajj Financial Management Agency (BPKH). Interpretative structural modeling (ISM) was utilized to assess this study. The principal institutions or groups involved in constructing a model for developing Indonesia's Hajj and Umrah ecosystems were the DPR RI and the Ministry of Hajj in Saudi Arabia. The major obstacles encountered include the absence of an institution that focuses on optimizing the Hajj and Umrah ecosystems and the unpredictability of the Hajj and Umrah regulations that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian government governs.
