Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the quality of digital-based public services and the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Bulo village as well as the influence of digital-based service quality on the level of community satisfaction.The population in this study was 182 people and the sample was 64 people. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling. This type of research is Quantitative Associative. The data collection techniques used in this research were observation, questionnaires and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are measurement scale instruments, reliability testing and simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert Scale. The results of this research from the results of the questionnaire obtained a recapitulation of the service quality variable of 67% in the "Good" category. The recapitulation of the community satisfaction variable was 64% in the "Good" category. The influence between Service Quality and community satisfaction in Bulo Village is categorized as "Influential/Significant", from the ANOVA test the F count obtained is 2127.592 with a significance level of 0.000. This shows that the influence of the independent variables as a whole has a significant effect, and the probability is far above 0.05, overall partial t count (46,126) > t table (1,671) meaning that the quality of digital-based public services has a significant/influence on the level of community satisfaction in Bulo Village of 97.2%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the perceptions of students, teachers and school principals regarding the entrepreneurship-based management model that is planned to be implemented at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang and to find out their hopes regarding increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship. Qualitative research with a case study approach. Data sources were obtained through observation and interviews with students, teachers and principals of SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang. The entrepreneurship-based management model is believed to be able to create a learning environment that is conducive to the development of an entrepreneurial spirit. However, commitment and support from all stakeholders is needed, including improving facilities, to achieve the goal of increasing students' interest in entrepreneurship. Implementing a comprehensive entrepreneurship-based management model along with strengthening infrastructure support can motivate students' interest in entrepreneurship at SMK Negeri 1 Lembah Melintang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the work performance of employees of PT Advindo Kikaku, South Tangerang. This research is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and obtained a sample of 68 respondents. The results showed that: (1) work motivation has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 18,469 + 0,588X1, the correlation coefficient value is 0,650 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,3 % while the remaining 57,7% is influenced by other factors, hypothesis testing obtained t count 6,951 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 20,790 + 0,530X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,653 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 42,6 % while the remaining 57,4% is influenced by other factors.  hypothesis testing obtained t count 7,002 > t table 1,668 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 so, Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted (3) Work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee work performance with the regression equation Y = 15,522 + 0,343X1 + 0,315X2, the correlation coefficient value is 0,707 meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a strong relationship level, the coefficient of determination is 50 % while the remaining 50% is influenced by other factors, the hypothesis test is assessed by f count of 32,468 > f table of 3,99 and a significant value of 0,000 <0,05 then Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted, meaning that work motivation and work discipline simultaneously affect employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the implementation and impact of the Merdeka curriculum at SMK Negeri 2 Solok, focusing on key stakeholder perspectives, challenges, and successes associated with this innovative educational framework. The study adopts a mixed methods approach, combining in-depth interviews with the deputy principal responsible for overseeing the curriculum, statistical analysis for quantitative data, and thematic analysis for qualitative insights. The findings reveal that the Merdeka Curriculum offers advantages in flexibility and adaptability, despite encountering implementation challenges due to limited resources. Two significant outcomes highlight the necessity for targeted teacher training and the diverse perspectives of students. The results contribute valuable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to enhance the effectiveness of their curricula, particularly for professional educational institutions seeking to implement adaptive and student-centered teaching methods. The research underscores the importance of understanding the experiences of deputy principals, providing a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities presented by the Merdeka Curriculum. Furthermore, the study offers detailed suggestions for resource allocation and career advancement, offering practical implications for educational institutions striving to implement innovative teaching methodologies.
