Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of the Memorize Card game on students' cognitive learning outcomes in Physical Education, specifically on football. Preliminary surveys conducted in several elementary schools in Situraja District revealed low student understanding of basic football concepts. This research uses a quantitative experimental method with a Quasi-Experimental Design (Non-Equivalent Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design). The subjects were divided into two groups: the experimental group at SDN Malaka and the control group at SDN Bakan Bandung. Data analysis using an independent samples t-test revealed a significant difference between the posttest scores of both groups, with a significance value (Sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000. This indicates that the Memorize Card game positively influences students’ cognitive learning outcomes. The N-gain analysis supports this, with the experimental group scoring 73.01% (high category) and the control group scoring only 11.10% (low category). Student responses to the game were highly positive, with 97.05% reporting that it helped them understand the material more easily and increased their engagement during learning. Therefore, the Memorize Card game has a positive impact and can improve students' cognitive learning outcomes and motivation in football lessons. Keywords: Memorize Card, Cognitive Learning Outcomes, Football Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh permainan Memorize Card terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, khususnya materi sepak bola. Hasil prasurvei di beberapa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Situraja menunjukkan rendahnya pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep dasar permainan sepak bola. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif dengan desain Quasi Experimental Design (Non Equivalent Pre-Test and Post-Test Control Group Design). Subjek penelitian terdiri dari dua kelompok: kelas eksperimen di SDN Malaka dan kelas kontrol di SDN Bakan Bandung. Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji-t dua sampel independen menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil posttest kedua kelompok, dengan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0,000. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Memorize Card berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Hasil tersebut diperkuat dengan analisis N-gain, di mana kelas eksperimen memperoleh skor sebesar 73,01% (kategori tinggi), sedangkan kelas kontrol hanya 11,10% (kategori rendah). Respon siswa terhadap permainan ini juga sangat positif, dengan 97,05% siswa menyatakan lebih mudah memahami materi dan lebih terlibat dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, Memorize Card berpengaruh positif dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif serta motivasi siswa pada materi sepak bola. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of arm muscle strength on the ability to throw in football in elementary school students. This study uses a Quantitative method with a Pre-experimental approach and uses a Group Pre-test and Post-test Design research design to determine the differences before and after being given certain treatments. The population in this study was students of SDN Bunter 1 in grades III, IV, and V who participated in extracurricular football, with a sample of 20 people. Data collection techniques used tests and measurements, while data analysis was carried out using t-test statistics. Using a throw test as an instrument in the study. This study found that the average score of the final throw test was higher than the initial test. The conclusion shows that arm muscle strength affects the ability to throw in football in elementary school students at Bunter 1, located in Cimanggung District, Sumedang Regency.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelatih cabang olahraga seni beladiri dalam menyusun program Long-term Athlete Development (LTAD) berbasis Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DAP). Masih rendahnya pemahaman pelatih terhadap prinsip LTAD yang sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan fisik, mental, dan emosional atlet usia dini menjadi latar belakang kegiatan ini. Metode yang digunakan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan peserta, penyusunan kurikulum pelatihan, penyampaian materi secara interaktif, praktik langsung penyusunan program, serta evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam merancang program latihan yang berorientasi jangka panjang dan sesuai perkembangan usia. Peserta juga menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi terhadap pendekatan DAP yang dinilai lebih relevan dan aplikatif dalam konteks pembinaan atlet usia muda. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi kontribusi nyata dalam penguatan kualitas pelatihan seni beladiri melalui pendekatan ilmiah dan berpusat pada kebutuhan perkembangan atlet.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore high jump techniques with rubber rope media at Tegalsari State Elementary School class V, in order to improve student learning outcomes and skills in performing high jumps. The method used in this research is experimental method with the research design applied is pretest-posttest group. Based on the research and the results of the analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the high jump learning process using rubber band aids can be used as a model or strategy for learning high jump for class V SDN Tegalsari. The data that has been collected by researchers obtained the results of 12 students or 85.71% reaching the target, 2 students did not do it seriously.Keywords: High Jump, Rubber Bracelet  Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi teknik lompat tinggi dengan media tali karet di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Tegalsari kelas V, guna meningkatkan hasil belajar dan keterampilan siswa dalam melakukan lompat tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan desain penelitian yang diterapkan adalah pretest-posttest group. Berdasarkan penelitian dan hasil analisi yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa proses pembelajaran lompat tinggi dengan menggunakan alat bantu karet gelang dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu model atau strategi pembelajaran lompat tinggi untuk kelas V SDN Tegalsari. Data yang sudah dikumpulkan peneliti diperoleh hasil 12 siswa atau 85,71% mencapai target, 2 siswa tidak melakukan dengan sungguh-sungguh.Kata Kunci: Lompat Tinggi, Karet Gelang

Abstract

Natural rock climbing (climbing) and wall climbing (wall climbing) The lead category is one of the groups or classes that compete in wall climbing sports by taking a predetermined route with a certain level of difficulty (grade). The research method uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental design, purposive random sampling data collection with 10 samples taken from mapala members of Sumedang Regency. Data from the experimental and control groups as well as the pretest and posttest show that the Shapiro Wilk sig value is 0.05, so the conclusion from this distribution is that it is normal. It can be concluded that the magnitude of the difference in changes in each group is proven by an increase in the LLS group of 07.20 and the regular training group of 05.60. This training model can be applied as training for beginners. It is recommended for future researchers to use larger samples.

Abstract

Aktivitas fisik mahasiswa tergolong rendah karena kegiatan perkuliahan dan kurangnya literasi tentang kesehatan dan perilaku hidup sehat yang buruk dan kebiasaan hidup sedenter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat dan keterkaitan literasi kesehatan dan perilaku kesehatan terhadap aktivitas fisik. Analisis kuantitatif dipilih sebagai metode penelitian dengan desain penelitian korelasi. Populasi dan Sampel Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia kampus daerah Sumedang jurusan PGSD PENJAS yang berjumlah 553 orang. Teknik sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling. Sampel diperoleh dengan menggunakan rumus slovin n=N÷(1+Ne2) sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 85 orang dan dibulatkan menjadi 100 orang. Kuesioner dibagikan secara online lalu dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas Kolmogrov-Smirnof dan uji korelasi Spearman . Hasil analisis menyatakan nilai menunjukkan koefisien korelasi sebesar r = 0,095 dengan nilai signifikansi p = 0,349 membuktikan bahwa hubungan antara literasi kesehatan dan perilaku hidup sehat berada pada kategori sangat lemah. Literasi kesehatan dan aktivitas fisik juga tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan karena nilai r = -0,011 dengan signifikansi p = 0,911. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi ilmiah berupa perspektif berbeda bahwa peningkatan literasi kesehatan dan perilaku hidup sehat tidak otomatis menjamin peningkatan aktivitas fisik mahasiswa, sehingga perlu pendekatan multidimensional yang mempertimbangkan faktor lingkungan, psikologis, maupun sosial.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to empower elementary school Physical Education (PE) teachers by enhancing their competence in implementing movement literacy through table tennis. The issue addressed was the limited ability and confidence of teachers to integrate movement literacy into PE lessons due to lack of training, inadequate facilities, and constrained teaching schedules. To respond to this challenge, a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach was employed, emphasizing active involvement of teachers in problem identification, program design, training, implementation, and evaluation. The program was carried out in Sumedang Regency, West Java, over three months and involved 50 PE teachers.The intervention was structured through the acronym AKTIF (Analysis, Collaboration, Training, Implementation, Feedback). Teachers participated in practical training on movement literacy concepts, basic table tennis techniques, and creative pedagogical strategies. Simulated teaching sessions with modified media (folding tables, wooden boards, and simple rackets) were conducted to overcome facility limitations. The results indicated significant improvements in teachers’ technical skills, creativity, and confidence in delivering table tennis-based learning. Furthermore, a professional learning community of PE teachers was established as a sustainability strategy.In conclusion, the program effectively bridged the gap between theoretical understanding and practical teaching, providing an adaptable model for empowering teachers and strengthening students’ movement literacy.

Abstract

Passing atas dianggap sebagai salah satu teknik fundamental yang menjadi kunci terhadap permainan voli, memiliki peran sentral dalam membangun strategi dan menciptakan peluang serangan yang lebih efektif. Namun, rendahnya akurasi passing atas pada pemain pemula Elang Emas Club diakibatkan belum optimalnya penerapan latihan yang terstruktur. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh model latihan direct instruction terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing atas voli terhadap pemain pemula. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif jenis pre-eksperimen melalui desain One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 16 pemain pemula ditentukan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes akurasi passing atas pada dinding dengan pengunaan target simbol X. Teknik analisis data meliputi deskriptif statistik, uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov, uji paired sample T-test dan uji koefisien determinasi (R-square). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata sebesar 14,19 pada pretest menjadi 17,06 pada posttest. Uji paired sample T-test memperoleh nilai sebesar 0,013 (p < 0,05) yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan dari perlakuan yang diberikan. Nilai R-square sebesar 0,177 menyatakan bahwa model direct instruction memberikan konsttribusi sebesar 17,7% terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing atas. Disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model latihan direct instruction pada pemain pemula Elang Emas Club berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan akurasi passing atas.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of the implementation of the Deep Learning learning model on students’ learning motivation in Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) subjects at the elementary school level. The method used was a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental design of the one-group pretest–posttest type. The sample consisted of 30 students from grades IV–VI selected through random sampling techniques. The research instrument was a learning motivation questionnaire based on a Likert scale. Data analysis was conducted descriptively and inferentially using SPSS through normality tests, paired sample t-tests, and simple linear regression. The results showed that there was an increase in students’ learning motivation after the implementation of the learning model, as indicated by an increase in the average score from 51.53 to 67.03. In addition, there was a significant difference between before and after treatment, as well as a very strong contribution of the learning model to students’ learning motivation. In conclusion, the Deep Learning learning model is effective in improving students’ learning motivation and is recommended as an innovative learning strategy in PJOK learning at the elementary school level.   Keywords: Deep Learning, Learning Motivation, Physical Education, Elementary School

Abstract

One of the obstacles to teaching physical education in the 21st century is the necessity for teachers to integrate technology-based learning. The TPACK framework plays a crucial role in enhancing the quality of instruction in physical education. This study aims to map the TPACK competencies of physical education teachers. A cross-sectional survey design with a quantitative approach was employed, utilizing convenience sampling techniques. The research participants consisted of 14 physical education teachers from North Sumedang in Sumedang Regency. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through the SPSS 20 program. The results indicated that the understanding of the Content Knowledge component was 78.57, categorized as sufficient; Pedagogical Knowledge was 83.48, classified as excellent; Technological Knowledge was 73.21, also sufficient; Pedagogical Content Knowledge was 79.64, appropriate; Technological Content Knowledge was 73.21, sufficient; Technological Pedagogical Knowledge was 74.55, appropriate; and Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge was 79.17, also appropriate. The application of TPACK in the learning process showed that 78% of teachers have mastered it; similarly, 78% of teachers demonstrated mastery in implementing learning, while 77% of teachers showed proficiency in evaluating learning. Thus, physical education teachers in the North Sumedang sub-district effectively integrate technology, pedagogy, and content in their physical education instruction. This finding underscores the importance of ongoing support and training to enhance teachers' TPACK competencies, ensuring effective technology integration in physical education.
