Secularism is an ideology that seeks to maintain a clear separation between religion and the state. France is a prominent example of a country adhering to this ideology, reinforced by the laïcité policy, which forms the foundation of French secularism. This article employs a qualitative research method, specifically a literature review of various secondary data sources, to critically examine the role of secularism in France and its contribution to the emergence of Islamophobia in public life. The findings indicate that the implementation of the laïcité policy, particularly as a counter-terrorism measure following the September 11, 2001, attacks on the World Trade Center (WTC) in the United States, has fostered an excessive concern over Muslims, who are frequently associated with terrorism. Consequently, Islamophobia has manifested in France through various forms of discrimination, physical and verbal violence, and hate speech, all of which pose significant threats to the security of Muslim communities in the country. Therefore, while secularism is intended to guarantee freedom for individuals to practice their religion without state interference, the situation in France reveals that secularism has, in fact, imposed restrictions on the practice of Islam.

Adolescence is a transitional period from childhood to adulthood. Unintended teenage pregnancy is a global issue that needs attention. Parents play an important role in enhancing adolescents' knowledge by providing them with sex education. However, many parents are busy and may not have enough time to provide such information at home. The failure of the family function in fulfilling its role is the initial trigger for teenagers to engage in deviant behavior, making premarital sexual behavior one of the ways adolescents express frustration towards their parents. The influence of peers is crucial during adolescence as they are concerned about their self-esteem and self-concept. There is an increase in peer influence affecting goal orientation and attitudes. However, peers also influence them through active use of social media such as dating apps and Facebook to find partners.

Dalam era digital yang terus berkembang, media sosial memainkan peran penting dalam strategi pemasaran bisnis, dan TikTok telah muncul sebagai salah satu platform yang paling efektif dalam membangun branding bagi bisnis digital. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran konten TikTok dalam mengembangkan branding serta dampaknya terhadap profitabilitas bisnis. Dengan jumlah pengguna yang terus meningkat, TikTok menawarkan peluang besar untuk menjangkau audiens yang lebih luas dan meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen melalui konten kreatif, interaktif, dan mudah disebarkan. Artikel ini mengkaji bagaimana konten yang relevan dan menarik dapat memperkuat citra brand, membangun hubungan emosional dengan konsumen, dan menciptakan loyalitas. Selain itu, TikTok juga memungkinkan bisnis untuk melakukan promosi produk atau layanan dengan biaya yang relatif rendah, namun memiliki dampak yang signifikan terhadap visibilitas dan penjualan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan analisis tren pemasaran terkini, artikel ini menunjukkan bagaimana TikTok dapat menjadi alat yang sangat menguntungkan bagi bisnis untuk meningkatkan branding dan mencapai profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi. Kesimpulannya, TikTok bukan hanya sekadar platform hiburan, tetapi juga menjadi kekuatan utama dalam pemasaran digital yang dapat memaksimalkan potensi keuntungan bagi pelaku bisnis.

Sexual violence is currently increasing in terms of number or modus operandi committed by the perpetrator, based on the National Commission on Violence Against Women (Komnas Perempuan) in 2023 the crime of sexual violence reached 7,858 cases. The increase in sexual violence is triggered by various factors, both from family factors, the environment, and social media which are increasingly massive cornering the position of women as vulnerable to sexual violence. The method used in empirical research using a victimology approach. The results of this study show that the legal protection mechanism carried out by investigators of the PPA unit of Pamekasan Police against victims of sexual violence continues to prioritize and accommodate the legal interests of victims by cooperating with parties concerned with the protection and recovery of victims' conditions. Second, the form of legal protection carried out by providing complete information on the rights of victims both in terms of rehabilitation and recovery services, or access to legal assistance at the examination level. As well as conducting trauma healing in cases of sexual violence with the aim of a mental, emotional, and physical recovery process that aims to help victims recover from the traumatic impact caused by the experience of sexual violence.

Upaya pemerintah meningkatkan pelayanan dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip tata kelola yang baik, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada masyarakat. Pengembangan model pengelolaan pelayanan publik harus didasarkan pada prinsip-prinsip yang jelas dan sesuai dengan maksud dan tujuan tertentu. Model pengelolaan pelayanan publik harus mampu mengintegrasikan kepentingan masyarakat dan manajemen dalam pengembangan pelayanan yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berdasarkan metode studi literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan (bahan-bahan yang berhubungan) yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya terkait ilmu tentang Analisis Pengembangan Model Manajemen Pelayanan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelayanan publik memenuhi kebutuhan setiap warga negara dan hak-hak berupa barang, jasa, dan pelayanan administrasi menjadi tanggung jawab negara. Prinsip umum good governance juga harus diterapkan dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik dengan menerapkan batasan dan hubungan yang jelas mengenai hak, tanggung jawab, tugas, wewenang dan keterbukaan semua pihak yang terlibat dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik. sistem pelayanan yang sesuai dengan prinsip umum dan perusahaan yang baik. Prinsip good governance adalah suatu sistem yang menerapkan pemerintahan berdasarkan model hubungan antara pemerintah, masyarakat dan kehidupan komersial atau dunia swasta ketika menciptakan administrasi publik.
