Abstract

Based on the Census Survey in 2015, the maternal mortality rate in Indonesia was 305 per 100,000 live births. Meanwhile, the projected neonatal, infant and under-five mortality rate based on the 2017 IDHS is 15 per 1000 live births. The target neonatal mortality rate at the IDHS in 2024 is 11.1% and the SDGs target in 2030 is 8.6% (Ministry of Health, 2019). according to Commission IX of the House of Representatives in South Sumatra, the number of maternal deaths in 2022 was 97 people, down from 131 people in 2021. For the number of infant deaths in 2022 there are 497 people or down from 2021 as many as 502 people. this study uses descriptive analytic research design with a cross sectional approach. The method that will be carried out by researchers is quantitative. The relationship between these variables is determined based on statistical tests using the Cross Sectional method. The results showed that there was a relationship between maternal age and the incidence of preeclampsia (p-value = 0.004; there was a relationship between parity and the incidence of preeclampsia (p-value = 0.000, there was no relationship between gameli and the incidence of preeclampsia (p-value = 0.122). It is hoped that the Muara Kelingi Community Health Centre can improve the ability of health workers and the quality of midwifery services in reducing the incidence of eclampsia, especially in mothers with age during pregnancy, parity, gameli, gestational age at high risk of preeclampsia should be closely monitored protein levels and blood pressure so that complications do not occur.

Abstract

The World Health Organisation (WHO) issued child growth standards that were then implemented in all parts of the world. The content is to emphasise the importance of breastfeeding alone to babies from birth to 6 months of age, this means that babies only receive breast milk from the mother or from caregivers who are asked by the mother to breastfeed, without the addition of other liquids or solid foods, except syrups containing vitamins, supplements, minerals or drugs. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude of breastfeeding mothers in exclusive breastfeeding at RSIA Dwi Sari Lubuk Linggau. This study uses cross sectional research methods The population in this study were all mothers who breastfeed The sample in this study were 84 respondents with purposive sampling technique. This research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate. The results showed that respondents who were less knowledgeable were (66.7) respondents' attitudes were not supportive, namely (60.7%) and respondents who did not give exclusive breastfeeding were (69%) It is hoped that health services should provide information in increasing exclusive breastfeeding.

Abstract

According to prevalence data in several countries of breastfeeding such as Southeast Asia, namely 23.1% Thailand 51.2% Myanmar, and East Timor 52.2% (WHO, 2021). In Indonesia, joint care is carried out in line with the increase in breastfeeding, because it stimulates mothers to breastfeed their babies often with the rooming in technique (Sari, 2021). There is the hormone oxytocin in breastfeeding mothers, this hormone affects the psychological state of the mother because she can hug her baby so that the mother becomes calm and happy. Breast milk will also increase quickly because of the hormone so that babies who get breast milk feel more satisfied. It is known that the Relationship between Joint Care and Smooth Breast Milk Production in Mothers with Caesarean Section Partus at the Dwi Sari Mother and Child Hospital in 2024. Design of this research is descriptive correlation using a cross sectional study approach with the aim of determining the effect of joint care on the smoothness of breast milk production in post-CS mothers observed in the same time period, the number of samples in this study was rounded to 95. The sampling technique in this research was accidental sampling. Univariate Results Almost all respondents 73 (76.8%) were treated together, Most respondents 70 (73.7%) had smooth breast milk at the Dwi Sari Mother and Child Hospital in 2024. Bivariate results there is a correlation between joint care and smooth breast milk production in post-cesarean mothers at the Dwi Sari Mother and Child Hospital in 2024 with a P-value of 0.000. It is hoped that this research will equip students in learning about health science insights, as well as provide promotive and preventive efforts for managing joint care with smooth breast milk production.
