Abstract

This study aims to analyze the motivational theory of protection in Women’s fashion in the marketplace in Indonesia during Covid-19. The population in this study are women of the millennial generation who shop for women’s fashion at marketplaces in West Sumatra. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling using the purposive sampling technique. The total sample in the study was 130. Hypothesis testing using statistical analysis with two-tailed. The results of the study are that Threat Appraisal has a negative effect on the adaptive behavior of customers who shop online for women’s fashion in post-covid-19. Coping Appraisal has a positive effect on the adaptive behavior of customers who shop online for women’s fashion in the post-covid- 19. The relationship between threat appraisal and adaptive behaviour is negatively moderated by consumer resilience and satisfaction with the retailer’s assistive intent on customers who shop online for women’s fashion in the post-covid-19.

Abstract

Abstract

Abstract

The bicycle manufacturing industry is a sector that continues to experience growth as public awareness of the importance of a healthy, environmentally friendly lifestyle increases, and interest in cycling grows. In the production process, the Welding Division plays a crucial role as it is responsible for assembling the main components of bicycles, namely the frame. This study focuses on demand forecasting in this division so that the company can determine production targets more accurately. The single moving average method was chosen as the forecasting technique because it is suitable for limited data conditions, both for production and sales needs. The researchers divided this method into three variations: forecasting with a 2-month, 3-month, and 4-month period. The analysis results showed that the 2-month single moving average method provided the most accurate results with a mean absolute percentage error of 28%, which is lower than the other methods. Overall, the average production in the Welding Division reached 54,050 units.

Abstract

This study aims to accurately forecast short-term electrical energy demand in a Jabodetabek industrial facility to support sustainable manufacturing and precise utility management. To address the highly dynamic and non-stationary nature of energy consumption, this research applied Holt’s Double Exponential Smoothing method. A 24-month historical dataset, spanning from January 2024 to December 2025, was analyzed to generate a six-month operational projection. Model performance was rigorously evaluated using Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Square Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The forecasting demonstrated outstanding predictive accuracy, yielding a MAPE of 1.26%, a MAD of 20,79, and an MSE of 690.40. The projection indicates a consistent linear escalation, with energy demand expected to reach 2.020,72 MWh by mid-2026.These findings confirm that Holt’s algorithm effectively captures underlying linear trends without seasonal behaviors. Integrating this precise mathematical model into standard procedures provides crucial early warning signals for capacity planning, mitigates utility shortages, and strongly supports the strategic mandate of green operations.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effect of inflation on the accumulation of Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah (ZIS) conducted by the National Zakat Agency (BAZNAS) in Indonesia from 2005 to 2015, including the effect of the BI rate and their simultaneous influence on ZIS collection. Methodology: This investigation uses a quantitative framework using time series data from BAZNAS regarding ZIS receipts and the percentage of inflation over a specified time period. The data analysis method used is Multiple Linear Regression, requiring classical assumption tests including t-tests, F-tests, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. Results: The results show a substantial relationship between inflation and ZIS accumulation, indicating that increasing inflation affects community donations for zakat. Findings: These findings emphasize the need for tactical modifications in the approach to zakat collection during periods of economic volatility. Novelty & Originality: This study provides meaningful knowledge for decision makers and BAZNAS by examining the macroeconomic determinants of ZIS collection during a ten-year period. Conclusions: The study concludes that inflation significantly influences ZIS accumulation, requiring adaptive strategies to ensure sustainable financial resources for the underprivileged. Type of Paper: This paper is an empirical research paper.

Abstract

Purpose: This study examines the effects of work-life balance and employee wellbeing on the performance of Generation Z employees in the hybrid working era. Methodology: Using a quantitative design, data were gathered from 120 Gen Z employees in Jabodetabek who worked under hybrid arrangements and were analysed using multiple linear regression in SPSS 26. Results: Work-life balance (t = 5.930; p < 0.001) and employee wellbeing (t = 5.721; p < 0.001) each had a significant positive effect on performance, and their simultaneous effect was also significant (F = 62.483; p < 0.001). Findings: The model explained 50.8% of the variance in employee performance (Adjusted R² = 0.508). Novelty & Originality: This study integrates work-life balance and employee wellbeing in one model focused specifically on Gen Z employees in a post-pandemic hybrid setting. Conclusions: Organisations should strengthen hybrid working policies that support balance and wellbeing in order to improve Gen Z employee performance. Type of Paper: This paper is a research article.
